The salesman rep and install team were amazing and very helpful. I have had some problems with the motion detector in the living room. I was told my cat wouldn’t set it off the alarm but I have had 4 false alarms due to my cat.

So far a little mixed. While the sales team has been eexceptional. The service team has fallen a little flat. The hardware upgrade to my previous system was an improvement. And the integration with the majority of my smart applicances from multiple apps to almost one has made life easier for my familiy. In the end we lost a little functianlity, with no way to regain it.

It was amazing. Cutomer service person when I signed up saw so nice and knew his stuff. It was a no pressure conversation and that I appreciated very much. I only gave the value of my money a 9 because I'm knew to this company and the future will tell if it is worth the money I'm paying, but I love it so far.

The jury is still out. I was concerned that such a fast installation would eventually cause problems and it has. The cover to my front door sensor fell off and it will not go back on. I think the hole is too deep for it. I had problems with a glass break sensor that they replaced for free but that sensor also didn't work so I asked for a credit on that. They agreed to a credit but never sent me the shipping label/information so I have not sent it back and they won't issue credit until they receive the old one. There are other things I am having to tweak along the way but not huge deals. I would say stay on top of the installation and forego the glass break sensors. I have also had to fuss with my other one too.

I like the service but think it a little over price. The main thing I dislike about Vivint is the way the installer cut corner to get job done my install looks horrible so there’s no way when people come over I could ever sell them on a system. I have wire ran though my walls and looks horrible I wish they would have took there time and put thinks where I wanted and ran the right way through the attic.. and the way it’s ran is going to make my house hard to sell in the up coming year.. hope you can fix this

I have Vivint in home security. I feel better about my knowledge of what is going on around my property than I ever did before. The outside cameras capture anyone approaching the house, which allows me to get to the door a little before they do. I like the deter feature of the doorbell and cameras and we use it in various places around the house.

My son got Vivint in Houston and he seemed to get a better deal than I did but they are nice and courteous and when I have a question, they try their best to give me an answer and the guy was very nice who installed. I like that I can see who comes to my front porch and who is driving in my yard.

Vivint has a lot of up to dare equipment, like their cameras, and it is easy to use. The guy that installed seemed very knowledgeable and very professional. He was very courteous. Also customer service is great. The system gives me peace of mind. I can see what is happening inside and outside my home when I am at the grocery store. Awesome job.

It is pretty expensive but it worth it and wouldn’t change it. I’ve had no bad experiences with them. They follow procedures and don’t panic. They verify it is me since there is a lor fraud going around. The home security works well and it makes me feel safe. It is a good system. They have honestly answered all my questions.

It's been working GREAT. I have no complaints about them. When my cameras weren't loading fast enough I chatted with an agent and he taught me how to Reboot the Alarm Panel and now it's working like the first Day I got it installed!!!

I like the alarm system. I like that I can do it from my phone. I like that I can go back and see who was at the door. I like that I was able to put and alarm on the back door with no problems. They are very professional and knowledgeable every time I call. I was able to install it instead of having someone come out.

Really liked the salesman. He wasn’t pushy but interested and concerned. I believe he believes in the product. My husband died shortly after I got it so I don’t know if he knew I would need it because I would not have bought it if not for him. It works wonderfully and it was inexpensive.

Very Happy with the Extra Security. Have had a couple of 'False Alarms' that can be Very Startling ! 2:45AM Call from Vivint Operator saying 'Our Home had just been Broke Into'.. while Alarm Panel Showed Nothing ! (was No Break In !) Second ime was the 'Carbon Monoxide Detector' had been Triggered.. while Home Panel 'Showed Nothing' !

Good! Simple to understand with many security and device settings options! Not the best on customer service and device issues after installed. They did not give my friend the referral credit as promised. A few sensors occasionally stop talking to the base from time to time, and the camera footage is slow to load most recent events sometimes. But overall we are happy with the system.

Vivint is a good company. I hadn't had any major problems.my glass break sensor was too sensitive for a little while and we worked together and adjusted it. Recently I had a problem with my doorbell and camera after a storm. The technician came out and was very courteous and knowledgeable.

We had another company that we were really unhappy with so we switched to Vivint when one of out neighbors mentioned it. We’ve been very happy with them. They are very dependable and helpful. If the alarm goes off, there call us right away. The batteries are expensive when we have to replace them.

At first, I did have a problem, I wasn’t sure how everything was going to be covered, but after I explained everything, they took care of it. The equipment is made my humans so there will be failures, which I had with one piece of equipment. I do like the cameras in the front and the rear and also the app on the phone so I can keep an eye on things.

The reason we went with Vivint is that they offered more features than the other service we had. They offered quality cameras and availability on out phone. Their monthly payment is less than what I was paying with my previous company and their equipment is far superior. The equipment is amazing. It does the job. When I leave mt house, I feel it is actually secure. It arms and disarms immediately from my cell phone.

Comparing prices for the monthly charge, is why I chose Vivint. It is peace of mind knowing the bases are covered. Sometimes with customer service, you have to wait on hold but the technician was wonderful. We’ve had the same one for the last 6 years.

The prices are good and it seems like a good company. We haven’t had any problems or any breakdowns. It was nice on vacation to be able to let people come and work on the house. They are always there when the alarm goes off. We have burned stuff and the smoke detectors come on and they call within 30 minutes.

We were in the market for a home security and they came to the door. Everything they have to offer we were happy with. I can use the app on my phone when I'm not home. They're always pleasant and they get the problem solved immediately. We have 4 younger kids and the break sensors go off even if the kids are playing with toys in their room.

The system works really well and integrates well together.. We really like the way the system works and they've been very helpful in the tech department when we had any issues. I like that I can check my home video away from home with my telephone. It's been very reliable, we haven't had too many issues with it. Very user friendly to use the equipment. If the alarm goes off, maybe they could have a rep give you a call to make sure everything's okay.
