There is not a lot of interaction because most of it is done online. I’ve used it a couple of times for my heating system and the second time it worked out really well. It can depend on who they send out. They have a lot of choices so that’s good.

I used my warranty a few times last month and I had a great experience. I am happy. They are punctual. The only time I’ve had to register a complaint was when I needed an additional plumber. It is too bad every time I put in a request I have to pay the service fee.

I'm still waiting back for a call back from customer service and I haven't received one in about two weeks. I used it for the refrigerator ice machine and they called Samsung and they fixed it but I'm still waiting for a call to fix my door and I have not received one from choice.

Sometimes it takes too long but I’ve only had one bad experience with them when it took them three weeks to finally tell me that they didn’t replace something. When I used them for the heating it was really great. Everything else other than that one thing has been great.

I had a call in for stove burner repair. While repairman was here, he noticed that the digital display on my fridge was not functioning correctly. He said he needed a part and that I should let Choice know about the problem. Even though it was the same repairman, I was charged an additional $45. fee. No extra trip. All completed in second visit.

They're a pretty good company, although there have been several times where I've called and the appliance I need fixed isn't covered under the warranty. Two weeks ago, my disposal broke and they sent out a plumber to fix my disposal and it worked out well.

I requested a manager call back regarding my claim. The issues was the same as last month and requested the same company that completed the issue. The customer service rep told me it doesn't work that way. I informed that I spoke with the company and they willing to take the claim but I can submit the order to Choice; but was told I can't do that either. It has been several hours and I still have not received a return call from a manager. The previous company already came out and completed the job.

I was going to call with the complaint not about choice but about the people that Y'all have sent out here for my heat. I ordered it before thanksgiving I still don't have heat. I called and by the time they got back to me it was the week of thanksgiving, and by the time they got out here it was the day before thanksgiving. They didn't say they had to order a part and couldn't get it back till after thanksgiving and it is now another week and I still do not have heat or air and it's been in the thirties here.

When I signed up, I got an extended plan where you buy multiple years for a good price. There are relatively no issues except for they have trouble finding good and dependable technicians to show up on time. They also look for ways to deny your claim, so that's disappointing. They're a good value overall except for when they find ways to deny your claims.

We had a garbage disposal stop working right before Christmas and they guy came out and looked out and said he did not have the size we needed and would be out in a couple of days to put it in. A couple of days went on and he couldn’t put in because he couldn’t get under the sink because of physical problem so we waited a few more days. It ended up taking about three weeks to get it fixed. They let things slide.

The vendors they use seem to be very reputable. I’ve most had very good interaction with Choice but I did have an issue with the dishwasher and the agent apparently did not understand the process and led me down the wrong direction for about three days. The dishwasher is working fine now.

It took me going through more than one person to file a claim, so I wish it was an easier process. My garage door wouldn't open so I called them and once I got through the initial person, they assigned a company to come out and fixed it the next day. One thing I don't like is that I was contacted by Choice that if I went with an older security system I would get a free service call. When I called them back to talk more about it, they said they had no record of that conversation, so I feel ripped off by Choice.

For the few times I have needed repair work, Choice has been responsive to meet my need. Ionce had a repair that did not hold up. I called and reported this to Choice and they sent another repairman with no service call charge.
