Over 2 months, our air conditioning was repaired, one part and then another. Now we’ve been waiting the latest failure to be fixed. We still don’t know when that will happen. After several weeks, we are still waiting for parts to repair our microwave. After more than 3 weeks, we finally had our dishwasher repaired.

It takes American Home Shield too long to do repairs especially HVACs in Huntsville, AL! AHS does not vet vendors, I told them that Best Air is horrible, yet there still a vendor with AHS. It took months to repair an air conditioner last summer. An AHS VP in Northern AL promised a credit but I never got it.

I’ve had AHS for over 13 years, within the last two or 3 years they must have out sourced their call center to India and you cannot be transferred to a supervisor. Please move the call center back to the USA. And please allow us to be transferred to a supervisor that has English as their first language.

They wrongfully denied my claim. They initially repaired my water heater. When the repair didn't work and they determined it had to be replaced they denied it saying there was pre-existing damage. They only decided to deny it once the more expensive claim was filed. Seems exceptionally dishonest. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I filed a claim for a leaking water heater. A man was sent to check it out. I received a call from AHS but could not understand what he was saying. In the meantime I have replaced the water heater including installation at my expense. Please tell me what is going on? Thank you.
