They're very difficult to contact and they continue to stand out and refer us to a plumber who does standard work. We had a plumber come out because we had a leak in the bathroom they could not do it completely and then said they would come back and do it so we had them come back out again and again, so then the last time we had an issue they told us we could contract with the company and they would pay for the reimbursement process. Its been going on for months now and has not been a pleasant experience.

I had a bad experience with 2-10 due to the slackness of the repairman who never came out to repair my appliances after making promises that he did not keep. I had to obtain my own repairman and had my appliances repair within 2 days after waiting for 5 maths for 2-10 repairman. I was so upset, but 2-10 company reimbursed me the money I spent which was good.

The first couple of times I tried to reach them, I literally was on hold for almost 3 hours. They don't have an email for customer service, either you put in a service request through their very limited portal or you don't get service. There is no way to contact anyone to get questions answered or for specific issues. Most recently I put in a service request for my refrigerator and they scheduled an appt within 2 days, but the service company called me to let me know that appt is not scheduled and they can't come out for 2 1/2 weeks. In the meantime all of my food is going bad, so I had to call another company and pay for them to come this week. I have found this home warranty service to be pretty useless and will not be renewing.

My realtor recommended them but it is very difficult to get them to find someone to help me because my dryer was made in Sweden. Once they get someone out, they did a great job because they paid me back. However I was without a washing machine for five weeks. I had to pay them a hundred dollars on top the almost six hundred dollars I pay them.

Time and the communication was sort of a mess. I needed to use the warranty to repair my air conditioning in my house and it was summer and between the vendor and 2-10 it took a very long time. Once they finally got started the service provider they used was excellent. Overall average so far but I expect better later on.

Okay we have had a couple of claims open for three months that are not solved yet. And the last time I tried to contact to 2-10 customer service to follow up, I waited online for 1 and a half hours and I have a proof of this. And then the line hung up on me and 2-10 is not trying to help in any of my claims. My AC has not been working for three months and 2-10 responded but they didn't followed up. They didn't finish the job and the other three months old claim is not solved yet. The dishwasher on my other home hasn't been fixed or replaced even though we did everything 2-10 asked to facilitate the fixing or replacing our dishwasher.

The repairmen of the plumbing have been excellent with their work. I'm going through a situation right now where my dishwasher is broken. The repairman came out last week and said it couldn't be fixed and then I got a call Monday from 2-10 saying they were going to try to find the part and I haven't heard back yet and the dishwasher still broken.

They are helpful but it takes a long time to get work done. I have had issues where I had to play the middle man with the company and 2-10 about how much wasn't covered by warranty. I was told one thing and the company was told another and I had to get that resolved. Turns out 2-10 told me the wrong thing.

While 2-10 has been proactive for the most part and has certainly fulfilled upon their obligation to fix my appliance, I'm 6 weeks into the process and my problem remains unfixed. They've scheduled visits from three different contractors, only for two of the three contractors to 'ghost' after the diagnosis. Meanwhile, they've failed to follow through with assurances to update me with the status of part orders and vendor commissions. It's disappointing.

I had a hard time getting a good contractor out to my house. I always had to call the contractor after I submitted a Service Call after 2 days because I never received a call from them. They said they never received the work order number. This happened to two different occasions. Also, I've been waiting about 2 months to get my reimbursement check when they told me it will be mailed out within 30 days. I've been calling and stayed on hold for over 33 minutes before I hung up. I would have renewed but it takes a lifetime to get someone on the phone.

I had a problem with my washing machine and called 2-10 about this issue. They informed me that there would be a local repair facility calling me to schedule a time to come out within the next day. I waited a 2 dasys and finally I contacted 2-10 to find out what was happening. They then informed me that the 2 shops they work with in my area could not do it do it for whatever reason and then told me I needed to find someone to come out and they would reemburse me the ampount chrged because I had to find someone myself. I found a company, had them come repair the washer, and then then followed there instructions on submitting the receipt for reimbursement. They declined to pay me the full amount I was charged, and told me they had never approved for me to get someone on my own. The whole experience was a nightmare, and the manager I spoke with from 2-10 was very unprofessional and rude. Bottom line is, they were unable to help when I needed them to and then refused to honor the agreement in reference to the terrible predicament they put me in.

I'm not happy with them. They didn't respond to coming to fix our AC. It took a long time for someone to come out, and they gave me a lot of excuses. They only partially fixed the problem, and the technician was charging me several hundred dollars that I thought my warranty would cover, but they won't. This company doesn't sit well with me. Be careful what you're signing with them.

The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working after two the replacement stop working when the technician came back he said the Easter lever needs to replaced it stop making ice again. All of this took more than two and plaid $170.00for repot that never worked.

My experience has been very negative and it's kind of frustrating right now. It's just not worth the hassle. I've had some issues for three to four months that hadn't been resolved. They have kind of incompetent suppliers that do their fixes for the appliances and such. For instance, we have a dishwasher that someone's come out and looked at four or five times and ordered a multitude of parts for unnecessarily. We're still kind of at square one without things being fixed, so we're pretty pissed off. There have been miscommunications between the third parties and 2-10, and it has taken a while to fix it, going back and forth between them until they realized they ordered the wrong parts. The people they send out don't abide by Covid rules that they publish on their website and don't really solve issues.

My stove top cracked so I called in for the warranty. They had someone come look at it and determine that it was not my fault, so they were going to order a new top for the stove at the beginning of February. I had not heard of anything, so I called, and it turns out they did not place the order for the new top because suddenly, they needed photos of the stove top. No one had ever told me I would need to turn in photos. So basically, I have been sitting here for weeks unable to use two burners on my stove. I think 2-10 is terrible.

I feel like I get like subpar contractors and people who really don't want to help. I've had to use my warranty over the course of almost two years and the contractors all just want to do like the minimum work and they don't want to figure out what's really wrong with it so I just have to keep calling and it's really costly. It's exhausting having to find a good contractor. 2-10 should actually find reputable contractors in the area, who actually want to work with you.
