Had Vivint previously and liked it so I got it again. It seems to be better than the other alarm companies I’ve had so far. I like the control panel. It would be nice to have something for the garage door opener for the pets since my garage does not have any circulation.

Heard about them through a subdivision on Facebook and so I called them and the person I spoke with was super helpful. They are clear on things. The system is good quality compared to others I have seen. I like the updates I get on my phone at work and the ability to turn it off.

I had vivint 30 days. The equipment is really good and install was very good and clean. Monitoring is very good. Customer service is good. But the price is over priced for what you get. 5 dollars more for service for each camera adds up. And cancellation is a pain so make sure you follow thoroughly or you will get stuck and can take 3 to 5 days just to cancel. And cancellation

I think it is a good security system. I had a break in before I got it an I know I feel secure knowing my house is safe. They always call me when the alarm goes off. I love that because I can shut it off quickly. I do have issues with the dog setting it off but that is the only issue I’ve had.

Vivint gives you peace of mind. If I have a problem, I can call them and they are right there to help. I tried a different one and they could not set me up because of the way I live and Vivint can.

I have not had any problems with Vivint. They do what they are supposed to. They call when something is wrong, and now I get texts when a door has been opened when the alarm has been armed.

Good for the most part. We did have alarm set off by opening window, disarmed armed it. No panel call, no phone call and the thing we knew the police were knocking at our door. Service could not give us an explanation. Later we set duress alarm off by accident. Now we are out $50. We think that vivint should pay or give credit.

If I have a problem, I can call them and feel like I’ve talk to somebody knowledgeable enough to know everything. I had a problem with the lock on the back door that they never fixed and I can’t afford to upgrade my equipment.

They came along and did the installation and there was no charge. That plus all the equipment was free. I recently had a false alarm and they were right on it. I've had it for quite sometime and its still working very well.

It's great to access everything from my mobile phone. They're always very polite knowledgeable and courteous. The equipment is good, but I would like to see higher definition that night with a longer range in color on the cameras.
