Just find out we had a three year trial period that has ended. We were never told we were on a trial period. Can no longer use app. No option to purchase plan to use app only told you have to have monitoring service to use app.

Highly unpleased with the service, it took a WEEK to speak with a supervisor. She had no empathy for while i was explaining the malfunction of the devices the installed. I’ve been dealing with system glitches, and defective cameras for months! I do NOT recommend guardian at all.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I have called them over 5 times with issues regarding the cameras and they still have not responded. Their are continuous delays with pulling up the camera, callbacks have been put in for a manager to call no response. Do not waste your money on this horrible service.

I've had nothing but terrible experiences with Guardian. A lot of hidden fees like charging for service for an issue with their equipment the camera doesn't open half the time just issue after issue. Stay away of you're in Texas.

Had 2 systems luckily when I sold the first house I was out of contract. The offer to move service but the 5 year contract would start over. Cost me $750 to cancel service on the other house I sold. $39 a month fee is string compared to other companies. Don't lock yourself into this obsessively long contract.

Because Guardian makes a significant upfront investment when new electronic security hardware is installed and activated in your property, the costs of such hardware are recouped by the provider over the initial contract period. This is the reason an early termination fee may apply if you wish to cancel prior to the end of the initial contract period. The contract also serves to protect both the consumer and the provider, by defining services to be provided, rates, terms and obligations of each party.

Our alarms on our doors do not work. It will cost more than $100 service call to repair. Thus, our alarm does not work and we are still billed more than $30 per month for their service. It's a waste of money.

Personally, I would not recommend this company because it has the "uneducated" guessing about certain zip codes in Houston and PEOPLE in the community insisting that their city (Houston) counsel/men and women keep crime to a minimal.

This has been a bad experience. The tech that came out to put my camera door bell completely destroyed the stucco and the company did not stand by I, they left me to fix it the subcontractor the use AMP said I only had a three year contract I talked to Guardian and they said no I had a six year contract. Do Not do business with them.

Worst customer service for home service calls! I called them and scheduled a service call and three times I waited for them to come out. They never came and they never called. I called each time and got lame excuses. Cannot wait until my contract is up. This is just unacceptable service!! Buyers beware!
