The two technicians sent to my house were definitely above and beyond. They were very thorough, and kind and courteous (which is rare this day and time). I’ve been without cold air for the past two weeks; and oh my goodness…what a blessing. They worked hard, and did whatever it took. They did but I did have to cancel my membership for a while. As I now have the finances in a recovery state I came back because your employees were there for me and your technicians were excellent.

I like everything about Choice Home Warranty. I have a busy schedule as we all do so I like when I can submit a ticket and know they will take care of everything. In this case, they set up a call-out for AC repair, and the techs found the issue, made a follow-up appointment, and fixed the issue and I only had to be there to say hello. Great service.

Choice has responded to service requests faster than any Home Warranty that I've dealt with. When they didn't have a contractor in our home's area, they were really fast in telling us so that we could hire our own. When they did use their contractors, the response was quick. The contractors were so polite and followed through immediately. Hard to believe in this day and age of poor customer service!!

It is great that customers can place their work order 24/7. Prompt response, we live in Ocala which is approximately 85 miles away from Orlando and heavy traffic. However 3 times that we needed service with our appliances technicians had to make it from Orlando. We are pleased with the level of service we have received. We highly recommend Choice Home Warranty, it gives us a peace of mind.

This rating is for my 2nd contact person (Mel) He was professional & tried his best to answer my questions and get my service request fulfilled. He was patient and receptive to my concerns. I can not say that about the 1st contact person whose name I did not get. She was very difficult to understand & she did not comprehend what I was saying. Your automotive system also is a nuisance & told me my refrigerator ice maker was not covered - I have the “ultimate “ plan. People warned me about getting a home repair warranty & if this is the way all claims are going to go I can see why. Once again, Mel the 2nd representative I spoke to was outstanding!

This is my first call to Choice. The person taking my call was very polite and informative. There was a lot of background noise and made part of the conversation difficult for me to understand. She was very patient and repeated when I told her I could not understand what she was saying. As a senior citizen that background noise Is a problem even when I am in a restaurant. I had two claims and she promptly took care of them both efficiently. My 9 pm I had one appointment made to check my ice maker. I am sure I will hear on Tuesday about the other claim.

Choice Home Warranty (CHW) customer service staff, claim representatives, and case managers have been extremely helpful in terms of delivering exceptional service and cooperation. Although at times I wish for more expedient results, I appreciate the fact that staff is always available and willing to communicate effectively in an understanding matter to reach mutually agreed upon settlements to close outstanding claims satisfactorily. I truly appreciate CHW for many years to come!!

Technician , Jeremy, was outstanding as well as our interaction with the service company, Air Control, NWFL. Very personable, knowledgeable and efficient!! However, our interaction with CHW representatives to set up the appointment. was exasperating and time consuming. Could not understand the reps and they provided contradicting information for the ser.vice required. The 5 star rating was for Jeremy not CHW!

Everything certainly went better this time than the last when you all took the longest time to hire ls6ome one from Virginia 6 hours away...whom I cancelled. Furious. The man who came this time was courteous and to the point. And he fixed my central air conditioning unit which made me very pleased. I thank you and I thanked him as well. This time the man was able to get to me in far less than 6 hours. I asked for help 3 times from Choice Home Warranty. You helped the first time & the 3rd time. You failed miserably the 2nd time without so much as an apology. Which was very disappointing, needless to say. I was on the verge of tossing the towel in but I decided to hang on and perhaps things would get better. They have, somewhat...but I'm still waiting for the othe shoe to drop. Thank you, especially if you don't let that other shoe drop.

His immediate response was telling me what the positives are about Choice and not what was wrong with my previous company. We haven't asked for help very often, but each time we have requested help they have been there and sent the right person to take care of our problem. This last service need was a very slow/stopped drain. The plumbers that arrived were professional and took care of the problem quickly. We are very happy with our Choice Home Warranty.

Took awhile from initial call-to service inspection-parts delivery-installation of new parts...But we made the best decision to have Choice Home Warranty as our home warranty provider. All representatives were knowledgeable and respectful. A-1 Appliance representatives were prompt and discussed their determinations with clarity. The replacement of parts took place and the representatives had our washing machine repaired within short time. Great service and great value

The last couple of times I used CHW it has been great. Both my washer & hot water heater service repair was excellent & didn’t need to pay any extra money for parts or labor. I have been a customer for years now and finally got the scheduling system down, the only issues or problems have been with the scheduling. Getting scheduled promptly, availability with my schedule, techs arriving on time within scheduled time, and booking communication with CHW and the contracted company. Overall the service works for me as they find and vet the companies. I do think it’s expensive however I will keep my service as long as they cover my repairs when I file. Thanks

Then to get a man out to repair it for me and how well the repairman took care and repair my dryer. I only paid for the fee and that was all. So thankful to have this warranty. It sure was worth it. Use them twice Plumbing company was excellent Garage door guy was very good and fast. We had an issue with the door not closing figured out it was the sunshine shining in on the sensor and he relocated the sensor and worked great. He call me back the next day to see it that fixed the problem. Would recommend both companies and Choice for a prom servicing.

I am extremely satisfied with the professional quality of service I received recently from Choice Home Warranty. My claim for a broken clothes dryer was handed expeditiously and a contract was awarded to a company within minutes to come repair my dryer. The Sears repair technician was professional and showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I recommend Choice Home Warranty be considered as a source for your home repairs.

I like the fast response to my calls. The issue I have was with the results of the call. I called for my refrigerator, the technician came out assessed the problem, told me we needed a part, and left. A short time later a get a message from Choice saying they decided to replace the refrigerator rather than repair the old one - sounded good to me. Then I find out they will not replace the unit but give me a check and let me go to Lowes and buy a new one. Again - sounds good. The the check comes and it is not enough to replace mine - only enough to buy "A" refrigerator and only at Lowes. In order to "replace" mine, I had to put money of my own to get a replacement, no just a refrigerator. Apparently "Choice" negotiated an agreement with Lowes, without passing it on to us - the insured.

Bought a 3 year best Choice Home Warranty with our first home an has been a life saver for us. Worth every penny, there are service fee is reasonable as are their solutions. We have had them issue gift cards for self replacement as well as them covering full costs of appliances and we just had to pay installation. In both instances the resolutions were more than reasonable and we will continue using their warranties in the future based on our positive experiences.

Wow, I have worked with several home warranties as a realtor. I have my personal Warranty with CHOICE. I have been very pleased with the service on both claims that I have experienced. From first reporting the claim to the final repair, it has been excellent! The repair people arrived when they said they would and the repair was done in a timely manner. I can't say enough about their service.

We've never had any issues with Choice Home Warranty. We've had about 5 claims in the last couple of years due to moving into a new home. Each time, I'm amazed how quickly contractors grab the ticket to provide whatever service I'm needing. CHW has a pretty good online system for managing claims and seems to respond quickly to questions I may have--all via online access.

I'll try again. I've already done this twice. I appreciated the professionalism, timely arrival and efficiency of the plumber who was assigned. There was a bit of difficulty trying to arrange a convenient time on my schedule. Once it was set up, everything went well. The only downside was the fact that he discovered another very minor situation he could have corrected in a matter of minutes. He was not allowed to do it because it was not part of the initial claim. I did not include it because I didn't realize it was a problem. I am not a plumber so I didn't even think that could have been part of the solution.

I had another warranty a year ago before CHOICE HOME -- they would not fill my repair, so I cancelled them -- heard about CHOICE HOME -- unbelievable phone service to put in a claim and then the repair was done within 24 hours ---- told my HUSBAND this is the best warranty company -- we paid for three years up front so hopefully I will get this same wonderful service on other claims in the future !

Anton from Infinity Power did an excellent job of diagnosing and installing a new fan or my bedroom. He came out during the day and saw that fan needed to be replaced and then got approval and returned in the evening to replace the fan. I regard this as excellent service and will recommend him to all of my friends in addition to using him for my future needs.

Choice Home Warranty responded to my repair request in record time. When the repairman came to my house, he explained what he was doing. New parts needed to be ordered and CHW supported the order with parts arriving in only a few days. In my past experience with another warranty service, the company only wanted to do the bare minimum. Choice Home Warranty, however, wanted the repair to be fixed correctly the first time. I am extremely glad I contracted with CHW.

this is the 2nd company that came out (Sears is BAD) This company Angel AC's tech Rodys S listened to our issue we have had over 4 weeks and he took the time to evaluate the situation. Fixed the issues and we now have cool air inside our home during the day at 76º instead of 81º during the day in the Texas unbearable heat that is very unhealthy for us elderly. After trying to get help for over 4 weeks to get service this gentleman gave us hope and the feeling of he cared for our problem.

First time around it worked out pretty good…..once I got me own technician to help. He fixed the issue was authorized rather quickly and I liked how simple the upload reimbursement process was! But What would be very helpful would be for the call center to do more then just phone back and have some real information as to where they are in locating a service provider. An Ongoing tracking system - how many calls did they make on my behalf over the 48 hours they had did to locate a service provider for my problem. After almost two days of waiting for anything from your end I went ahead & got my own technician. They can the very next day in the am. It really makes me wonder how many calls the call center or support people really did? Did Choice have a developed list of service people, Company, phone numbers email in my area town?

Picked as top rated service from internet, left Sears Protection Agreement after 10 years because they changed the rules of the game. Person that called me, Daniel F was very professional in explaining how Choice HW worked, he also offered a special plan for senior citizens which was convincing and saved us money on long run. Expect that the appliance service offered in future needs is as good as the sales pitch made to convince me and increase my coverage, it's a good deal for both parties if expectations are met.
