The equipment is fine, but some of the sensors do not work. They've been helpful on the phone, but stuff doesn't always happen the way they say it will.

I have total net and I don't have enough of it. I have called a couple of times about my total home not being covered and I just get told to go to the web and that they don't want to deal with me.

I am extremely disappointed with the service (or lack there of) being provided. We do not receive a sound notification when someone rings our doorbell. There does not seem to be a resolution to this problem. I am paying my monthly premium, yet am not receiving the services that were promised by Frontpoint.

The security system is easy to assemble, but I had a hard time installing and connecting the cameras to the WiFi. The outside sign fell apart on the first day and sometimes the recording on the phone app doesn't work.

The salesman didn't tell me that the bundle I signed for was a 3 year contract that I couldn't cancel. The app experience is horrible. I have to use a completely different company to view my cameras on my phone. It was my worst purchase decision in 2018.
