I wish they would come out with a wireless outdoor camera but the whole alarm system is a great package. It's so durable and easy to work with. The people are friendly and easy to talk o and get answers back to you in a respectable amount of time.

Very simple to use and any time I've ever has a question or an issue, they were quick to resolve it and very friendly and acted like they cared about me and were interested in what they could do for me. It is not cheap equipment. I am very satisfied with my system.

Pretty good equipment, there are a couple of issues but I was able to fix them. If I ever had an issues, they were right on the spot checking to find out if it was real or not. They call immediately whenever there is a problem with the hardware or software. They are always courteous and helpful.

I love that I can monitor my home from my job and you don't have to wait long to reach somebody when you call customer support. The only thing about Vivint is they won't let you have additional equipment but otherwise I am satisfied.

I haven't had any troubles with the cameras or the key pads or anything. It gives me peace of mind with the cameras and the doorbell. I am always able to get a hold of them and they send a tech as soon as they can if we need one.

It is less expensive than what I had before and the customer service is really good. They answer quickly and are really knowledgeable. It can be a little challenging to set up but they have always been able to help. I would highly recommend.

The systems works well. It's doing what we wanted it to do. We have the doorbell and he key code to the front door and a system on our sliding glass door. It's easy to use and I can always reach somebody when I need them. They are very quick with their responses and that is extremely important to me. I am pleased.

Since day one Vivint has been easy to work with and extremely easy to use. At the same time keeping us in the know on who is at the door or if the doors are open for to long. Having teenagers at home always lends itself to doors open and guests coming over.

I'm able to access everything online on my smartphone. I'm able to see my cameras and do the deactivating and activating my alarm even when I'm not there at the house. I did used customer service at the beginning of my contract. I would say excellent customer service and they were able to answer all my questions and I immediately got assistance when I needed it. The equipment itself is good. I don't have any concerns right now and it's been almost two years I've been with them.

I have had vivint for many years. If any door is open or anything the equipment immediately lets us know there has been a break in security. The personal is very polite. They always respond every time that there has been a need they are there. They are very professional and very efficient. I would recommend them to anybody.

If I don't know how to work something out or one of the cameras goes down, I just call them and they walk me through it. If they don't walk me through it then they'll send someone here to help me. I like it because I can see everything and the people are nice and friendly.

I haven't had any problems with it. It does exactly what it needs to do. I'm able to use my phone to view my cameras or set my alarm from a far. Only suggestion I would say is when customers are having technical issues it would be great to ask if they are able to do some of the tasks. Like when they are walking you through problem solving ask if you are able. Some people are technicnology challenged or disabled and can't hold screw or do the things they are asking you to do.

The security system is great. My cameras work really well. Everytime you call there is always someone available. The quality of the equipment is perfect. I love the doorbell. I would love if they came out with cameras with focus lights on them for outside.

As far as customer service they are much better than ADT. When I have a question they are there to answer. When an alarm goes off there is a person talking to me and not a computer. I've had very little problems with the equipment but when I do it just takes one phone call to solve the problem.

I got it because I can control it with my cell phone but I've had problems with that lately. When you call in they are very helpful but if you need to have someone come out to your house it is very expensive. Last time I scheduled them to come out they never came. It's difficult to get batteries changed. They should give written instructions for things like that for all the devices. I shouldn't have to figure all this out myself.

I like the recordings, the alerts, the convenience and accessibility. Every time I've call they've been able to walk me through whatever it is that I need to do. They were knowledgeable. All the equipment requires a plug so it's taken up a lot of my outlets.

Most of the time when you call, there is no delay and they are pretty accurate and help you solve the problem. I enjoy the response when my alarm goes off, it is quick to call me back. Even when there is a false alarm, they always call. I do have problems with time to time and have to take it off the wall and put it back and I suggest they come and replace it.

They're doing a great job for a security company. They always notify me when an alarm goes off, I love that particular feature and I definitely love the doorbell. I had a few questions and when I called, the representative was able to walk me through it and make it easy for me by simplifying it.

It's decently priced and it's nice and easy having it. It's really simple and not complicated. Every time I've had an issue, they helped. The security equipment had worked perfectly all them time, even when I lose power except I have to reset the doorbell.

They told me the price would never go up and that is my only problem with that. It makes me feel more comfortable and it seems to be pretty good stuff. I wish I had a front door camera but it does what it is supposed to do. I like the app and that I can arm it even if I forget. It is a good system.

This the first time I've ever had this type of the system and when someone rings the doorbell or walks around the sidewalk, it alerts me to let me know what is going on. The first system guy who installed it, didn't go over it much, but the second person that came out was awesome and explained it.

I have already recommended Vivint to my daughter and she switched from ADT. The monitoring service I have received from them is the best. It works and is good for the money I pay for the service. They are willing to listen to the problem anytime I call. I do with I could update my equipment sooner.

Experience has been very good. The very few times that I have had trouble (battery replacements in main panel), the techs were always super friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Charisma goes a long ways, and so far I'm 2 for 2. Very pleased.

The best security system in the world. So one broke into my home. My security system worked so well call me and the police I beat the police to my home. I didn't go into my home. Until the police wanted me to go into the house to see what was taken.

It is an amazing service. The only problem we have had was we wanted to upgrade our service and we were told it would cost us between $1500 - $2000 dollars to add just 2 cameras. That is an outrageous cost for such a small upgrade

I like being able to control the system away from home and updating is easy to do. There have been a few times my system has went offline and it has to do a lot of updates. When I have called they have been able to help me with any problems I may be experiencing. It is hard to have a tech out to check your system.

I get notified of any activity at my home even when I'm not there. I get frustrated sometimes with customer service because they want you to do something with the panel and I can't physically do it when a person without a handicap can do it and I go through this with them every single time.

The customer service is always there and a lot of issues that happen, it's not their fault but they do their best to get you back up and going. When it's working I can monitor my home from my cell phone. I like being able to open and close my garage door and answer the doorbell. The majority of the time it works but there's been times when I've really needed it and it didn't work. That's pretty frustrating. I recently had a new garage door installed with a newer type of motor and it is not compatible to the Vivint device. I would have thought it would be a simple upgrade but I found out after spending over two thousand dollars on the garage door it no longer works with my Vivint security system. I would have thought with the way technology is going these days that Vivint would have an upgrade but there is not so I don't have that feature anymore. If they could upgrade somehow that would be great.

The company is real nice at first you know when you're signing up they're trying to get you signed up but once you're in you're locked into the contract. Customer service is isn't always great. A lot of times people were told one thing and then you get another. The salesperson will sell them a system and then when the system gets installed it's actually much different than what it was explained and I've seen that a lot of times actually. The equipment is up to date but the camera side could be a lot better. The cameras connect to the panel and then connect to the wifi so it cause a lot of issues with speed and connections. Cameras go offline all the time.

I've been a customer with Vivint going on close to nine years and it has never let me down. It's always accurate so it has been a good experience. I like the automation with the cameras and knowing when somebody is near the doorbell. I like everything about it. Customer service is always good and a rewarding and productive experience.

Somebody else is my family was using it and I saw how it worked and I like it so I tried it for myself. It gives me peace of mind that there is 24/7 monitoring from our phones. It is dependable and the people are always available and professional when you have a problem. I think the contracts that they make you sign are a long time.
