They're an ok company. They're very knowledgeable and they're very caring. There's always someone there to explain things to you if you don't understand. The quality of the service was very good. I am pretty happy with what I've received right now. It has been helpful, so I have already recommended them to someone. The person I talked to was helpful in explaining what services they provide. From the information I was able to make the right decisions and have the work done, which was a replacement of my AC inside and outside. I was very pleased.

I have already recommended Choice Home Warranty to a friend. They sent out a plumber to help me and I have never seen a plumber come to a job knowing that you have to stop it and it doesn't have a snake. However, I contacted choice home warranty and they immediately recorded the problem and sent out another plumber who was absolutely phenomenal so I appreciated the way that it was handled. So far I'm very satisfied with Choice and I plan to stay with Choice Home Warranty.

It's a pretty straightforward company and they're very convenient. I like them for the services and for the price. A month ago my garage door opener was broken so I submitted a service request and they scheduled a time to come out. so. And they came on the right time and the right day. At that time, the technician came out and worked on it. Even though he solved the problem, he didn't fix it completely because the light is not working and the motion sensor is not working properly. But like I said it is solved. We are able to close the door remotely now.

I'm in the middle of a project right now. My dryer is making a lot of squealing noises and they were able to get a technician here right away. The technician needs to come back and it's taken a long time because he needs parts but they are on back order. The guy who came over was really nice, very friendly, knew what he was doing. I put in my service call online and they came through right away and everything was addressed right away.

I had a dishwasher issue, it actually quit working. I wasn't really satisfied because I felt like the problem may have been a replacement maybe but they went ahead and ordered parts and then the service person left. It was like a month later that some of the parts came. Now the buttons on the front of actually hang loose but I didn't say anything and at least they came in and fix the problem.

They are responsive and timely. I used the warranty for my washing machine grinding noises. I called Choice and a person was scheduled within two days to come out. They identified the problem and parts were ordered. A temporary fix was put into place and parts arrived in a reasonable time frame. They installed everything yesterday and the machine now is back to normal.

I liked the speed that they were able to handle the situation with. Within the first month of us moving into our new home, our basement had a problem and they were able to book an appointment the next day and they came and took care of it and everything worked out. I didn't like when I had to schedule an appointment or make a claim. I did it on app, it was on the list and it was very easy to do but I didn't like the response. I didn't realize that when you get it that way you would never hear from somebody and you would get confirmation of not just who the vendor was that they assigned but of an appointment time as well. So that part I didn't like because that particular vendor was a little hard to reschedule. And the email for the appointment actually came in at one or two in the morning and it was for that morning which didn't work.

I like Choice because it helps if something goes wrong in the house at the last minute.Just having someone else to fall back on is nice. I like that they come out in a timely fashion to fix anything that may be wrong. Recently the AC unit was going bad frequently and they actually replaced the whole unit and we didn't wait long. I'm very happy with their service.

My experience dealing with the company has been very positive. They have been very dependable so far. I recommended choice to our rental customer's and they picked it up. Their replacement of the garbage disposal was great. The person was right on time, he looked at it and called the company and put a replacement in the next two to three days and did a good job. The monthly cost of choice home warranty is reasonable and their response of request is very fast.

My AC unit stopped and I called in and had a contract from a repair company within twenty four hours. He was out here the next day. And they cover all costs of whatever repairs he had to do the machine. So far they've been good to me.

Two months ago I had one of my outside air conditioning units go out. They came in and they changed it and the guys were very professional, warming and caring and he made sure that everything was cleaned up and everything was put back together the way it was. I don't like that you have to call them first and then wait for the other companies get back to you. I also think it's expensive. My most recent use of the warranty was when my ice maker in my refrigerator stopped working and I contacted choice and they sent out a company to look at it. But it took over five weeks with the parts coming in because it was on backorder but ever since we got it fixed it's been working great.

We've never had any problems with them. We use the app to put in our problem and we get a response right away. We have service people come out right away and they are very good. We have recommended them to some people already. Just a month or so ago our water heater went completely out. So I got on the apps and they sent a woman to come the next day. I love the app. Were just key everything in. Choice responds right away and then a service person will respond right away as well.

So far it has been good, but the communication has been all online, I haven't been able to actually talk to a person. But the cost is very low. The experience has been very positive. The latest time we needed them was just a couple weeks ago and it was my air conditioner. The guy was here for probably about fifteen minutes and solved the issue gave me an update on my unit and I was good to go. I've actually had three items checked in the nine months I've been living here and it's all been a positive experience.

It's sometimes challenging to find the right person for the problem. Last time I tried to use my warranty, it wasn't covered so that part didn't work. Probably two years ago I had a problem with a microwave and they fixed that, but Covid it created some supply hiccups on getting parts so I don't think that was their fault but overall I'm very satisfied and renewing when it comes to it.

Our garbage disposal had an issue and they came out repair it and there was a sixty dollar copay. Another time they came for our dishwasher. There wasn't anyone in the area that could work on it through Choice, so we hired our own and then they reimbursed when we needed to replace it. They always take in to account if you had any issues and take care of it. They've always been really responsive and great the whole time. Even the reimbursement option has been really great turnaround. They have the best prices.

Quick, no hassle repairs. Ice maker stopped working and dryer door latch was broken. I turned in report and technician contacted me the next morning to make appointment. Tech was on time a troubleshot both problems. Tech ordered part and contacted me to let me know when they should be in. Parts were here in a timely manner and tech called to make appointment for repairs. Tech was on time and finished all repairs. Everything working as it should. Highly recommend CHW.

I had American Home Shield for twenty years and then I got a notification they dropped my policy. They said it was because I misses a payment, but I had them set up automatically. I was really flabbergasted. They went up in price and they cancelled my policy to give me a higher rate so I switched. I have had positive experiences with choice. I’ve had another company before them who could hardly ever find someone and I had to find someone and pay them and get reimbursed from them which defeated having insurance. Water heater was not working. Place my first work order to fix the problem. I was advise to pay $65, when the technician came, it was the first thing I did. The technician said that he will come back the next day. I got a email from Choice, read quickly and wait for the morning to come. Technician came and asked if Choice had send email, telling me that I have to PAY $605. I asked him for what? He said for the work and materials. He told me, so I said I can buy the materials, An even I can get a discount. So I believed that Choice wanted me to pay an excess of materials that it was not going to be used. So came down to $425, I accepted the price. And he did a good job. I believe that Choice should advise us the Customer what to Expect to pay, and we shouldn't expect the full work to be completed with the Copay plus the excess pay, because maybe the research was done in California, New Jersey but we have States that we don't live that life, I live in GA.

We have two residents and the water heater was over flowing and the valve had busted and they came out and even though it wasn't covered under warranty they provided the service to get it fixed. That particular thing with the water heater wasn't covered under the warranty so we had to pay for the service, but they had the people come out and support. They're attentive and get through the claim process quickly.

I have no reason not to trust. The dish washer stopped working. I called them one evening and the next day a technician came out and determined what was wrong with it. He came back with the replacement parts for the dishwashers in a very timely fashion. Everything went smooth I can also say the same for I think bathroom sink. Same experience, it broke, I called them that evening and by the next day someone came out for the part and came back and fix it so you know very consistent in that regard. They're very timely, they don't take a long time to send out technicians to do whatever has to be done. I'm satisfied with the timeliness.

Couple weeks ago my microwave stopped working and they sent a technician out within two days and he couldn't fix it so they replaced it for me. My last experience with Choice was very pleasant and professional and a far cry from my first issue with them. The agents took care of me. My problem was when the hot water heater went out. The person was rude and obnoxious. I had to pay out of my own pocket to get a new system. I was very apprehensive to renew with them. I don’t feel like that person should be working with that company.

If anybody doesn't have a choice I would recommend that you get it because One time another you're appliances or whatever is gonna fail and you need somebody there to fix it there right on time. Last month is when I use my warranty my air conditioner had gone out and I was treated very well. They're very personable and they know what they're talking about.

I had a company come out to service my ac last year and they pointed out a potential problem so I called Choice Home Warranty to see whether I'd have to wait until it broke down (always on the hottest day of the year right!) and they said they'd send someone out right away to take care of it - NO NEED to have it break down first!!! What a relief. I've also had them come out and fix my garage door opener (board went out) and repair my dryer. I love these guys!

I like the fact that we had an appointment set within 30 minutes of our phone call for help. (Our furnace stopped working.) The technician showed up on time the next day and discovered that there were two thing wrong with the furnace, instead of one. He fixed the first and then came back the next day and worked for three straight hours to replace a motor. He was polite and answered all of our questions and cleaned the area leaving everything in better shape than before he arrived. This is the kind of service that homeowners hope for.

My overall experience has been good. Service, for the most part, has been prompt and courteous. The biggest problem has been with my dishwasher. I've had at least three calls on it and it still leaks - however, I failed to follow up within the prescribed time limit and so I take the blame for that. The only other issue I've had is interpretation of the contract when it came to replacing an appliance that could not be repaired. I still feel I'm correct on that one, but I've gotten over it. Just waiting on a check - I went ahead and purchased a replacement.

My dryer was not heating and I called them and they sent someone and whatever he did got the dryer to work and heat again and dry the clothes. Each time we've called for assistance their customer service people are knowledgeable, friendly and they got us set up for appointments within a couple of days. I have needed to make a claim 3 times. One time, the customer service talked me out of it! Said she thought it was a plumbing problem and not my garbage disposal. So, I took her advice and had my husband check it. We were able to clear it ourselves!! She saved me the cost of 2 claims. Because, when the garbage disposal guy came, he would have said, it is a plumbing problem and you are going to have to put in another claim. When I had the other claims serviced, the guys I got were so professional and friendly. They knew what they were doing and it was done well!

I liked the way it sounded when they explained it all to me. I am older and I don’t have access to the computer and we can contact them over the phone and they send someone right away. They even follow through to make sure I am happy and satisfied with the person who did the work. I’ve only had good experiences. They came last week to fix the oven. It had gone out and they came the next day. There was some slow down for parts. One time I accidentally paid only 50 dollars instead of 85 and they didn’t stop the process. I paid the rest over the phone.

From the time I log in with an issue, within 24 hours the problem has been fixed. They send someone knowledgeable each time. They get the job done with 30 to 40 minutes. It is done well. I have confidence. I used it about a week ago for the garage door. It was not going down. The minute the repair main saw it, he recognized the problem and fixed it. Any repairman they’ve sent has been knowledgeable. I simply give them the service fee and it is done. They spend time to explain what is wrong and how they will fix it. They replaced the air conditioner.

We had to have a plumber out not too long ago and he did an excellent job. He was good but I think he might have been in a hurry and and he didn't really diagnose the problem all the way so shortly after he left we called him back out and he immediately came out within thirty minutes and completed the job to satisfaction. I am older retiree. I am trying to protect myself from major expenses. This will cover me. I had a major problem with my stove. It was sort of a unique problem. I get a response from Choice Home Warranty within a couple of days. They guy who came had quite a background. He was trained and worked on all appliances. He knew right away what to do. It was a special part which he luckily had in his truck. It was a quick repair. I think Choice Home Warranty is an easy company to work with. I think it is reasonably priced.
