It was cheaper than other companies, good price and good quality. I have the cameras I can look at it and monitor and make sure my family is safe. I need the front door fixed but other than that it's good.

When we have an incident they reach out to me and make sure I'm ok. They even call back the next day to ask if there's anything else they can help with. The control panel is easy to use and they have an app you can use on the go. I can set the alarm through the app on my phone.

I haven't had any problems. Everything's been great, everyone I came in contact with have been very professional. Everything seems very up to date. Everything is touch pad and I get signals to my phone telling me when the doors open and so on. The only thing is I didn't get those signs to put in the yard so people know our house is protected.

The overall experience has been satisfactory. We have not been able to use our "away" status on our alarm system due in part to it not working correctly. It has been previously serviced and still not been corrected. The customer service is great! The people that work at the company are great, but the actual system definitely has room for substantial improvement. My main concern is that my 90 day warranty runs out and I will have to start paying to have Guardian come out to service my security system.

Things change and technology advances so I would think they would want there customers to have the ultimate experiences. Their monitoring system has increased in price and I'm not real happy with that. I'm having a little bit of problem with the keypad that's downstairs. I've had problems with that before and it was replaced. Nice that I didn't have to install it myself. Every once while out it would be nice to get a call from them to see if we wanted any update.

I had a good experience, especially when the agent came in and helped explain all the papers. I had no experience with the other security sytems but I'm pretty satisfied. I like their app. It's very convenient, very user friendly. We had a little bit of a hiccup to start with our doorbell camera. I think right now I also have some issue that it's not recording the moment.

Anytime I needed something, they were very responsive. And it's very up to date. I'm able to access anything I need via my cellphone. There's no way to turn off the emails for notifications that you recieve.

When I realized that I needed to add additional cameras, they had the items right to me. Sometimes when I set the alarm I have to sit and wait to make sure it's arming. Sometimes when I go to view my camera, some of the video misses.

They came over one day and said their home security system was better than what I had and he just put it in. Everytime we slam a door or something falls, the alarm will go off and call the company. But I do feel like nobody can get in the house without the alarm going off.

It's been good - what I would be useful is that after you have your equipment for a long time that Guardian make contact with me to see if I would like to upgrade or answer questions I may have about existing equipment. My monitors and keypad are old and dirty. It doesn't look professional at this point as they are old.
