There isn't any equipment doesn't work and when it doesn't work you have to troubleshoot yourself. But, the technicians that you call for customer support are very helpful. If I could get out of my contract without having to pay a bunch of money I would.

The salesmen weren't completely honest about the pricing and there was a lot of unexpected charges. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor to get issues resolved and it took five weeks for a supervisor to finally get back to me.

Some of the equipment isn't readily adaptable to all with all homes. I've had to adapt some of the equipment on my own to make it work.

I've had to change the keypad because when I punch in numbers on the keypad sometimes nothing happens. I was told by a customer service last time I talked to them that they would give me free service because of the problems I've had, but I noticed on my bill that they're still charging me.

The service is unreliable. The system constantly says "has not responded since" because it stops working so much. Very poor product considering it is meant to keep myself and my family safe.

Customer service was very nice to talk to, but I feel like they were very sneaky when presenting the information, and not giving me the complete contract points and regulations. I do not feel like they are honest and upfront with their customers.

Customer service was a little rude when I called them before. I like how you are able to check the system through your phone. I wasn't properly informed on the coverage area for the motion sensors.

I am unable to use and I have never been able to use it and when I call to try to get them to help I am not assisted. It varies person to person, but customer support can be very personal and snippy. I have had it for about six months. Don't be dragged by their initial sales promises.
