Customer support has answered any concerns that I've had. It's very easy to use and I like the mobile app ability. The only negative thing that I can say is for whatever reason I'm not able to log into my account online and some of the emails they sent are a little vague. For example, there was one email about increased rates to my statement but then it didn't explain any further as to why there were changes. And, I can't log in to access it. I have called customer support and they are pretty helpful and I've had great service, just frustrated about increased rates and no way to log in online.
