I like the response. Their customer support and assistance with questions and everything has been exceptional. They're always concerned and trying to remedy the situation or find a solution. Sometimes I have discrepancies in the motion detectors or the sensors but other than that, everything is pretty well off.

I was with ADT for ten years and they didn't do me any favors, so I thought I'd try Vivint. When I talked with Vivint, they were very knowledgeable. I've been with them for 5 years now and I wouldn't go with any other home security company now. The best thing is that the system is wireless and up to date.

We have loved having the Vivint Home Security System in our home. We've been a customer since Nov 2015. They recently came out to upgrade our equipment and we added another exterior camera. Customer Service has always been good with resolving any problems which there have not been but a couple.

My experience has been flawless. No issues with system. Doorbell camera and sound is good. Really like the cell phone link-up to system. Like the feature I can view live outside especially if I am a storm went throug. I can look real time if damage occurred. Like the system.

So far so good. I do wish I could change the wording on the garage door notification. Just take out the "Looks like" part. This little bit causes the notification to wrap meaning I can't see the important part (opened or closed) unless I tap to expand the notification.

I like being able to unlock locks without a key, just a code. I'm working on trying to get a programmable thermostat that is compatible with the system. If I've accidentally set off an alarm, they make sure everything is secure and I appreciate that.

We haven't had too much trouble with them. The biggest problem we've had ist rying to get a battery sometimes. They're responsive and courteous over the phone. When I call with a problem with the system, even if it's just me lacking the knowledge, they walk me through it and get it taken care of right away.

The equipment works fine. Every once in a while something doesn't work right. I have to call on this. It's the software not the equipment needs to be either updated or I need to reboot something. They're just a phone call away.

The cost is a little bit higher than other security systems. Because of the location of their main office, it takes them awhile for the mail to come in and by the time I get the bill, Its time, it's almost time to send it out and it takes as long as I get it for them to get the bill, so I'm always charge the late fee. I haven't had any trouble with their alarm system or any thing. The best thing about them is when you call in or when the alarm is triggered, they call you right away on the phone or they will come in on your alarm system.

There was time were my doorbell wasn't connecting right to my phone and I had technician just come out replace the whole thing. The doorbell features are pretty cool. When my door locks, sometimes it's a little tough to close and if I don't close correctly, when I try to log in remotely it'll struggling. But that's my only criticism.

I'm just happy in overall with the service, I mean nothing outstanding, but anytime we've needed any service it was done right away so I'm happy with that. We've had a few issues with our garage door sensor and it was taken care of, but we've still had a few issues whre we've had a call about it. We've had one of our sensors fall off of the back door and also our patio door sensor has fallen off a few times.

Very quick to answer questions and help. They use common sense and I like that if I accidentally set off the alarm, I know they've check before they call the police. I feel safe with them. They are very thourough and very professional. I've had it for 6 years and only had to change a battery once.

We had a different home security system before that we weren't too happy with but Vivint seemed to be pretty good and we figured we'd give it a try and it worked out perfect. They came to our house when we needed them to updated our equipment for us and we had no problems. All their equipment is pretty good and easy to use.

The equipment is very easy to access. Every time we have a problem, they would call and do the best they could to solve the problem. It's easy to check in on your home when you're not there and you'll be able to access your home without you there, to like have family members come over.

When I call, you are able to answer the questions that I needed and have provided me the help that I needed. It's good equipment and if anything goes wrong, you guys are willing to come out and fix it. I have access to basically everything in my house with the app. It's a reasonable price.

Super easy to use. I love it! I previously had two other services with different equipment. The monthly fee on the first one kept going up. Then I switched to a self-install service but then equipment continuously malfunctioned. I’ve had ZERO problems with Vivint and have had great service.

Great service. Anytime I have a problem they make it a priority to fix it. I had to get my door bell camera replaced once didn't cost anything it was all under warranty! Once you've completed your contract term they offer great value services.

Their equipment all works good together. If there's an issue, they come down and fix it without a problem. The quality is good. They take care of their customers. It's amazing how fast they call us if we set off something by mistake, which we've done a couple times.

It's simple. Everything works great except the doorbell. It sends me an alert every time the car drives by. So I think it's just a minor adjustment. Every time I've had to call, they've been able to quickly walk me through and solve my problem.

I h ave had two experiences with Vivint. When I moved, the guy that put it in did not say that I was a continuing customer and so h e didn't help me when I had trouble. The second time, the uy came he was fabulous. He worked very hard and did a good job and that I was a continuing customer and gave me what I deserved to have in the first place and he lowered my bill. So I think it depends on the person you get. Sometimes the equipment doesn't work. I've had difficulty since I moved.

Vivint is awesome. I wasn't happy with the provider that I had, but their customer representatives were very information and patient with all my questions. The equipment doesn't seem to hold up to normal wear and tear. We've had some issues with the equipment becoming dislodged or not working properly.

After interviewing one of their representative's, I thought they seemed quite good. System works adequately, but it's a little bit more expensive than I wish I needed to pay. Whenever I've had questions or requests, they quickly get back with me and very polite about it. They know what they're doing.

Price was reasonable nd they had everything I needed - I like the doorbell camera. Gives me complete security from front door to back door. It also covers my windows and garage if someone tries to break-in. Vivint gives me great coverage for the whole house.

Always very helpful very courteous very professional when I have to talk to them on the phone. I think it's a fair price. I feel like they're looking after me all the time. I've hit the panic button by mistake a couple of times and they call me immediately to see if I need help. I just feel really secure with them.

People here are quite courteous, professional, and tend to be quite cordial. If something is happening, I am going to be alerted and you want to follow up. Unfortunately, we've had several false alarms. Vivint has called and said they know everything is fine but they wer following up anyway.

The equipment works well and the only time it doesn't work is when I need to change the battery. I really like being able to see who's around my property on the camera. Customer service is responsive and fast and they usually work things out.

Their customer service is excellent. Anytime we've had questions they've always answered our questions politely and helped us get any problems that we had called. The minor problem that we've had with the equipment we've had to call in and they've been able to walk us through and got them back up and running.

They're prompt, they're courteous. When we did have an issue, th ey sent somebody out right away and we were able to get it fixed. It's easy to use and things work well together. I like that we are able to monitor it from pretty much wherever and we can set it from wherever.

Somewhat confusing at times. Something always seems to go wrong. Right now the water sensor is offline. Before that, one of the senses kept falling off of the wall because it was never put up correctly. Then the doorbell was offline. Who knew you had to change batteries in the door lock thing? Minor things, but nerve wrecking. Also the technicians left all the wires sticking out of the box located in our basement. That wasn't good.

They came around and they offered everything that we wanted in a security company. You can access it from anywhere. I've never had any issues with the equipment. I have had some billing issues and it took me awhile to get it fixed.

When I travel I can make sure my home is secure by looking at it on my phone. When I call I get my issues solved. They should explain to people at the very beginning that when they order their panel, if they think they want more cameras in the future it's best for them to get the panel that will allow the maximum amount of cameras they want to install so that they can update later. I was not told that so I had to purchase a whole new panel when I wanted more cameras.

I like all the features. If I have a problem they do send somebody out to take care of the situation. The only thing I have an issue with are the wires for the security cameras. I would like them to go up into the attic instead of down the wall of my room.

Better technology, much more convenient. We had ADT but Vivint had better technology and it was more affordable for more features. I wasn't able to use an app with ADT. I love the app because I love being able to check remotely when the doors have been opened and closed. I love being able to set the alarm remotely and turn it off remotely.

Thus far I have no complaints, every single time home has had a alarm to go off, vivint has been on the money. Although the issues wasn't serious, I'm grateful that vivint was on point. I'm very happy that I chose this security company for my home.

If anyone rings the doorbell or anything like that I can pull it up on my phone so I know what's going on at all times. Customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable. It's easy for them to find out the problem and fix it.

I like the way it's set up and the notifications. It's simple easy to use. I have had complications with the app. I get a lot of reading from the app that says that a door is not locked or the garage door is not down when in actuality it is down.

Excellent, I love the fact that I can check most of my property from my phone and when someone rings my door bell I can choose to answer it in person or just look on the screen to see who's at my front door. Sure helps being able to tell the solicitor's, thanks but no thanks. Also being able to talk through my camera is pretty awesome.
