Very disappointed by the amount of problems that have arisen from this service. Customer service is very hard to work with, and they were unable to solve some of my problems. The cameras do not work well, and some of the monitors fall off the wall. The service only worked for about two months. Not worth a three year contract.

We are not happy with FrontPoint and haven''t been able to use our security system at all because it is unreliable and we are worried if either won''t work or will go off when there is nothing wrong. FrontPoint knew our distance situation and our metal building situation and still promised the system would work and it isn''t reliable.

The system doesn't work. I'm tied into a 3 year contract and I asked them to send me paper work and I never received it. I put my account on a 6 month hold and I'm still being charged $10 or more a month. It's a terrible situation.

I am disappointed in this company so far. The equipment was okay. I'm Canadian and this is a U.S. Company. Everything is charged by U.S. dollars, which I didn't know. And when they send you dispatch to the police, it's a very high fee.

Customer moving to a better service

train customer service to understand what their systems can and can't provide. poor at best. with limited back up technical support. Find going to a competitor provided a simple answer in one contact.

Horrible system, over priced and no getting out of it without paying almost all of a 3-year contract. Never even finished setting it up when we decided not to keep it. Thought the guy said I had 90 days on phone but I should have read the contract better. Stuck with something I won't use and paying $44.00 per month for 36 months for nothing.
