When I tried to schedule services to start back up, I found that customer support never changed the name on the account so it is still associated with the tenant and when we went in to change it, they misspelled my name so I had to call back to change it and then they finally showed up but without the equipment I needed so I am still waiting for one more item to be installed in my house.

I cannot get follow up on pending issues since the day of installation. I have called my sales rep many times & sent list shortly after installation. This is quite alarming as I switched companies to go with Guardian and raved about your company prior to this experience as we've had your service at our business over 16 years of which I was told would be upgraded months ago and nothing on that either. Prior to this I would have rated perfect on everything.

Installation was fine, the technician was helpful. He walked us through it as many times as I needed. The security equipment is fine. I wanted a camera on the doorbell and I couldn’t get it because I didn’t have a channel line so I had to spend 400 dollars to get a channel line.

Wonderful people, good service very personable. On the smart home front though I do wish they were more integrated with Amazon/Alexa. Regretting not using Amazon Smart Home features in some areas as it is not seamless to use the Guardian / Legrand Sound System with Amazon streaming services. Also not sure the security cameras are as user friendly as Amazon's.

I like how you can access through your phone and if something goes wrong their team is very helpful and respectful. What could be improved is the feed from the bell camera takes forever to load. By the time it opens the person could of stolen anything delivered at our home.

There was a significant billing issue with I signed up but other than that the service is absolutely amazing as is customer support. Everything looks nice. The cameras work well, except I can’t get a clear view of license plates. I feel safe and comfortable knowing my house is protected.

It doesn't allow you to free set alarm. I'm still waiting on a part ot be installed and have not heard back from them in a while. I really like the direct connection to police and fire.

The response is very clear. I like that we have one app that can controll it all. I suggest that when you do the installation, have a walkthrough with the customer so that customer will know what the thigns are at each location.

It took a couple of days to get issues taken care of but it is good equipment and lets me know when the door and windows are open and it is easy to use. I would like a separate speaker for the upstairs or downstairs and maybe text messages.

It is the company that my builder used in the subdivision I live in. The equipment seems pretty decent and I like their app. There are a couple of things I don’t love but in general it seems about normal for security systems. I did have problems, my address was wrong in the system. I caught it very early but it never got changed. I have called a couple of times and everyone was nice and it was in the middle of the covid crisis and they took care of it. I was late paying and they didn’t give me a hard time about it.

The people who install the cameras have not been calling me on time. They're supposed to call. We scheduled I think Friday or Saturday and they're supposed to call me back and they never did. Their keypad is simple to use. Make sure your people clean up after themselves.
