Waste of money! Nothing is truly covered. You wind up paying full price for repairs plus a monthly fee and service fees. Save your money. Businesses like American Home Shield should be illegal.

I have had good and bad with them. The kitchen sink went and they had it fixed asap. The hvac is leaking freon and they cant figure out where it is after 3 repairs. Replacing the freon is not the answer!

Crooked company. Paid more for ac service with warranty, than I would if hired my own. They never fixed ac. Talk to call center in Philippines with no luck. Waiting two weeks to try to get ac fixed. Major scam

Would not replace hot water heater that started leaking water. Requested a plumber and was told date to be at home with a four hour window. Plumber never showed up or called. The day was ruined.
