Site doesn't work ("Try again later") so you have to deal with calling for information. You have to go through layers and layers of info just to find out if a pharmacy is covered. Idiots.

many of the PCP listed on Ambetter value 32 site say they no longer accept this plan. Many other listed PCPs do not accept new patients even though the site mentions "accepting new patients"

I live in Dallas, TX. PCP assigned (30 miles away) has phone # that is out of service. Other listed PCP offices called said "NO" to Ambetter, one laughed and hung up. Closest urgent care open Saturday is 186 miles away.

Can't fine a doctor that takes ambetter that near 200 miles away. Most doctors have not even heard of ambetter. Customer service hangs up on you when you ask questions and try to get help
