Everything is responsive and works. The app allows me to log in and view it from my phone. The initial time I was supposed to sign up, the technician had difficulties and basically walked out on the job but when I called months later to explain what happened, the immediately rectified the situation in a day.

I heard so many good things about Vivint so I decided to try them. I've never had any issues with the security and they are always ready to come to fix an issue. They're very attentive when you call them. I like the outside camera and access with my phone. It would be great if they lowered the monthly fee, that is my only suggestion.

I choose Vivint because of the lack of written commitment and the quality of the equipment. There are little technical bugs that happen every once in a blue moon but overall the program is easy and easy to maintain and customer service is really nice.

I rate them very highly except for the medical alert device is only available for you own yard. They told me soon they would have GPS system on it but that has not happened so I got a new one from another company. It does give me the feeling of security and I have not had any problems.

We did some research and it looked better then the system we had before. It's easy to operate and we haven't had any problems with it going out. They have 24 hour service. They've taken the time to answer the questions that we had.

I like the fact it came with the camera and the doorbell so we could see who was knocking on the door. Sometimes my panel doesn't cooperate all the time and I wish it worked better with my wifi. Still I feel like it keeps us safe and they do answer the questions and walk you through everything when you do have problems.

If something does happen it only takes one phone call to solve the problem. You have the ability to pull up the cameras, one your phone and the ability to talk to someone in the house. It's a wonderful system but you are limited to 5 cameras. It would be a big help if you could go up to 8 cameras.

They always answer my questions and are able to meet all my needs. I have access to my security system from wherever I may be.

They've had to help me and tell me how to change batteries. I've only had one thing that needed to be replaced since I've had it and they came out and replace it. I think the picture should appear faster on my phone from the door alarms.

The people at Vivint are very helpful and professional. My main reason for not giving them a 5 star rating is because of technology. primary problem is that both of my cameras can't distinguish a moving shadow from a person. I get at least 50 false notifications from my doorbell camera daily.

Love the company and the ease of use. Only have one issue and that's the movement monitors . Keep setting off the system so I disconnected the front room. Back room works great. Water sensor doesn't work in washroom. All other aspects are great

The hype of the salesmen is contagious, but when the actual work was started it took over 6 months to get anything online. The job was not explai ex I. Detail, leaving very little wall space in my garage. The workers were super, but one of my shelves was damaged and I gave all information to have it replaced, but never heard back from anyone. When I reached out to my salesman, he forwarded my complaint (as unhappy customer issues).

Very disappointed with their customer service. Made a call for appointment and to have it elevated to a manager...NEVER got a phone call. Then called again to schedule appointment and have to wait 3 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE. Before this I told everyone about Vivint. Now I will not be tooting your horn. I get false alarms all the time because Rio Vista is very winding and the power goes out all the time!

The last time I had an issue, I was on the phone with the technician for over an hour plugging/unplugging and everything else they wanted me to do to them get disconnected and have to start over again. I don’t have time to walk through steps and be told it would cost me to have a technician show up. Extremely frustrating having to TEXT back and forth to get an issue resolved.

We like that we can use the telephone to turn it on and off but there have been some little technical glitches and we have called customer service numerous times and it still hasn’t been taken care of. We keep having a problem with the glass sensor in the master bedroom. I think they should fix it for free.

When I have problems all I gotta do is call in and we'll troubleshoot and see what's going on with. They're monitoring is the best part. They only troubleshoot it on the phone, so it might be more difficult for seniors to work with. I've been dealing with Vivint the last 10 years and I am really satisfied with what they've done.

I enjoy that I can control it while away from home. Customer support reps are knowledgeable and they reply and I don't talk to machines. IOnce when we had a power outage I had no security and there was no way of me getting it hooked up. I didn't get a response because everything was closed down so I could not message them or anything and I didn't like that I was told in a case where we may not have power on the backup battery will kick in and the house will still be secure but that was not the case.
