Everytime we called they're really prompt and they come out and repair our service. Our air conditioning stopped working and it was very hot in the summertime and we called them and the next day someone from their air conditioning emergency service came and repaired the product and we were satisfied. When I give them a call I get an immediate response.

I've only used them once so far and they did very well. They walked me through what I actually needed to do. The experience turned out well. They were very professional, they checked everything they said the unit was in good shape everything was fine but they couldn't figure out what was going on, and I had put the vent on half for blowing out and that what was causing the problem so they went around the house and opened up all the vents and now it works properly. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I've had a Choice policy for about 4 years. I made claims on my washing machine, range, and toilet. All were accepted. The washer and toilet were repaired by competent professionals and have been working great ever since. My only charge was the l standard $85 fee, which is less than most diagnostic service calls. The range could not be repaired. I was given a lump sum to help with the purchase of a new range in the amount of about half of what it actually cost to replace. The range was 6 years old, so I was satisfied with settlement. I will continue to remain protected with Choice.

This warranty program is unbeatable! Up until a few weeks ago, I hadn't had to make a claim. So I really wasn't sure if it was going to be ok. But I had to make a claim because my refrigerator stopped working right. I made a claim online. They kept me updated every step of the way and in only a couple of days they sent a repairman who spent two hours here and had to replace a cooling fan. All I owed was the service fee, which I paid on my phone right then and there. It was the easiest transaction I have ever done. Don't be afraid to take out this program. It's the REAL DEAL!

Recently my refrigerator went out and I scheduled someone to come out and take a look at it and it took a week for him. He had to order parts and two weeks later he showed up and put in the parts, but didn't test them and the following week it was out again so now I'm waiting on another company. They canceled the week after so now wait until next this next week coming up for them to show up. They need to have someone that could help walk you through because since they subcontract out to other companies to try to hold off and you can't speak to anybody from choice warranty about the problem that you're having and they don't call you back.

I would definitely recommend anybody to choice. I was in my home only a week and the heater went out and I did the online submission and they came out and and fixed it and took care of it within a couple of days for my sixty five dollars. They came right out and took care of it and I was so nervous being a new homeowner, so thankful that they were there to come in. They had a reputable company come in and fix it and were very knowledgeable informative about the process and I felt very good about the whole thing. Very responsive.

My last experience with the replacement of a Dryer was not satisfactory. I was waiting for a check of $335.00 from Choice Home Warranty for more than one month and later result than I should be received a Coupon to be used as a gift card in a Lowe's store. I never realize than the transaction is going to be thru another company because my insurance contract was with Choice Home Warranty and for that reason I was waiting for a check and not for a coupon. I prefer the way to by any article in the store of my preference and not in a specify store designate by your company. That was not indicated in the contract when I begin with your insurance company many years ago and I never received notification of this issue during that time. This was a mess in my home without a dryer for more than six weeks and my wife asking every day about this issue.

I got a good deal, a good price. At first they didn't send me people when they said they would. I had appointments and they didn't show up. But at the end it was a great experience, I had a great service and the technicians were excellent. When my heater was broken and the technician was excellent. Lately the AC broke down and they took almost a month to get the service, but the service was great.

I have filed three claims. It was easy to file they immediately responded and immediately found someone to come address my problem. I only had to pay a service fee of $75 instead of the entire repair bill. However of course replacing my upstairs air conditioning unit was more expensive but nothing compared to the full price. So far my choice warranty has already paid for itself.

It was very easy to put in a claim. My previous warranty company was difficult so I did noticed the difference in customer service. I did the claim online, which is very convenient not having to talk to a person. I just used my warranty for my microwave. The gentlemen came out and detected a sensor had burned. Whether I went online to file a claim or I had to call in they always help me. They always help me make sure everything is spelled out right so the provider had the information that they needed. I had a new toilet installed had a handyman installed it. One of the screws he didn't tighten enough so it was leaking. I decided to file a claim so that a plumber could make sure that it was put on right. That's what I did and he came and he tightened the screw and then after that I did not have any problems with that toilet at all.

During the pandemic we had an issue with the light inside our refrigerator flickering on and off. We told Choice Home Warranty we were also having an issue with the ice machine. We had a gentleman come out that they sent, he took our deposit money and said he thought it was electrical. He left and never came back and he closed the warranty ticket. When we called Choice, they said that there was nothing else they could do with it, but it tureds out that there was a short from the wiring harness. That was after we bought a new refridgerator. Now that the pandemic has eased up, you seem to be back exactly where you were before with customer service, so we're staying with you. Everything else is absolutely perfect. Just recently, someone came out to address issues with our air conditioner. They were fast, efficient, and they explained everything.

He did a wonderful job. I had problems with my water heater. The only problem I had is when I signed up I thought that was covering my whole water system. My house needs two water heaters and they only covered one, so I had to purchase a brand new one myself, and I was unhappy with that. They respond promptly to whatever problems I had. The prices are right and it seemed like the policy was holistic, that it covers a variety of things and it's pretty easy to read. I've had a very pleasant experience with the customer support I've spoken to and I really didn't have any follow up questions or any other concerns when I finished discussing with them. A time I needed to use my warranty was when my refrigerator was leaking and I called them and I scheduled an appointment, got a technician out, they went through and fixed the problem, at least they thought they did, but they had to come back. They came back without any problems at all and he found where the actual leak was, so there was multiple leaks and he found both of them.

I got Choice Home Warranty because it seems to have the best value for the price for what I needed from my home. My hot water heater wouldn't heat water anymore and so we called Choice, they sent a technician out. It was a relatively easy fix but I wouldn't have been able to figure it out otherwise and he was very pleasant, got it fixed. He was in and out in less than ten minutes and everything was fine. I've recommended them twice for a couple of my friends.

I have needed CHW services about 5 times. Most have been without any issues, but there have been a few challenges, all solvable but took some effort. Some specific info is buried in the many pages of the contract, and you need to read about specific problems when they arise, such as the statement about 90 day warranty on repairs, but there is only 30 days on the service fee, except for something such as workmanship. CHW has always been quick to respond with repair appt., not the case with many of the companies I looked at. very pleased with all repair companies except one, and we worked through that..

I like the service that they provide and the people that they provide. A month or so ago our air conditioning went out and so we called the number and we went through the automated system and that did take a little while. But then the very next morning someone was calling and they were on their way out so we were without service for less than sixteen hours, so it was a pretty quick turn around to getting our problem solved. Their customer support is really good but they're changing over to doing things electronically so it's a little difficult sometimes to get through exactly what's wrong with your house with an automated system when you can't get through to an actual person.

In the interaction that I have with the sales team and the contractors that they use everyone everything has been communicated clearly, in a time efficient manner and they have rectified the situation that I needed to resolve. My air conditioner has broken three to four times already and they sent people out to fix it each time. When they send out a crew to fix or for a service call I'd like to have an option for times they're available.

The claims that I've put forth have been performed properly and I'm satisfied with the result. I wish that the trip charge wasn't so much and the service call fee wasn't so high but other than that I'm happy. In the past the subcontractors have not been on best. But I have no problems with choice support so far. I've had to use it a few times, I've gone online and order placed a phone call and scheduled the appointment and the technicians came out and took care of the problem. So far choice has not let me down.

I have already recommended them to someone. I had an issue that got fixed extremely fast, everything was a very positive experience. My AC went down. It wasn't blowing cold air in my upstairs unit and so I called at six thirty PM on a week night and my AC technician showed up at eleven the next day and had it fixed. So it was less than twenty four hours for the situation to be resolved. I've dealt with a few different home warranty companies and choices is the top one.

Choice has been great as far as responding to repairs that are needed. Unfortunately, some of the companies that they send, not so much. There have been multiple times that a second repair company had to be sent because the first one didn't take care of the problem. Recently our refrigerator was broken and had to be replaced. Our replacement was a gift card from Lowes for a total of 986.00. It's difficult to find a decent fridge for that price. The one that broke was a Samsung side by side with dual ice and water. Needless to say, we ended up spending additional money to get a fridge comparable to the one that broke.

We had someone out to repair the water heater two weeks ago. Very good, the guy was very nice. Talked to him before he showed up I explained to him that it was imperative that you wear shoes and a mask because my wife has cancer. And he complied, so he was very professional very courteous. He was just all around a good employee. However, we were misled for how much coverage they provide for anything that goes out, I'm still trying to handle a dispute of money.

I was contacted very quickly to set up an appointment. When the technician left his location, I received a text message saying he was on his way. There was a link to view his progress. Very cool - it showed a map with his position in real-time. I was able to "follow" him all the way from near Keller to my location in Flower Mound. When he arrived, he went to work right away and almost immediately found the problem with my AC - the capacitor was no longer working. He replaced it, and I was able to enjoy a cooled environment again. Great job!

I have filed two claims through choice warranty in these several years that I've had them. The first claim I filed I had a small issue with, mostly due to parts availability due to the supply chain crisis, but choice closed the claim out because they had not heard for me in more than 30 days, even though the repair company was waiting on parts. It was only a slight hassle to get them to re-open the claim and finish the repair. This is partially on me for not following up with them for more than 30 days, but was never advised I needed to check in with them within 30 days. The second claim was handled beautifully, I filed a claim on Wednesday and the repair company was at my house within two days and the air conditioning was repaired and functioning perfectly. Overall I would recommend Choice, just be aware if the service company is waiting on parts, you need to check in with choice every 30 days or less

I have no problems at all with them. They always show up on time. They always do work. Every time I have a problem, I call them. They always come and they fix the problem no questions asked. So I recommend Choice. I had to use my warranty because I had a liquid pipe in my garage in the middle of an open house. So I called choice and they sent somebody over and the guy did the job and they fixed it. He was so funny. My garbage disposal also broke and the same guy came, he was very nice. It is a great company and I have had a good experience with them.

When I get people on the phone, they are very helpful. But sometimes it takes a few days to figure out what service they're going to send and then work it out. They've been very responsive. I was happy with the service. A positive experience. I used it twice. I used it for my refrigerator and for my air conditioning. First time I used it was with the air circulationing. Repair men came and basically didn't do their jobs so Choice sent a different repair man and they solved the problem quickly and installed a motherboard and it was done well and it took time. It was okay and then we had problem with it again. We called service and they came and they installed circulation fan. So it's fixed now. It is a good value for our money.

Their responses are immediate. And they've covered all the claims that I've submitted. And the customer service was very helpful and very polite. I like the coverage. I needed to use my warranty for a ceiling, my ceiling fan that wasn't working and they sent someone out and the technician repaired it, but it wasn't fully repaired so I had to call them back and they sent another technician out and they replaced the ceiling fan. I used the cash they gave me to upgrade the fan.

I submitted a repair request for A/C Sunday Morning - within a few hours a repair service was scheduled. On Tuesday morning the technician arrived and diagnosed the problem - that very afternoon they returned with the part and repaired the A/C unit. The capacitor on my main air conditioner unit compressor went out and they were out within two days to replace it. It was quite simple and easy.
