I did have trouble once and called and the service guy came probably the next day to help me out. I had a cat and had gone away for the day and set the alarm and I forgot that my cat was in the house and he set off the alarm and the police actually called me and told me that they checked around the house and found nobody.

The telephone support, online support was very tedious. In order to get an answer to any question, it takes far too long. I've had other home security type systems and they are much easier to install and navigate through. They need to be more accommodating both with other devices that can be utilized with their infrastructure and in terms of the actual devices they provide. Far too complicated when it does not need to be.

Responds quiclky and well. When I had a problem with our one of our motion detectors sensors, they would tell to me what to do. It's easy to control and easy to do things I need to do on my phone. Also you can disarmed and arm in front of the doorbell camera, the camera is excellent.

I like the video but I tried to use my panel and everything is disconnected from everything and I had a gentleman yesterday try to help me. I cannot have anybody coming to my house right now because I had a triple bypass and it's not working like it's supposed to. The system is not working good and I can do nothing about it right now.

We can see the video through our phone or the main panel to see all the cameras. Every time I call in and have a problem, they're always helpful and nice and can tell me step-by-step instructions on how to fix the problem.

I like that I can be away from home and see with the camreras everything that's going on and I can lock it and control the temperature away from home. A lot of things the customer service don't know and they have to send a maintenance man out.

They were very helpful and they actually tried to satisfy the customer's needs. The equipment is very effective. For example, you have smoke in the house they would call right away to the apparatus and if you didn't answer they're still going to send someone even if you don't answer to check what your situation is and that your home's alright.

I did like their apps so I can control things from my smartphone. We did have some problems with some answers. The person helping us was excellent. It's just the follow up and sending out of product that I had to replace, for instance the door pad, and they didn't send return shipping documents and I had to go through a lot trying to get the old units shipped back.

They are there to respond twenty-four hours a day if need be and we've had issues where we've tested our alarm system and they are definitely there. They either call back or they come to the house and do whatever I need.

My experience with vivint overall have been good. The only you have to on them about is $50 card some salesman will promise you these cards but will not deliver when time to pay. All of my equipment works very good. It's very reliable.

Easy to contact. I like the cameras and that i can see who's at my door. I think it's really unfair that some people (like me) are paying $60/$69 a month and I have a brother that got it two months after me and he's paying $35/month and he's got the same equipment I do. I just think that's bull crap.

Make a battery that lasts longer.Our front door wasn't working and it said our battery was out so we just called and they told you so it's easy. I was just hoping the battery would last more than a year.

Anytime I called and had concerns they were always very pleasant and they do their best to get resolution to my problem. It's easy to use with my iPhone. Their doorbell camera is not good so I had to go to Ring for my doorbell camera.

My system always has errors. I've had to contact support so many times. I get sick of contacting the support desk because it takes forever for someone to respond. When you do get a hold of somebody it's only via chat you can't talk to someone on the phone and then even though you tell people you've already had this issue and what they're telling you to do it isn't working they still have you do the same thing.

They are quick to respond. I like all the products that they have. They have pretty much everything covered like smoke detectors and carbon monoxide. When there's been a problem they've come and fix it quickly.

I wasn't having to pay a monthly fee when they were part of Best Buy but when they decided to split from Best Buy in order to keep their services I had to pay a monthly fee. I would really like to get my garage door opener sensors fixed. I'm upset that I have to pay two hundred fifty dollars to get somebody to come out and check it even though it stopped working within the first year.

If there is an issue they always take care of it in a prompt manner. Sometimes there are little glitches, it's not connecting or the panel's not connecting and you have to reboot but that's not very often.
