Outdoor cameras does not detect motion consistently. My ring outdoor cameras are way better and sharper in detecting motions. Vivint can not seem to fix the problem.

Thermostat doesn't work. My house gets super cold at night and the app nor the thermostat will fix it. It just shuts down.

Ok with a major exception. Your customer service representatives have no patience and less knowledge about the product.

Its the most over priced security system on the market. I compared after I signed up so it's my fault, but I would return this immediately if I was able.

I'm not really happy with my service and when you call tech support they expect you to fix the problem and I am not a tech person.
