Go Health works with a company in Nicaragua called #accedo Technologies! they robbed their employees salary, they do not pay their work! we have emailed Go Health to get help but no response, this is a call for help from all your workers in this country.

It is seemingly impossible to get information from your company to make an informed decision. The agent I had assumed I was fully covered , cut the conversation short and hung up on me before I could explain she misunderstood. Not good. I called back, got her again - but could not have a productive conversation with her. I felt as if I was speaking to a BOT and not a real person and when I asked if that was the case did not get a response . Asked to be transferred to another agent and once connected with them, it disconnected as well. I will need to seek another company .
