Terrible. It's been almost a month and three visits with them attempting to fix the washing machine, making it worse each time. Each visit has been followed by increasingly damaging flooding, the last one made it literally look like it was raining in my basement. Get choice if you want to spend more repairing your home than you would ever spend on an appliance.

In the past heating system technicians were rare and far between. Choice Home says, along with their cost increase, that they have improved these services and agreement with these techs. We will see how it goes!

I have had nothing but problems with CHW. I placed a claim for my furnace not working and the soonest they could get me in is a week later and no approximate time frame, just any time that day. It is NOVEMVER!!! and going a week without any heat at all is UNACCEPTABLE! CHW customer service SUCKS. I am very unhappy with CHW and I will not be renewing with you again. There are many other warranty companies out there that provide much better service. A very unhappy customer

the contractor who checked my furnace was great but i had a part that was 100.00 dollars and you refused to pay for it so i was out 185.00 at xmas time. i replaced it and could have not even needed to contact you for nothing. prices keep going up also 2 price increases last two years.

Technician was great. Choice warranty sucks. They haven't addressed the issue for more than a month and forcing me to take a short-end of the deal, that is, take cash and replace yourself. The appliance was high-end ($5k)and they are offering me $500. Regular brands costs around $3k-$3.5k + labor + delivery (total ~$4k). Even if I replace to a lower quality brand, they are offerling 10% of the actual cost. Talking to their claims agent didn't help either.

Im currently active duty military and I have the top plan and yet my electrical problem still was not covered and it was a $500 bill i should not have had to pay. Its not my fault a power surge burnt a wire in the house. What is the point in having the top plan if i still can't have piece of mind my home is properly covered! So now im trying to figure out how i can get power back in my house with my pregnant wife and our 3 year old son.

Customer service is terrible. They talk over you when you are trying to explain your situation. And when you ask for a supervisor they ask you why do you need to speak with supervisor, he or she will tell you the same thing. Really?? What has happen to the " Customer is always right" ? You never argue with a customer. I canceled my service and they still charged me the next month. Do not sign up with them

Choice warranty does not have repair people there is always a delay , we have been waiting three weeks now for a water leak , so the problem gets bigger and bigger , then they leave e mails telling us they are looking for service man in our area , we we don’t live in the boondocks , so why can’t they find somebody , or we can find one our selfs but we have to pay them and they will pay us back , no not doing that , I did once and it took me a year to get my money back , so who is going to pay my water bill when this keeps going on ?

Didn't like the fact that service repair company Choice made me use showed up, said it was a part that needed to be ordered. Took q weeks then company rescheduled again. I found a very highly recommended company that came out next day. Choice wouldn't pay for them. So I ended up paying directly out of pocket.

The contractor was great but the service I received from Choice Home Warranty was horrible and they made me pay $300 for parts that I didn't need out of pocket and if I had refused to pay the $300 they would have denied my claim

I have two claims going. Disposal issue. That vendor came and did an excellent job. On my second claim for my pool heater. The tech came, looked at the issue, and has never updated me nor have I heard from Choice Warranty

They never get a qualified service person to fulfill your request in a reasonable length of time. Sometimes their emails do not get to me at all. Many of their service people don't even show up or call to cancel.All in all very disappointing.

The service has been great. Never had an issue. But months before my renewal was up I was getting multiple phone calls a day. Then I was getting 5-6 a day. If I logged in to my account they called. Talk about excessive. Back off. If someone wants to renew they will do so without you pestering all day

I've had an incredibly distressing experience with Choice Home Warranty. I signed up with them and opened a claim to repair my heater. Unfortunately, their technician was unable to fix it, and I ended up wasting $75 on the service call fee. Now, they want to send another technician, but the earliest available appointment is a week from now, and once again, I have to pay a $75 service fee. This situation is causing me a great deal of frustration, especially as I am caring for a bed-bound patient. I am extremely dissatisfied with their services, and I strongly advise against using this company.

Never, never have I had such a negative experience. Choice Contractors make appointments and do not show. Make another appointment. Without a working refrigerator ONE MONTH!!! Cannot and will not help…they kick the van down the road. I have never dealt with a company that delivers NOTHING and provides no redress. My experience is Choice Home Warranty will not help no matter how long you have waited. No fridge for a month? That is unreasonable and inexplicable. BUYER BEWARE!!! BTW it is not amazing…prepare to raise your blood pressure

I have an air conditioner that quit blowing cold air. A company was finally found and about two weeks later it was fixed. But it wasn’t working in all the rooms. Called back and they sent Sears out and they don’t do Duct Work so we pay $85.00 for no help and I told the service rep I needed the ducts checked. I was in the Philippines at the time and my husband was home. I haven’t called back as yet to make another appointment because I got just got home and am sick.

This company strung me along for 2 1/2 weeks, not being able to find a technician to repair or replace our Garage door opener. I finally did the reimbursement only to find that they felt it was a preexisting problem which not one of the reps informed me and I spoke with MANY of them, including the one who took the information including dates. This was the time to inform me, saving many calls and anxiety as our garage door remain partially open the whole time and anyone could have gained access to our house upstairs. No one cares!

Before taking out this policy I spoke with an agent to confirm that our high end appliances in the kitchen would be covered. I was assured they would. We had a built in SubZero refrigerator which would cost $15,000-$18,000 to replace. We were offered a gift card for under a $1,000 to replace it. After reading the small print, we learned that Choice would not reimburse more than $3,000 for a refrigerator. We wrote a letter to your legal department a couple months ago requesting maximum reimbursement of $3,000. We still have not received an answer or compensation
