I had an upsetting experience with one of the service providers Choice uses. I called Choice and spoke with someone regarding the situation, however the representative did not have a listing ear. I pursued the matter and requested to speak with someone else. The person I spoke with was very professional and understanding. He handled the matter with care and I was completely satisfied. In fact, he won me over to continue being a Choice customer. I am happy with how Choice has handled all of my prior claims. I totally recommend Choice to all of my friends and family members. Excellent customer service. Quick and easy claim submission. My air conditioning system failed. I called to submit the claim. The person on the phone was easy to speak with and quickly got me through the process. Within a few hours I had a scheduled date for the next day to have a technician come out. As it was 83 degrees in my home, I called the technician to see if same day was possible. It was. A new air condenser fan later, my home is now 72 degrees Great service all around. K & L Heating and Air Conditioning came to the home. Their technician was fantastic.

I declined an offer provided by CHW to replace my non working 12 year old microwave. Original offer was way less than what I paid for my microwave. I found 3 prices and offered up the lower one. My agent was very helpful and gave me an offer that I was happy with. I will be out of pocket maybe $30.00 for my over the range microwave but I still feel it's better than being out of pocket $200.00.

The technician was great - came early and fit the issue the first time. However, with that said the Company that came to my house did not except credit cards, only cash or check. I think as a customer that I should have been aware of that policy. What if I did not have $75.00 cash to pay the technician. The technician did not even have an Invoice or a receipt book. I had to type up and Paid Receipt and have him sign it to show I paid cash.

I like that you all stick by your promise. And you all have great customer service. My tech came out and fixed the problem .and I only paid out of pocket,was deductible fee .You all are great to have .You're our security blanket .because unexpected repairs,expense. The customer service is amazing. I have received prompt reply to my claims; fair pricing for replacement of unrepairable appliances; easy instructions for processes; and quality services contractors at my home. My husband was disgruntled to say the least when I told him I purchased a home warranty, now he reminds me to make sure I renew when our original term is up. We have both told numerous friends about Choice and the benefits of having a home warranty.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Choice Home Warranty over the 5 years that I had my policy, so I have renewed it. My representative was courteous and professional and prompt to return my call. Choice is more affordable than many of the home warranty plans and when I make a claim, I get a call from a service provider pretty quick, so I can put that issue aside and deal with something else. I'm please with my choice.

I like the quick response to my email when service is needed. Always the technician is able to fix the problem. What I don't like about Choice Home Warranty is the exclusion to not fix the seal on my washer, which is just a rubber seal. Secondly, the past issue with my dryer not starting, was that it needed a small plastic part to make the contact on the door work better and the technician didn't have the part. It's a soft plastic piece about the size of a quarter and weighs .03 ounces (yes, I weighed it) and he had to order it. Didn't have any with him. The technician ordered the part and had it delivered to my house. It came yesterday, but the tech isn't scheduled to come back for another week. For that reason, I can't give the 5 star rating.

I have my first experience absolutely great, the waiting time on the phone was less than a minute, customer service was very helpful and professional made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. The same day the Repair company contact me and in a day they came and repair my dryer. I call late Saturday by Monday 10AM my dryer was repaired. Absolutely amazing.

I really appreciate Choice Home warranty especially during these questionable times. My air conditioner stopped working right when the hot temperatures are unbearable. My hope was very limited as I wasn't sure if any one would be willing to do repairs. I placed my ticket on Sunday evening with very little expectation. By Tuesday afternoon I received notice t Tristar HVAC & Maintenance would be there later the same day. Beyond my expectations. Thank you Choice Home Warranty!

Water Heater was replaced, the plumbing Company, Riley Corp. were very professional, clean but could not complete the job till they received approval from Choice. we had to wait five days, no hot water till they could get our new water heater installed. I think Riley could had gotten the work done fast if they could had they funds and approval faster.

This claim so far is fine. Waiting on part to fix my washer. Previous claim for A/C was very bad. Sent a company to repair my A/C and the guy did nothing. Told Choice that he could not fix it and my unit was never maintained so you denied the claim. It was a lie! I called the company I normally use and they came right out and fixed it for $119.00!! This is the company I use to do my yearly maintenance on my A/C. The company Choice sent out only wanted to sell me a new unit! They badgered me about buying a new unit! It's been a year and my old unit is still working fine. Very disappointed with that claim.

I have had excellent service with David S and Britain and Robin. They are a great team and have gone above and beyond to be so timely and helpful and friendly. They are awesome! I switched from American Home Shield because of David S and now working with him again and his colleagues have been wonderful. The response was prompt (same day), and a technician was assigned, scheduled. whole process is seamless and hassle free. More importantly, the repair were good and in high quality. On Wednesday, July 15, 2020, I completed a claim form online which was fast and easy. I received an email reply almost instantaneously saying that my claim was being processed. I then received another email within 3 hours saying that I had an appointment with an CHW Technician which was scheduled for Friday, July 17th. On Thursday, the repairman (Shawn) called and said that if I was available he could have the job completed a day early. Shawn arrived a day early and did an “Outstanding” job. I switched from the biggest warranty company to Choice Warranty because they work 7 days a week, repair 7 days a week, and only charge one service fee (for instance: a plumber comes once and fixes 2 or 3 things instead of just one). The other company did not work on weekends, did not repair on weekends and charged a service fee for every item that was fixed).

The company is so fast in handling claim request. Dryer went out Saturday night, filed claim online that night and 30 mins later repair company was assigned and scheduled for Monday. Dryer was repaired Monday and back in operation with warranty cost was $65 service fee, without it repair guy said repairs would be around $300... THANK YOU CHOICE. :)

I was at work overseas in Saudi Arabia, my wife contacted me and let me know we had a water leak in our newly bought home. I then contacted a choice representative and explained my situation and I told not to worry we will handle this for you, and it was handled the next day. I was expecting to pay a large sum of money as a deductible or some additional charges, but was shocked as I only had to pay 65.00. Thanks again for your excellent service.

Choice Home Warranty has covered my home repairs as expected. They have partnered with good companies and good technicians. I recently requested a quote to replace a cartridge on a shower faucet thinking it would be a fairly small charge. I was told it would be $220. I then realized how much Choice saves me on these routine repairs, so I called them and they sent two very professional plumbers who took care of the job in no time. I'm glad I have a home warranty through Choice.

Choice responded and handled the claim fairly promptly. I still don't understand why Choice continues to falsely advertises that Choice will replace a product if they can't repair it. I had a product that Choice agreed and stated that it would be less expensive to replace than to repair, but Choice would not replace my product, but pay me cash at less than half what it would cost me to replace it. It's not unreasonable not to replace every product that can't be repaired, but why do you continue to advertise that you do. Even the email I received said "Congratulations, Choice has agreed to replace your product". Very poor customer relations.

To be fully honest I bought the 6 year plan even though I plan on selling the house and aside from the great value it afforded me, because of the way I was treated on the phone. She was so energetic and bubbly and mentioned she came in to work on the 4th of July because you she loves her job and believes in the product. It was really blown away and assumed this was the kind of support I would be getting when I needed to use the product. I’m excited to be covered by Choice Home a Warranty.

Recently I've had to call on Choice Home Warranty for a couple of systems that suddenly were in need of repair. The representatives were pleasant and very helpful. I received follow-up details in a timely manner as to when a contractor would come out, as well as a 4 hour window. Their system is very responsive and I didn't feel like I was left hanging. We had a dryer knob situation. Lester from 1-1/2 hour away took care of it in the first 5 minutes of his visit ....identifying and ordering the part. The only issue we have is that it will not come in for 1 month, at which time he will travel again the 1-1/2 hours to replace the knob. He was very professional and we appreciated his knowledge and assurance that our issue can and will be fixed as soon as the part comes in.

So far they have been very easy to work with. I go online anytime, day or night, to open a claim, and they respond very quickly. Most recently, I put in a claim for my AC not working around 1:00 in the morning. By 2:00pm that same day, the repairman was at my house, working on my unit! And fixed it, thank goodness!! :-) Kudos to both CHW and Imperial Heating!!

When we bought our house the seller bought a home warranty through Choice. The first year we had a claim and it was handled quickly and to our satisfaction. When the seller's policy ended we bought our own policy. We've renewed it every year and are we glad we did! We had a large claim this year that again was handled quickly, professionally and performed on schedule. I chose the reimbursement option since the technicians in our area are pretty busy these days. I've been assured I will get the check within 30 days, I hope this aspect of the coverage is accurate 😅

The customer service is outstanding. I am a new customer and had many questions. They were all answered in patient and friendly way. I called on a Saturday evening by chance and spoke to this sweet lady Regina. She was amazing. I was immediately called back by a rep who helped me understand exactly how it worked. I had concerns since I was with another warranty company before that took weeks to get things completed. I am excited for this new relationship. I put in my request for my Air Conditioner online. CHW was quick to get back with me. Due to COVID-19 no one pick up the order. CHW said I could get someone on my own and they would reimburse me. Before I could call someone on my own CHW informed me they had found someone. Technician came out and I am Super Pleased!Thank You CHW! You're the BEST!!!

CHW response time and keeping in touch was great! Due to back ups and delays, they even offered me the opportunity to get someone on my own and they would reimburse me if I couldn't wait for the repairman---I waited, the repairman actually was able to come sooner than expected due to cancellations--provided excellent service! My only negative is an overabundance of emails I receive from CHW.

This call was for my rental property, and when I called she took care of getting me a contractor right away to get my air fixed. The contractor called and scheduled the appointment right away. The contractor called when he was on his way, and got the problem solved right away. I have another rental property and will be getting a contract on it as well. I love CHW!!!!

Making it easy to input the issue with my air conditioning unit, CHW quickly sent out a SOS to local technicians. After no response by the end of the day, CHW communicated with me to give me the option of hiring my own and going through the Reimbursement process. It was easy, simple, and efficient. I like to think I am covered in the all in home appliances and all components in home, but even if you think you are or should be covered for in home, read the fine print. There are exclusions you wouldn't even consider not covered. And if you need a covered item repaired, be prepared to wait weeks for a tech to show up, and in the meantime be aware you will receive daily emails from CHW to ask that you find your own tech. to fix the problem and then fill out the documents provided and CHW will determine if they are going to cover that home repair and if they will pay the amount you paid the tech, or if they will only pay a portion of it.

And Choice Home Warranty did not give me a hart time waiting for parts. My question only is: why you covered 1 part and another part became my responsibility? Both parts connected and Fridge cannot work with 1 part replacement only.

This was my first time using Choice Home Warranty. I live in Florida and the Air Conditioner Stopped the program screen was totally blank I called Choice Home Warranty and a pleasant person answered and took my info and said I would be contacted. I got a recorded message on my phone as well as an email confirming that Bosch Brothers would sent a tech out on Tues between 11 am and 3 pm The tech came addressed the issue was pleasant and very knowledgeable. the air was on. It was amazing!

Very recently, I had several plumbing repairs done through Choice Home Warranty, which were expertly completed. There repairs were under contract. The scheduling representative was very kind and considerate. She was able to adjust the time and Day of the repairs without question, due to my disability. And, the plumber was efficient, knowledgeable and expert when completing the repairs. I was extremely pleased with the services and i will be extending my contact for another year, when it comes up for renewal.

I have had one bad experience with a contractor that Choice Home Warranty immediately took action to correct. They had a different person out the next day! Much better results. So much so that I asked CHW to address another home issue. The results were even BETTER! The service was quick and efficient and the customer service was the best I have ever had from a repairman. The service I received was WELL WORTH the small service fee. I only wish I had had Choice Home Warranty on my previous house. Instead, i paíd nearly $4000 out of pocket for very similar repairs That I paid less than $100 for through CHW.

I called because my outside air-conditioning unit was tripping the breaker and cutting off on these very hot days when you need your air the most. CHW asigned me a technician that was not local to my area and my appointment date was 5 day's later. I actually called the technician myself and told him my problem and he was kind enough to come that night. He arrived at 9:30 PM and checked the outside unit in the dark with only a flashlight. He really didn't do anything other than that and told me "if it happens again to call CHW and he would come back and add a voltage booster to the outside unit". The very next day it happened again and I called CHW and they got intouch with the technician. My problem is that the technician, in his report to CHW, told them that everything was fine and there was nothing wrong with the air-conditioning unit. He didn't tell them what he had told me and he said he would tell them in his report that if it happens again he would need to come back and add a voltage booster. After phone call, after phone call, after phone call, to CHW and the technician (me being the middle man) and me having to get my own appointment for 2 days later, and CHW wanting the technician to resubmit his paperwork, approximately 3 hour's had passed. I'm not happy at all with this having to go through all this craziness trying to get my air-conditioning fixed.

Nothing like insurance on your home. I encourage everyone to invest in choice home warrenty. And I got a discount for being a veteran. A great peace of mind. My son 15 yrs old droped a razor in the tub. Cost me 476.65 to fix it. But if i had choice warrety, it would have cost me 65.00. Deductible. Thank you again.

Our AC wasn’t cooling when we decided to turn it on a week ago. Got the claim made and an hr later it was denied due to the last time we used it was before we had purchased warranty. We purchased our warranty in winter time and had no need for AC which had worked fine prior to not using it anymore. I contacted to repeal the denial. After talking on the phone for a bit with a case manager they approved service.

Bought a house 6/01/2019. Reluctantly bought a Choice Home Warranty. Didn't have any problems until one Sunday night our dishwasher began leaking. I submitted a claim at 7 30 pm. By 9 pm I had a service appointment scheduled. Service like that on a Sunday night! Tech was able to fix the problem after a couple visits. Just renewed warranty last month. Totally happy.

He wasn’t forceful but he was very comfortable to talk to years ago I had choice home warranty I do believe it might’ve been about five years ago and so I went with another company was not satisfied so I decided to call choice home because when I did have you and needed issue to be taken care of you took very good care of us . Even though I was with another company I still sent referrals to your company your company didn’t know but I mentioned that to Elliot today .
