They've always been there to see if we have something that happens when the alarm goes off. They ask us if we need any help or what is going on, so we've kept the system and quite like it. It certainly works every time. It's very easy to use and they are always there for us and we rely on it. We are very happy with the service it provides us and we feel very secure in our home.

Every time we had little glitches with the system, like with the camera or the central clock, we call customer service and they give us quick assistance and they even update the system. Every time it's gone off it has been by our error, like opening up the door and the alarm was still on, they always send us a text or call and let us know and make sure we are okay. I am happy with the service and I will continue to visit.

If I did have a problem, they would come and fix it. The only problem we had was the insert in the door for the house to the garage that got more use. It did not last as long as our contract. Our contract I believe was five years. There was a package and the police were able to look at my monitor and look at the neighborhood. It helps not only you answer the door but the police if they were looking for strangers. I would like a lower price on the whole system. We understand that it helps keep my house secure, but a lower price than $80.

When my system went down, they did not call me and let me know what was going on. I had to find out through another means. Then when I called the company, they told me I should be at a lower rate then I've been at, and that didn't sit well with me. I was really tempted to go to another company at that point. but the customer service is always responsive. The system is the best to have the security and feel safe with it.

Love Vivint. I've tried Vivint at first, switched to ADT and went back to Vivint permanently. The system I got from Vivint compared to ADT was so much cheaper and reliable then what ADT offered. I got 4 cameras, the glass breakage and door alarms and 24 hour monitoring at a cost so much cheaper than the competition. In fact, when I switched back to Vivint over 18 months ago and when my ADT system was disconnected ADT never called to see if I had a problem and 18 months later ADT has yet to call. Glad I went back to Vivint.

When I call for any reason they always have an answer for me. If they don't know they will find out and let me know. They walk me through certain things like changing batteries in my sensors. I don't have to worry about anything other than locking my door. Everything is on my smartphone. I can make sure my porch light is on before I get home. They could lower their price on their outdoor camera, everything else is perfect.

It's a great system. I love the display panel. I like the fact that the system is wireless. Wonderful service, customer service is wonderful. Every Time I've had an issue or wanted to test the system I would call and get someone right away. Recently the system has been displaying that I have a low battery in one of my sensors and I haven't gotten around to looking for a new battery. If vivent offered a service for batteries I would have purchased one.

They're fast with a response. If I call in they are right there, if we accidently hit the alarm they ask if we need help. I just like the way they do their business. You can do anything you want with your phone. I can lock my door if I forget. They call the police if the alarm goes off. If you need an upgrade they will come out and they wont charge you a service fee. They're a good company.

Really great service. Love the fact that Vivint will send automatic messages to my phone when a alarm goes off. The alarm is no sooner triggered before my cell is going off the same time. The service people call within a minute or two and need to know password and verification of whom they are speaking. If there is a issue they are there to stay on the phone and help resolve it. They have sent in service people to help boost my wifi availability. Overall experience with vivint is outstanding. I have been a long loyal customer with them for many years and will continue to do so.

One of my family members had it and spoke extremely highly of your company and so we decided to give a try and then everything was smooth from calling in the order to the installer was great so that's that's why I was basically just a referral. every time I've called they have been extremely courteous they have been you know very helpful and just very friendly people to talk to. They have provided home security service for over 3 years. They help give us piece of mind when we're away from the house. Their support team is amazing and can dispatch the cops to your house if they think it's a break in. The only issues I've had is equipment based and we've had a couple malfunctions but nothing major enough to make me not want to use Vivint. I love having them as home security.

Each time I've contacted vivint I have spoken to a live person that helped me with my issue. They are very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to explain the product and the software. Also each time the alarm falsely went of I've been contacted by a representative that I could hear through the software and they were able to cancel the false alarms. The best thing is that I'm able to access the camera when I'm away and I know that if any movement happens in the house the alarm will go off.

When you have a challenge or situation they try very hard to resolve it. They work very hard and are very courteous. I have had problems with the equipment. If you have existing lines from another company they will use those lines and sometimes the equipment is not compatible. Otherwise I think the equipment is very good. The best is being able to assess what's going on in my home from my smartphone. If the doorbell rings I can see it and hear it. If I need to look at something or lock my phone I can do it from my phone.

I heard about Vivint from a friend and she showed me how she controlled everything from her phone and I just thought that was completely awesome. The doorbell camera is absolutely the best thing. Sometimes I have issues with the app and I've had issues with me door as well but overall the updates come out and it gets better and better. They are very respectful when I call customer service and I will get the issue taken care of right away, they're very helpful.

I like the features that they have and that it is connected to the police. The salesman was just a great guy. They've always worked well with me even with problems that were hard for both of us to solve. They were very patient. I have no complaint with them so far. Even with the power going out, there has been no issues at all. Everything was back up and running. I never have to call customer service, they call right away.

They're always here when they say they will be and if I have a problem with something, they take care of my problem and explain what I need to do to reboot the system. They're very good at trying to notify me and making sure it really is an emergency and they will send someone if it is. I like that they installed a doorbell that has a camera on it about three months ago.

They care about their company and they care about their clients so they are helpful and always answer my calls. I'm very grateful to them, I wish they'd lower their prices. They answer my call and fix whatever I'm asking. They're always in the process of improving it. We haven't had any problems. We had trouble with the security system we had before and so we decided on Vivint when they were having a promotional deal. Any problems with the system, we've contacted customer support and they have been really good about getting it corrected or getting a tech out here to check it out and get it taken care of. The equipment is a lot easier to work with as far as getting the alarm set and changing the batteries or anything. It just seems a lot better. We can use the cell phone to arm and disarm it.

I was supposed to pay a certain amount, like twenty some dollars and everything was good, then I checked my billing after two months and they were charging me around fifty six dollars and I called and asked them to rectify the situation and they realized the mistake but nothing happened. I had to call again and it's kind of rectified but I'm still waiting for them to pay back whatever they overcharged. The best thing about Vivint is that I can monitor my home from whatever while I'm away. I can see who dropped off packages or anything like that, I can talk to them. I can let anybody in or not let anybody in, disarm my house, or whatever I like.

I have enjoyed the convenience of Vivint security especially the Ring feature. Being a handicapped person I am able to observe anyone near, around, or at my door without opening it. I have the ability to speak to anyone outside near my door regardless whether I am there at home or not. That to me is most important and the person never knows whether I am home or not.

I have had good experiences with Vivint. They always answer d my questions and solved any problems I had. There was one exception to this . I had a sky Monkey which they recommend I use to store my photos. After spending hundr dis of hours scanning and storing old family photos the powers that be with Vivint decide to stop offering that storage system. They did not inform me that it would be necessary to download my photos to another storage device. All of a sudden I could no longer access my photos. After many phone calls they gave me a online address where I was supposed to be able to access my photos. I did access some but many were missing. After two or three more attempts it did improve some but I never was able to access my photos. What could they have done better. Just send me a simple email telling me I should download my photos so I could save them. They never did that. Very frustrating.

Worst experience with any company I have ever had I will preface this by saying that I do not have any complaints about the system itself and I enjoy the convenience of it. However, I have never in my life had the type of issues I am having with the customer service and the way the business is ran with any other type of company AT ALL. Their sales tactics are based on lying, being deceitful, and prying upon genuine needs parents need for their children to mislead them into a service contract that is based on false promises. I was told by the sales rep that they would buy me out of my Brinks contract. I told them I did not know how much I owed and they said over and over again, "Do not worry about it, we will take care of it." However, that was a complete lie. They only give money towards it but had no intention of buying the whole contract out. Due to me not having an addition $800 dollars in my bank account to pay out of pocket to buy myself out of my Brinks contract, I called Vivints customer service and explained my concern and disappointment on the deceptive sales tactics. After being on the phone for hours and talking to 4 different departments they gave an additional amount but still wouldn't cover they entire buy out even though thats why I was told and guaranteed would happen. Due to me being a mom of 6 I do not exactly have hundreds of extra dollars that I could put towards buying myself out of my Brinks contract. So I decided to just pay both my Vivint security system and to continue paying my BRINKS every month. Because paying my monthly payment of $60 to BRINKS until the balance was low enough to use the VISA gift card from VIVINT to pay it off was the only option since I did not have the hundreds of dollars I could pull out at one time to do so. I discussed this plan with VIVINT customer service and they said that, "It was probably the best bet, because VIVINT would not give me any additional money to pay off my BRINKS account" even though that was what I was told would happen by the sales representative. Once I got the balance of Brinks low enough I went to go pay the amount off the VIVENT gift card that had the $1500 on it expired. I called the card company which stated that it expired and they refunded the money back to the issuer and I would need to call VIVINT. So I did. I talked to four different people, one which was a manager, who stated they could not do anything for me. That it was my fault for not paying attention to the expiration on the card. Even though I explained to them why I couldn't use the card to pay off BRINKS because it would of required me to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars I did not have. She said, "That was something I should of figured out." "That she understood and sympathized that I was now out of $1500 dollars" she said it in the most condescending way as I was crying and nearly hyperventilating on the phone about how could their company corner people like they did to me. That how could they not do anything when they gave me $1500 dollars that they can see I DID NOT use because it got refunded back to them and just said, "Well you should have used the card when it was valid." They then transferred me to their loyalty department who said they could compensate me $10 a month for 5 months. (Which would give me 50 dollars back from the $1500 dollars that was taken back from me) or give me 20% of any additional equipment I wanted. I then stated that I would never buy additional anything from a company that takes advantage of people and is based on deceptive sales tactics and doesn't care at all about their clients and doing the right thing. Extremely disappointed, how can any company do this to people?? I tried over and over again to give the company the opportunity to correct this so I didn't have to write a review because I hate doing that to companies. BUT NO ONE from the company cared at all to help. Even when I asked for the managers boss she said "They aren't going to be able to help you either"

WARNING, HUGE SCAM. Vivint wont tell you that they will lock you in a unbreakable 5 year contract. I sign up for Vivint service july 2024 and Im still waiting for them to finish my install. The smart panel is junk it never works, the door bell doesn't work the dvr system and cameras are garbage. Customer service is a joke. Vivint solution to any problem is to send a tech out but the techs say there's nothing wrong or don't show up. So yeah don't use this scam security service. Also Vivint is involved in dozens of lawsuits for dishonest businesses practices. One lawsuits was 186 million dollars. STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!

I feel very comfortable when I have cameras around the house. Vivint has always resolved any problems that I have. I lost my husband almost two and a half years ago, so I needed a little bit more security. It is reasonable, affordable, it works it really works because I had an incident where the police came, so I love it.

The price is reasonable. The equipment is very, very expensive but the monthly price is reasonable. I couldn't get one camera attached to my garage because my garage is not attached to my house and I really wanted one over my cars because we've had a lot of car break ins in this area.

Having twenty four hour access through the app is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Vivint anyone that's looking for a great security service. During our installation we had a few minor issues and the tech team came right back when we brought the issues up and corrected everything right away. It's easy to use and easy to undestand

I like that my house is monitored for me. I feel safe when I am at home, especially at night since I live by myself. When I need help with my system, they were able to help me get I back online. I have a humungous contract with them. They told us it would be thirty dollars a month for the monitoring fee but they bill us fifty a month. If there is an alarm, they do call us right away. They don't just send the police because they want to know whether someone is there. When I get someone on the phone, they are great. When someone comes to the house, they are good and know what they are doing.

I really like that they have security feature freebies. My previous security system did not have that. I feel that my home is secure when I am away. I like a lot of the features. I love that I can adjust the thermostat when I am away on vacation. I feel like they do a good job reaching out when there is a real alarm. I did have an issue last year in the pandemic getting people on the phone for customer service. They did make it really easy to go online and chat with someone who was able to troubleshoot my problem.

You can’t put a value on your family’s safety. Being able to monitor our vehicles and ensure that the family is safe is the best. We had a fire in the home one time and they responded with the appropriate people and it worked out well. The technology is progressive.

The best thing about it is it is affordable and it is the right technology. It is very efficient. I have access to it throughout my home. I can tell when someone is walking in the hallway. The tech that installed the camera did a wonderful job and made sure I had everything I needed to operate the system.

It's easy. My and my husband are not tech savvy but they explained everything so we understand. They have great cameras. We had a fire and they are still working. It is performing as expected. It is pricey but you get what you pay for.

Vivint is more proactive and communicative about their services than the other company I worked with. Their representatives are easy to get a hold of when there is an issue with the system. They generally can solve problems over the phone. Most of the time it works very well, though there is the occasional issue with certain devise, but it is always able to be resolved. My biggest issue is the installation, they don’t use the right screws to hold the equipment to the wall.

Everyone is very kind and courteous when I speak with someone from the company. The cameras are amazing. When I go to bed at night, if there is a noise, I can look out and see if there are people on my property. It makes me feel safe. I also love that there are fire alarms connected to the system.

They are always prompt and easily walk me through any problems I have. If I make a mistake and accidentally leave the alarm on and try to leave the house, they immediately respond and are excellent. If you have any questions they are more than happy to help you out and everybody's always been knowledgeable. Any questions you have they're able to answer in a second and if there's any problems they're able to fix it right away. If there is a situation with the system or an alarm or anything like that they use every means possible to contact with you and are really good about taking care of you. I've never had any problems with anything, but I definitely see where it could be a little bit more discreet.

They're doing great. I like that I can keep up with my house when I'm away. I can see everything that's going on. The monitor is great, I like the thermostat, I like the cameras, I like it all. Every question I've had they have an answer, any problem they found a solution for me and it's a great customer service.

Everything's fine. The Vivint cameras are better than the cameras that I've had with another company. I just love the way I can go now and don't have to worry about my home.I They contact me right away when something was going on around my house. There was a police in my house and then I called my son, checking on my home before I got to it.

We very much appreciate the service that we received over the years. Everything seems to work okay. Sometimes we have some internet problems but it might be caused by the internet and not by Vivint. They listen and pay attention and fulfill our needs. We feel that we are secure. The customer response has been very good.

I appreciate the promptness of the monitoring when an alarm goes off accidentally because within seconds the phone rings. We've had a couple of the monitoring devices go bad or expired and they replaced them promptly and just had overall very good service. Vivint is very dependable.

Vivint is responsive with issues replacing a camera.They came by a year after installation just see if my system is working or if there was anything they needed to do to it so they've been really proactive with that. I really like the features of the equipment. Everything's been going fine.

We've had no issues whatsoever with any of our stuff. The best part is probably the self locking door and the doorbell alerts us when packages arrive.There are no lights on their keyless door pads so you can't see the numbers when its dark. I would say that so far this year they've been very prompt about solving the problems.

I'm satisfied. I have no problem with Vivint. If it's not working all I have to do is call in them and they call to get it fixed or send somebody or talk you through It. My problems are always solved. I like that it makes you aware if anything is wrong.
