So far, any kind of question or problem, they've been available and gotten evreything resolved and taken care of in a timely manner. We've had a couple sensors go bad in a short period of time. It makes me feel secure and safe at night.

They've been very helpful we have the police out here on a fire department out here on accident they were understanding so it was good. The app is great - easy to turn the system on. I don't care of the keypad because it continuously flashes with different things on.

The price is good and I've been very satisfied with their call back and their service. Sometimes those door pieces come off and it's hard for me to get to the motion detectors back on. Also, I wonder was the price went up and nobody notified me.

Every time we call with any kind of problem or anything, they always take care of it. We are satisfied with them and we feel secure knowing that the police would be here if we had a problem. The only complaint we have is when the price increases but I guess it goes along with the economy. Everything else is good.

I have not used my alarm at all since I moved in 5 years ago. I have had alerts several times for fire and carbon monoxide, and when I called they said that they were not connected to my alarm and it must be the smoke detectors. I did have them replaced several times and all are working now. Was not aware that if there is a fire it does you are not alerted.

Guardian came as a service with our new build house and I've been a long time customer. It is easy to use and it works. Customer service is local and they regularly check up on us to make sure that we do our regular tests and they are responsive whenever there are issues.

The best thing is when we had a fire here, before we could even smell the smoke, the smoke detector went off and the fire department was here within a matter of seconds. It had never broken down which is good compared to the other equipment we have around here.

They are trustworthy. Customer service has been really responsive and helpful. I like the quality of the system. They have some great features. The best thing is being able to operate the system when you're not at home or out of town. The monthly service fee is reasonable. I definitely would recommend them.

Having Guardian Protection gives me peace of mind. I have had it for thirteen years and I've only had 2 issues and any time there is an issue, they take care of it right away. I wish they would stop raising the prices every couple of years, it only goes up slightly but in the last 13 years, it is up 50%.

Any issues that I've ever had, they come right out and fix anything. There's been no issues at all. They had everything already installed. It was an easy transition. The interface is easy. I have that thing on my app that I can just check everything going on in my house when I'm not there.

Great company that is responsive to issues but can improve on their contact options when trying to negotaite a new deal. Also when presented with compartive pricing for cameras and such they do not budge and force a user to look into doing this stuff on their own.

The price is very competitive, I don't think you can beat Guardian. I've had to call customer support a lot and they've been courteous and polite and able to answer my questions in a rapid and professional manner. I have had any problems with the equipment but when I need a test, they assist me to make sure the equipment is working properly.

We went with guardian protection because somebody referred them to us. Every time I've called their customer support they have helped us out with whatever problem we've had. The smoke alarms can call if our house catches on fire because we have a dog.

The price is right. They gave me the quote that I needed. I've had it for maybe ten years. It gives you security when you go away. Only feedback I have is they should make an alarm for people hard of hearing at high frequencies and make it at low frequency.

The only thing we have a problem with is the set up on the computer goes haywire once in awhile. Also I wish I could get a little more for my money. Every time we have a problem, we call customer service an they fix it. It works okay and my wife has it on her smart phone so we know exactly what happens in the house.

We had an attempted break in so my friend recommended Guardian. It is slightly pricey and you have to sign a long term contract but I am happy with the service. It is a solid system. The few times I've used customer service, they've been very good. They are very good about sending people.

It's great, I love it and have no issues. They have the features I like. It has an emergency call and it was great for my handicap sister. The alarm system was perfect but once it was not absolutely great and I couldn't talk to the people like I wanted to, but if the alarm goes off, they contact me immediately.

The customer service is excellent the representatives on the phone we''re good and polite. The motion sensor is very difficult to open and change batteries for the consumer for me and I noticed on YouTube other people also were having difficulty trying to get the three points to open up at the same time to change the batteries so I would suggest trying to get a different type of sensor motion sensor with an easier way for the consumer to change the battery.

Sometimes it went off when I was inside and I don't know why. It was very infrequent. I want to know a little bit more about Guardian and what it has to offer. My current contract is up and I spoke to a gentleman and he assured me that he will not renew it until I tell him what I want for it and I'm happy with it.

The only issues that I've had, I call and they try their best to resolve it immediately. My wifi isn't strong enough and the system doesn't respond for quite some time. I like that each person has their own passcode so we don't have to try and memorize a number. Each person has one.

They're extremely respondent whenever an alarm goes off. They call us immediately so we've been very happy with it. The panic button is so easy to hit and it goes off. We've had that happen a couple of times where it accidentally went off. I wish it weren't quite so sensitive.

This is our second home we have had guardian protection in. The first time we were robbed, we talked to different companies and guardian was the best price and was also willing to install it in a couple of days. They were willing to answer our questions and are very competent. If we set if off accidentally, they are very forgiving. It works well.

I like that they pay personal attention. The guys that came out and checked what was there put in new smoke detector in addition to what I already had and they were nice guys and gave me their number if I had any problems. Anytime I get a hold of customer service, they always have the solution I need. They are always there. The equipment probably needs to be upgraded but it is easy to use and reasonably priced.

I had ADT before but the prices kept going up so I switched. I am completely satisfied with their equipment, it is easy to operate and understand. The people are fantastic, very courteous and knowledgeable. They lay everything out it in layman's terms for you.

Guardian provides excellent services. I feel safe in my home as well as outside, knowing my home is been protected. I have had no attempted break-in compared to a few years ago. If I have a prblem, Guardian service representatives is always there to fix the problem. Plus I am receiving a ggod price for my security.

I have no problems with the customer support. They respond quickly if I have an issue but I can't say I've had many issues. I think we did have a problem with something right after they installed it but after that was corrected there have been no large problems.
