It gave me a better protection plan and price than AT&T. I haven't had any problems with the equipment. They're always there when I need them. When I have a problem, I call them up and they eliminate the problem. I would recommend them to a friend.

They were friendly whenever we did contact them and knowledgeable. Because of the layout of our house they gave us free motion sensors because one would not have covered everything. I'd recommend people try it.

They have me test the system periodically and they follow up and keep in touch with me if I forger to keep in touch with them.We're happy with everything that we have from them.

Some of the windows could be better technology wise, it is bulky. They were always available; whenever I reach out to them they call me back. I think they are trustworthy. I think they can get better business to have contracts less than 5 years.

They are always very responsive. When there was a false alarm or what have you, they are always very responsive. Everything seemed to work well. The only issue that I ever found was the battery and I had to replace the battery and the main box they use, but other than that, it works pretty well. Overall, we are very satisfied with them.

Your service was good in the beginning, but has slacked off recently. We don't always get a call if we accidentally trigger the alarm. Our alarm has gone off by itself at least 3 times during the night while we were in bed. And no call.We need a new battery in our alarm sensor, and we were told you don't do that. It is above our kitchen window and we cannot change it. My husband can't climb on a ladder and has a bad back. And I had a stroke and can't climb, either.

Our experience has been good, but also a little expensive. The equipment is good but like with mine, I purchased it and if anything goes wrong then I'm responsible for it and with the monthly payments that we're paying I feel that they should fix any problems as long as they're not negligent.

A referral from a neighbor combined with their high reviews made us go with Guardian Protection for our home security needs. Their customer support department is very responsive. The equipment isn't cutting edge or anything, but it works. One thing I didn't like about this company was the sales experience I had was very unfavorable.

The person I talked to in customer service gave me some misleading information. Once I closed the account, someone called me back and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get back the service. The new panels are not very intuitive, but they're very sleek. The door sensors are easy to install and maintain.

They are very fast to call when an alarm goes off. Recently I have been getting a message unable to connect to server when I need to set the alarm from app Most recently when I was leaving f or vacation and could not leave the alarm off after all that's why I bought your service.

We've been having some issues with the equipment, for instance the door lock. I upgraded my system, its a smart system and the door lock has been malfunctioning. They have to come here several times to fix the problem here with my alarm system. I've been happy with them for all these years and they are pretty reliable I would say just having some issues with the equipment that installed last week. That's it.

I did have one issue whenever my stuff was installed, but that was about it. We have had a couple of incidents where things die, like the cellular batteries die, and I don't get notifications like a warning, but the customer service always takes care of me, I've never had any long term issues.

It seems technologically savvy and easy to operate. The installer was really good, but then they made a mistake with the billing. They sent it to the wrong address and were about ready to send us to collections for not paying the bill. We didn't even know we had an outstanding bill when someone called to follow-up.
