The support is okay but the process of getting anything done is obnoxious. I needed some work done on my water heater recently and it took about a month. They are not not helpful but sometimes the contractors they hire just tie their hands and make them do the wrong thing.

I have submitted a request to be reimbursed and have not been so for months it wasn’t until I called and initiated defined out why that I found out they were missing one document from the service or who I reached out to contacted received and uploaded to their website and still have not received a check for outside vendors. I also currently have been waiting seven weeks to get my washing machine we have gone through three different companies they’ve sent to us yet no one comes back to finish the work. These are all servicers recommended through them. Customer service is nice when I call but no action is really taken to help me they just reschedule someone else. So overall very disappointed in this warranty and as soon as it’s up I will be going with another company.

Just after moving in to our brand new home with our new appliances package warranty, bought by the sellers, our brand new Frigidaire dishwasher did not work. The company refused to replace or repair the dishwasher stating that the dishwasher did not work when we moved in and therefore was not covered. When we questioned and brought up the fact that the inspector had ran the dishwasherPrior to us getting closing on the loan we were told that our inspector had no appliance license and could not vouch for it working and because I told them that the dishwasher did not work when we first ran it after moving in and taking ownership of the home they did not honor the warranty for.

Historically they have been very good as far as timeliness. The last call to customer service was not very friendly. When I wanted different brand of equipment, I was offered a buyout but I was not notified that I would have to purchase labor from another vendor to have a pump installed.

Everything was good when we started, but before they could send somebody over, they requested a copy of the whole inspection, and that was not disclosed to me at the time I paid the $60 service. I am SO impressed with this company out of Aurora, CO. I had to contact them several times a year ago for furnace issues. They covered the repairs & things were fine. My system was old & I wondered how the AC would work - but even with the next summer (In AZ) there were no problems. Now, this year the furnace again was acting up in January during a cold spell. They replaced the entire HVAC system after only 1 call & 1 visit by the service company they are now using! They really came through for me! They are kind of expensive but so worth it!

We have 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (HBW) for about four years since we bought our first house. The water heater broke several months after we moved in, and was replaced by the company quite quickly. The contractor mentioned that the company covered everything, though a part of the problem was not under the warranty. Then our AC system has been broken three times each year and was fixed by the contractor until it could not be fixed anymore. The contractor requested the replacement. We waited for about 3 weeks until the new system was installed. 2-10 is a GOOD company, but it could be better if the speed of service is improved. They do replace broken equipment and they do care for their customers. I wish that company management takes negative reviews seriously and takes steps towards service optimization. Ultimately, the negative reviews will affect 2-10 HBW reputation and profits.

This is the first time I used 2-10 Home Warranty. As a real estate professional for 20+ years, I met this company at my International Convention and signed uo my own home to check out this company. After a long time, my garage door opener (GDO) went out and I called them. The first contractor they sent wasn't good, but they quickly assigned me another one. Excellent service, and loved the service repair company that they provided. I have had two appliances fixed by them since moving into our new home 6 month ago. Both appliances were fixed quickly. The call to the warranty company was quick, pleasant and easy. One appliance had to be repaired twice, but each time was done with no hesitation on the part of the warranty company. Would definitely buy this warranty service for any new home that I purchase in the future.

This warranty is a "must have" when purchasing a home. We moved in and the next day the refrigerator was leaking on the floor. We were given an option immediately to receive a $100 check vs. having a repair done. This was awesome because the refrigerator was old an ugly! We also had immediate issues with the furnace. This was taken care of and we are very happy with the service we received from the contractor and also very pleasantly surprised by the phone calls from 2-10 confirming repairs and following up on everything. I highly recommend this service!

We have had Systems and Appliances coverage with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty for over 10 years. In the past, for relatively minor service requests, the company has been very responsive and we have been very satisfied. This summer we had a major issue with the A/C and 2-10 did not let us down. They coordinated the repairs efficiently and expeditiously.
