I was told that I can get certain features with this and then come to find out I have to spend more money for those certain things that made me actually want to come and use Guardian. When you sell a piece of equipment, you lay everything out that comes with the equipment. No hidden fees, put everything upfront so a person can make and form a decision based on that.

I had one of the door sensors deactivate or fall off and within a couple of hours I had a technician out here to fix it. I was pretty pleased with that. It's been very efficient and gives me peace of mind.

The people who install the cameras have not been calling me on time. They're supposed to call. We scheduled I think Friday or Saturday and they're supposed to call me back and they never did. Their keypad is simple to use. Make sure your people clean up after themselves.

I've had problems with my camera because it wasn't installed right the first time but they do try to handle issues over the phone. If they can't, somebody is here within 25 hours.

If they were cheaper I would recommend them more. They are nothing extraordinary but there are no problems. Install took longer than expected and there were some issues in the very beginning but that was solved. I do believe that they are protecting my home and the technology seems to be in line with what everyone else offers

The equipment is very easy to use. When you set the alamrs like a million beeps go off and it kind of gets annoying after a while but something you overlook. They were very proactive when they let us know of an issue that we didn't know had happened.

I like that I can check everything through my phone and make it easy that way. Every time I'm leaving the backdoor it always says the back door isn't triggered or set up properly. The other day I had to try and get something set up and the person was very helpful.

They've laways been very helpful and polite when I contacted them. We did have one issue with the system, but they sent somebody out pretty promptly. I think it would have been nice take one smoke detector down and put theirs over it so we don't have a cluster of smoke detectors in one area.

The customer service has been great and always available. I have had a lot of issues with the door sensors, not sure if it's due to the home builder installation but I've had to call back various times regarding the bypassing, even after technician has been out several times.

Every time you call them they serve you well and answer your questions and are there for you. One of the sensors for my back door fell off so that should be a better quality and should not fall off the door.

They're friendly. The system has everything you need in terms of security. They need to fix the sensor, the motion that detects and picks up click just because you only get so many clicks per month and if you're in a busy area and cars are driving by, you get a click for no reason.

They do respond quickly and they know how to handle when a customer has a situation. The security equipment hasn't broken at all or hasn't malfunctioned since we got it. If you are in trouble, they call authorities very quickly.

They should help their customers during this pandemic. Instead, I was still required to pay my bills. I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. So, how I will respond is the same way with all the companies I deal with that refuse to allow a payment plan or some type of furlough, when things open back up, I will look into using a different company : )

my experience with guardian is nothing but good and smooth as it should. they respond to my needs, my demands. customer service is always there when you need them. the only thing I might not like is their 5 years contract ,it kind seem like eternity.

It's very hard to get some things off and on. The motion sensor was hard to get the battery pack out. Little things like that but overall it functions well. They're always courteous, they always answer me immediately.

We've had a couple of issues. Customer support has been pretty good, they've been easy to get in touch with. We had an issue with the app where we couldn't open and close our garage with the app but that was probably because we changed internet providers. That took awhile to resolve. We live in a townhome, if somebody knocks on the door and your one the third floor you can look out the front door on your phone. If the alarm is triggered you get a call right away.

They provided excellent information on the services provided. Customer support is extremely good when it comes to phone call contact and assistance with issues. Their equipment is 99% effective. One piece of equipment runs out of battery power too quickly.

I was not informed that my calls were not being transferred to their offices when the alarm went off until six months later. I've had them out here twice, each time I had to pay for them coming out and now I find out that I don't have any wires because I was in a tornado and the tornado tore down the wires and I think they should pay for. They have addressed all my concerns but they cannot fix my problem without me upgrading.
