My washer is going out. They agreed to help pay for a replacement. They offered an e-card from Lowe's. I accepted only to find out we wouldn't get the card for 30 days. Our furnace went out. They couldn't find a tech who could come in a timely manner. With the cold snap coming we couldn't wait. They said we could get out own repair person, but that person had to first fill out a form on-line and submit pictures plus wait for approval before working on the furnace. No one would do that, so we are stuck with paying for the repair.

They do not perform what they advertise. I made 2 claims in July , it is now Dec and the claims STILL have not been fulfilled. I've called several times and their employees are rude and stated we had to make an appointment to speak with a supervisor! Choice constantly called me daily until I gave in an d took out a policy with them now I can't even get service for what I paid! Choice is a rip off and a joke!!!

I've had ongoing issues with my fridge leaking, and despite multiple repair attempts, it's still not fixed. The service has been decent overall, but communication has been lacking, especially regarding parts for my fridge. I also faced trouble with my dishwasher warranty due to a missing serial number, forcing me to buy a new one. While the technicians have been good, the overall service experience has been frustrating.

More often than not I have been asked to find my own tech and then put them through the frustrating and arduous approval process. Choice has been the most frustrating Home Warranty platform I've ever owned. The techs also state that working with Choice is incredibly frustrating. One even refused to cash the check we gave him for his co-pay because of that..he felt so bad for us.

I told them to send out 2 people for repair on my stackable washer and dryer, and they sent 1. I had to reschedule another appointment with another 8a-5pm window for 2 men to come out. Hopefully, they'll have the parts on the truck. Otherwise, it will be a third visit.

We do not like when we request a service for a repair that a repair company is assigned and an appointment is made without checking our availability. Our dryer was not working and we had to wait a couple weeks after the original request to get Sears out here to fix it.

The minimum cost is $648 and they offered me $335 and it's been two or three weeks and I haven't gotten the money for it. I'm still waiting. They said they would give me a gift card. Nothing happened.

If you have a part on back order, which I had twice, Choice will cancel your claim if Choice doesn't hear from you in 30 days. I asked to get a manager to call me, Choice said someone would call in 24 hours,in both cases no one called me.

It always takes at least 8 to 10 days and several call or messages to get anything done. I companies don't have anyone in their office to answer their phone. And some don't have answering machines. I have brought in 7 members of my family and we all plan to non-renew with choice because of the lack of service

Difficult to get work done in a timely manner. For major items like HVAC, CHW will repeatedly attempt to repair a unit that needs replacing. Multiple trips means multiple co-pays when it is evident the unit is at end of life and should be replaced.

Every step of the way is cumbersome. I had one claim that was approved. It took over 1 month to receive remuneration in order to purchase a replacement washing machine. This came in the form of a Lowes gift card. They should have paid me for the time and hassle of multiple phone calls and then needing to take my laundry to a laundromat in the meantime. There is no good reason why it should have taken over 1 month to receive the gift card.

Rude associates. Rudest and most unprofessional I've ever encountered. Also, you turn down almost every claim I've made. Someone came to fix garage door, broke it, and it cost me $500 to fix it. Someone came to fix pool cleaner and said that is not covered and still charges me. Someone came to fix plumbing and failed to fix it. Cost $800 to get another plumber. Called about air conditioner and my claim was ignored. Had to pay for a new unit.

Worst Customer Service company I've ever had to deal with ! The send handyman and un qualified workers to destroy your house and collect your copay. Don't get suckered into the extended contract. Most company's they send have a huge amount of complaints and usually a 2 star review. To speak to Customer service it's a 48 hour wait, to have a supervisor call u back !
