The equipment works very well. The only thing I would suggest is when you come back in and open up your door it doesn't allow you. If you mess up with your code, you can't really type it in a second time until it starts to sound the alarm.

The equipment works. We called and requested our contract with information. They didn't sent the technician out with all the equipment that we asked for and they got the whole contract messed up so I had to pay for the door lock they installed and I wasn't supposed to.

Good experience all the time-from cust service rep's, home installation tech's (their the best). Guardian gives you protection without leaving your pockets empty to protect your home! Have had Guardian on one home over 10yrs. Last year installed on another home. I DO NOT appreciate that because I haven't went paperless billing on the newer home, I am being charged a fee. Everyone doesn't have a computer-LIKE ME! That should be a choice! Not, if you don't choose door number 1 you will be penalized!

I think the representative came off well. A motion detector for one more out of the house the basically fell off the wall so I have a part of my house, a significant part not covered by a motion detector and I'm not in some ways I'm not blaming them I have to call them and tell them which I haven't done yet it's only been a few days but I it does concern me that the equipment is less than what five to six weeks old and a major area coverage is basically falling off the wall, I'm not happy with that. I paid too much money.

I wish they could do motion sensors. I have a detached garage and had motion sensors with ADT. When I changed to Guardian I was told they could not do motion sensors. Now I worry about someone breaking into my garage. I like that the price is guaranteed for the length of my contract. I also like how fast they respond via phone call to an alarm. Also that I have the option to bypass anything that has a alarm on it.

It was a little bit cheaper than ADT. It works. They can talk me through things on the phone I don't have to have service people come out. It would be nice if they'd supply the batteries because it seems like my batteries are always going out.

I've had them for years. I've always been very happy with them. I like that I can control it from my phone. Every time I've had to call they've been very helpful. I've had to call them at times when the alarm went off accidentally and they were very nice about it.

It was recommended by the builder. It's easy to use. I did have an incident one time where I accidentally put in the wrong code and I was very impressed with how quickly the situation got handled. It is much better compared to what I had previously.

The panel was included with our house that we purchased from DR Horton and we like how it all works so we decided to go with Guardian. We had an issue with the automatic door lock. It was jamming and we had to get it realigned.

Shortly after it was set up they reached out to see if we had any questions. We had an issue the smoke detector going off when we're cooking and they offered some solutions. The panel is pretty high tech, it's pretty easy to use.

I get alerts for every type of activity even from a squirrel walking by the monitor detects every movement. I travel for business so I like that I can do everything on my cell phone. I can arm, disarm and unlocked the door which just a touch of a button and that's very convenient for me.

Still have to work on their system.Initially bluetooth and keyfobs are not effective.it takes a while before it take effect to arm and disarm.it wouldn't sync to my phone.need to refresh everytime.keyfob and blue tooth works inside home but not outside.But to be fair they never stop to figure out the problem and fix it.Kudos to the technician Anthony and Dave for attending into it.Now it works great!.

They were very courteous. The technician came in and was very thorough and knew exactly what he needed to do and did it very professionally. The person that installed the system inside with the touch screen went above and beyond with helping us learn every single thing about it. It's hard to get service like that. Usually people are in and out but it wasn't like that with the Guardian customer service. I like the convenience and the reliability of the products.

They give me the proper answers. They're simple and easy to handle. It's user friendly. Guardian gave me a motion sensor. I feel very protected when I have to leave my home. The customer service was knowledgeable but I haven't had to contact them. I've only had it for a week. I don't like the voice on the alarm system because you can't hear it. They turned it up as high as it would go but the other evening my daughter came home and we had heard a buzzing noise, we were maybe ten feet away from the alarm system and I had two seconds left to turn it off because I couldn't hear it.

Overall I'm happy, but it's still new technology and sometimes technologies aren't 100% reliable at all times. They are really nice and courteous and professional. It's kind of difficult to reach them sometimes. You know, get help with the equipment like the cameras are not working and it's not connected and I need a specialist. It's good, but it's still got problems. Like they need to take care of the app. Sometimes it just seems faulty for some reason, even though there's a lot of settings.

The cameras seem to be pretty slow and I don't know what's going on. Sometimes it takes two hours before it gives feedback on the telephone when somebody was at the door. I talked to them about it and there hasn't seen to be any improvement.

We had several instances where the system was down and our camera was unavailable. We enjoy the app, being able to open the doors, turn on the lights, set the air conditioning temperatures and all that kind of stuff. So we've enjoyed that part of it. They've always responded to use in an effective manner and although we haven't always been available to get what we hope fixed right away, they always have responded quick.

I'm able to view different areas in my home on the outside as well. They lock all my windows and doors whenever I go to bed at night. I like the fact that anytime someone comes in my door they are alert me to someone coming in my house. They are wonderful.

Had it for over fourteen years. Whenever I call them they respond to whatever I need and take care of it. It really works. I've had a person come into my home and they didn't know the code to turn off the alarm so it works. They respond very quickly, if the alarm goes off.

When I first got guardian protection, I thought it was a little pricey. But when I did some comparison shopping it was lower than a lot of a lot of the competitors. They communicate with you right on the spot it's no waiting so you don't have to wonder if they received a signal.

We've had it for sixteen years, since we first moved into the house. Every time the alarm goes off, for anything, they call immediately or if it is a fire, the fire department is out immediately. We've never had an issue with it.

The only thing I have had trouble with is the motion detector and they resolved that problem. They provide the service I need in my very rural, remote area. It has given me total security not only from burglary but for fire and medical as well.

There was motion in my home and hike I was away. I was called by a representative and told about this and asked whether I wanted the police to be called. It turns out, it was my cat moving about, but I was impressed that I was called in such a timely manner. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable security company.

Motion Sensor installed was not working appropriately, technician came out multiple times and would not replace the specific non-working system after the second time. Ended up having to settle instead for a glass break alarm which was not what we wanted. Ended up spending our first 30 days with no away alarm, no acknowledgment for the defective system. Customer service was really nice through the process but don't feel that our resolution was fair to us, especially being new guardian customers and having a clear issue with what was installed and being told that instead of replacing the broken system we kind of have to either deal with it or put in something that we didn't want originally. I think taking a look into the motion sensing technology would help guardian. Their customer service however was very nice.

They're really nice and their customer service is great. Anytime I have a problem, it's just easy to call. Anytime our alarm system goes off, there is an immediate call, no more than thirty seconds to a minute after. The system works in action. I've never had any fails with this security system.

I get good service every time I call and ask them. Call customer service. They are veyr nice and will help you. Guardian is a very good company and if you have a problem, they will take care of it. I like the cameras and I can look it up on my phone. When you ring the front door bell, I don't see the pictures just jump up.

They are responsible. Available 24/7. They give you solutions, not everybody is able. Outstanding service. The security sytem is outstanding. I can see who's coming in and out the door across the country, miles away. Guardian's service is outstanding and they should continue to keep expanding their service.
