Poor customer service. You literally have to do their job for them. Slow response time and horrible contractors who don't know what they're doing and try to rip you off by sending false diagnosis reports.

The contractors that they assign to the claims are extremely unresponsive. It took two weeks to get my air conditioner fixed. The pool Contractor couldn’t fix the issue and never followed up. When you call customer service, you simply get the runaround.

I pay them every month on time, when I need a repair they are quick to charge me $100 before even coming out. The issue is never resolved in one visit and now I need a new microwave, it’s been 3 weeks since my microwave broke and I’m still waiting

Home shield is to expensive, I pay 115 a month, so that I only have to pay 65 to 75 dollars for a contractor for a repair, I just found out, not only am I pay 100 to 115 a month to have home shield, I'm paying 100 for a repair, it went up 25 dollars, just like that

AHS sent a tech who found nothing wrong. The next day the furnace would not run. Tried calling the tech twice and only got a recording with no chance for leaving message. I paid someone else to repair furnace.
