had an issue that was never resolved. called back after new year to let them know. it was 63 days and they refuse to waive the $75 fee even though it's the same issue because it was after 60 days. very POOR customer service.

I just called American Home Shield to check the status of my very first claim, and I'm on hold with an expected wait time of over 1 hour!! It's 1:42 p.m. on January 3, 2018 and I'm on hold...for a long time apparently.

They are terrible at responding to emergencies. If something is seriously wrong, you still have to wait 48 hours before they find someone to come. And when there is sewage in your basement that is a terrible experience!

I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them 0. We had them send repairman out for our dishwasher at least eight or 10 times last year and it was never repaired. It took them six or eight trips to get our microwave fixed. All they want to do is try to repair and when they can’t they won’t replace it.

They really don’t cover anything. They actually sent a dishwasher repair man the said “I don’t know much about these new fangled machines”. It’s just your basic dishwasher. It took multiple visit before the dishwasher got fixed. This company is a total waste of money!

Purchased a home warranty for my home last year. Paid the deductible, company was sent to fix a broken shower handle. They wanted to charge me an additional $750.00 Not sure what the warranty provided? Customer service was good and refunded my $100 service fee as we had to fix it ourselves in the end
