Vivint has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I literally had to call 18 times to try and get help with malfunctioning equipment. I never got hello, and ended up going with another company.

Unhappy Customer

Very unsatisfactory. Whole system was bad. Had to call every couple of days because something was wrong. Then had to way weeks before a tech would come out. This went on for about a year. Would not recommend to anyone.
