Called AC technician that Choice home Warranty provided for service when they did not show up on Friday last week. They said they had never scheduled the service that Choice home Warranty had sent me in an email. So I sat at home all day Friday without a call and a no-show and my AC is still broken. it has been three weeks since the first visit with the temperature here in Florida over 90° and the heat index of over 100°. Bennet AC apologized for the confusion and scheduled me for the first appointment available. Unfortunately, my appointment coincided with an electrical lightning storm and they had to cancel understandably due to safety concerns but the schedule coordinator got me scheduled first thing Friday morning and I now have air conditioning again. Thank you.

I put in a claim about my air conditioning on Wed. the 21st and was told someomone would come on Mon. the 26th. Then the technician showed up on Thursday the 22nd and fixed it. I was thrilled to have the service done so quickly. This is my second claim. I've also had my refridgerator fixed this year. It took a few days for the technician to come, but it is fixed and working perfectly. I am very satitisfied with Choice Home Warranty so far.

They are highly rated. I'm just switching to them after being with my previous home warranty company, HMS/Cinch, for almost 22 years. My deductible went from $135.00 for my last service call to $65 with Choice as a senior citizen. I will save $1150 in premiums for the next 6 years with Choice. Their representative was very thorough in explaining the plan and options.

I had a very positive experience while using your service for the first time. I had issues with my downstairs AC (in the middle of summer in Florida) and they got a guy out to my house the next day and he did fix it. Then the very same day my upstairs AC stopped working and got in touch with the same person and he came out the next day and fixed/rectified it. Great service and easy to use!

When I lived in Vegas, I had a 5 rating at all times for CHW. When I bought my home near Reno, I bought a policy for CHW. I filed a claim last Thursday to have my air conditioning repaired. I contacted CHW online daily and called them daily trying to get a technician assigned. I told the people I needed help because I have medical problems. My house was in the 80’s with all my fans running. I’m in my 70’s, and had heart surgery, and have asthma, so heat bothers me a lot. It took a week for CHW to assign a technician to fix my air. Thank goodness its running now. The technician was knowledgeable and very competent. I appreciate him, but I don’t find it ok for it to take a week for me to receive repair for my air conditioner. I have referred 3 people to Choice this year, but after this, I will not be referring friends, as this was not good service.

Our air conditioner stopped working July 3, 2022. I immediately filled out a service request on line and received an email July 4 that a service provider would contact me July 5. He did contact me July 5, arrived when he said he would and immediately saw the problem. He had all the parts on hand and repaired our air conditioner. He was polite, explained what he was repairing and tested the unit to make sure it worked properly. Sam's Super Service Pro did a wonderful job, and our home is cool again!

I called for an emergency service today, I was having a dinner party and my freezer was leaking and the tech was at my house by 3ish. Desmond was extremely professional and explained everything he was finding as a problem. Great customer service, felt like he went over and above to fix the issue promptly & when he cleaned my floor behind the freezer. Great service,,!!

Choice home warranty is hood about sending someone out but the heat and air companies they send i really don’t think they know what they are doing cause the winter had to run on emergency heat all w winter abx our air still isn’t working right after they came once. It’s 83 degrees in ny house and the air is set on 74. In freaking melting with ceiling fans and oscillating fan going…. It’ was freaking 98 degrees outside and I live in the woods so it could be hotter if we weren’t in the woods… the system it’s right… we’ve had choice for 2 years. The water heater repair person and the dryer person was great but this heating and air people just don’t seem to know what they are doing..

Obviously we were stressed when our AC went out but when we looked at our plan with Choice Home Warranty, we immediately knew it wouldn’t be a huge expense to get it fixed. It was super simple to submit a claim. This happened on a Saturday, so I honestly wasn’t expecting to hear anything until Monday, but we heard first thing on Sunday that one of their in network technicians would be coming to fix it Monday. Absolutely recommend them and will be a long term customer.

I have only had to use Choice Warranty twice but both times my claims were processed in a timely manner and both items was fixed and I only paid the $65.00 fee . … yes , you pay a monthly fee and it adds up but just to have the piece of mind that if something Big happened I would be covered kinda like a life insurance policy as long as the service is good and o have knowledgeable Techs that come out I will stay with them .

I'm starting my 2nd year with CHW. I bought a home and had 2 issues. A water leak and failed gas water heater. Both resolved reasonably fast considering the water leak was July 3rd last year. With the arrival of the summer heat wave, my AC unit failed to keep up with that weather. A Rock Hill Heating and AC company arrived on the second day and resolved the issue. The tech was really good and very friendly.

The service company who inspected and repaired our AC unit was great. Efferts heating and air came out on 112 degree day and found our unit was overheating. The motor needed to switched out. The job was completed by 8:00am the next day. Wow what great service. Matthew was polite, explained was needed to be done and completed the job within 24 hours.

We had Choice several years ago but due to finances we had to stop. Things are better now and since they did such a good job then, I decided to go back. I am certainly glad that I did. Had a small hiccup with a kitchen sink where it took a few days but since then I have had a couple other things that I needed fixed and they were seriously on the ball. When CHW determined my microwave oven wasn't cost effective for fixing and needed replacement, the process is a bit difficult to manage. Communication with the reps was a bit short and not helpful at all. It took a week to get the technician to come out, and it took several attempts to get an appointment with the support staff and at that the earliest appoinment was another week out. The settlement was alright, but the same microwave is selling for $379, and it cost me $85 to find out that I need to buy a new one. I wasn't happy when I foind out that the settlement was a Lowes gift certificate. I don't shop at Lowes and perfer Home Depot. I asked via email to switch it to Home Depot and received no response.

Two different guys came to service my a/c unit. The first one got my unit running somewhat. He stated that he ordered some kind of fan that I needed replaced. The other guy came last night and installed the fan and now my unit is running much better. Both guys were polite and did their work well as far as I can tell. When I gave the first tech my $85 he said that he will put the receipt on my email. I watched him do it and then he left. However, when I checked my email, it wasn't there. I left a message with you about it and repeated my email address but I got no response. I really would like that receipt.

The offer was so good and cost effective, I decided to get my daughter the same warranty. I like the idea that I don’t have to pay for the repairs. I don’t like the fact that it takes so long to get service scheduled! I’m afraid that by the time your service is completed your frozen food will be completely thawed and you’ll either give it away or replace your fridge/ freezer. In my particular case it was 23 days of cooking on an electric griddle as CHW sent Sears Repair Services out 3times to fix my electric stove only to discover that the issue was with a faulty electric outlet which I replaced after the technician determined that it was the issue. Full disclosure, I was in the shower when the technician arrived the 1st time and didn’t hear him knocking. That required a rescheduled appointment a week later. Although, they call ahead they sometimes arrive earlier than they estimate, so be at home and waiting at least half an hour early!

So far, so good. I did not know what to expect as I have never had a Home Warranty claim before. The process was super easy and the response to my claims was lightning fast. Turns out my washing machine could not be fixed so CHW is giving me replacement value. Down side is that is to come in the form of Lowes E-gift card (I don't usually shop at Lowes) and it could take up to 30 days to arrive via email. I SURELY hope it arrives much quicker than that so I can proceed with getting a new washing machine on site. I have the Ultimate package and my service call fee is reasonable at $65. Based on my recent experience I will likely renew after my first year and would recommend to others.

This time was considerably different. I reported my problem in the online location. There is normally a phone call to both of our phones and an e-mail to note the company and time of appointment; this time no calls but there was an e-mail. The tech called about 45 minutes prior to his appointment to advise of his arrival time. When the tech arrived, he was advised of the reason, he diagnosed the unit and quickly made the repair. Very short, sweet and pleasant encounter.

So far so good. My first experience using Choice was for an AC issue. I never received a notice that an appointment had been set by text or email however, although i received the name of the company. I had to look in the Choice website to realize i had an appointment but it was the wring appointment DAY after all! I phoned the company to find out the correct day and time. Also i stated that my AC was not working and although it was at the end of April, luckily it wasnt mid August! it was days before i got an appointment! I gave 4 stars, however, because the technician who did service my unit was outstanding!! I rate him 5 stars PLUS!! His name is Mark A with Adkinson Mechanical LLC in Pearl River, LA. I will continue to use him for maintenance of my HVAC system and any issues not covered by my home warranty! So thank you for introducing me to him!

The only thing I didnt like was that I didnt have a choice on when someone would come, I had to work around their timeline. I spoke with two representatives-the first one who was very accommodating and helpful, and the second one to correct a one digital mistake inadvertently made by the first representative. The second representative was also very helpful and accommodating and the error was corrected immediately and the second representative told me where to find it on my policy. Both were very courteous and helpful and what I liked the most? I didn't have to wait on the phone forever for someone answer both times when I called. That was awesome!

CHOICE Home Warranty has never let me down. They are quick in responding to inquiries and claims. The technicians that are assigned to do the repairs are knowledgable and highly skilled. Sometimes a repair company is not immediately available for an emergency situation, but CHOICE gives you the option to contact an outside agency and CHOICE will reimburse them. If an item cannot be repaired, CHOICE will compensate you to purchase another appliance.

This is my first claim and are waiting for parts for the refrigerator , but they were ordered and supposed to be installed on May 2nd to get the ice maker working. But I was pleased with the service person. I do believe when I originally bought the five year contract, my copayment was $50.00 not $65.00, but like everything else, it appears the price went up.

I looked into Choice Home Warranty because of their good rating I found in a search online. As usual, the sales person who called attempted to offer more for longer at a reduced rate but more cost upfront , which I was not interested in. After advising I was not interested, she went on to offer more incentives. She was just doing her job and did a good job of trying to sell me more. t got to a point where I sort of felt like I was in a car dealership. haha I'm sure I will be happy with the warranty. Again, the sales gal did a great job.

I called and had my A/C problem fixed on the same day! Today when I called in to move my service to my new home, Maurice was on top of it, gave me a great 6 yr price and had me on my way with a new policy within minutes and did it all with a cheer in his voice!

Price was great and amenities and coverage--however, I will say this, three sales people (I figured this out only in the end) contacted me after my initial inquiry about signing up. I answered the first person, Sonny, and then Aaron sent me a note to join. I thought it was Sonny passing me onto one of his sales people...but then another person (name escapes me) sent a note--I looked at titles of all three and they said Sales Executive or something like that. You should all speak in one voice once a potential customer reaches out.

Very quick response time after initially filling out the form for service. Many times within hours they have gotten back to me and already set an appointment with a repair co, if not then always by the next day. I have a Choice Warranty contract on two homes, for the most part I’m very happy with them. There have been a few occasions where the technician they sent was not very good and did a pretty bad job, but when I did fall to complain, they usually tried to make it right.

I chose CHW because of a heavily discounted 30-month plan that was offered to me at a price well below other companies' year-by-year prices. Most of our appliances were old at the time. I made two claims within the first year of the plan (one for A/C and the other for clothes dryer), both of which were processed and paid promptly. I had to call 3 times in order to place my claim, 1st time the call was disconnected when someone tried to answer, the 2nd time I called I used your auto call back feature.......,no call back. The 3rd time I finally talked to a live person who took my information and gave me a claim number, when I asked for the name of the company being assigned, no answer, as soon as I hung up a company was assigned, however it was 3 days out. when I contacted the company I asked if they could make it sooner and they were more than accommodating and came the next day got right to work in in no time had my A/C up and running. If it wasn't for that company I would have given you 2 or 3 stars
