They send you they finalized offer, and it sounds great. The payment plan looks great. But what they don't do is add in is their 25% cut and all the fees at the same time so it's kind of misleading, and certainly not transparent . I am going to pay more in fees to them than the interest on my loan. This may be a good thing to do for credit card debt where the interest is never ending. But for a personal loan it's not worth it. If you can't pay a personal loan, you will be happier just filing Bankruptcy. I am literally only getting 20.00 a month cheaper on monthly payment amount from my original loan. That's not much relief

Overall it's been okay. But this service is not reducing my debt it's more like a debt restructuring. NDR claims to be able to negotiate notable amounts less than owed, but not really. That with the 20% fee has done nothing to actually save any money.

Overall, good. I wish they would have disclosed and not mislead that creditors would still be calling and the whole debt prcess would continue until they get around to calling each debtor. I was told they would begin immediately That was not the case.

Staff are very understanding and friendly, making me dealing with my debt as stress free as possible. Anytime i had a question they were quick to answer it in as easy to understand terms as possible. One thing I do dislike is the time it took them to reach a single settlement. Considering my first settlement is merely 400 dollars when my balance was above that amount for nearly 3-4 months now makes me wonder what they were doing all this time with my case if they could get a settlement this low.
