Unhappy Customer

Very unsatisfactory. Whole system was bad. Had to call every couple of days because something was wrong. Then had to way weeks before a tech would come out. This went on for about a year. Would not recommend to anyone.

Many local alarm activations not appearing on the Vivint board. Unable, or unwilling to correct. Could not depend on Vivint to protect our home. Charging for window stickers and yard signs. Terrible service.

Continue to have issues with my sensors. The price for the equipment is extremely high, the equipment I bought from Walmart was way lesser and works much better. When my contract is up, I'm kicking Vivint to curb.
