I just don’t like the way the deposit system is set up there should be a way to deposit freely and not have to wait on the deposit dates. Also they try to take out before there any money in the account is why I don’t like it and then it puts me behind on deposits

The fees they charge seem a little high, for the debts that they settle, but it's all built in to the payments so you don't realize your paying them... so I guess it's not so bad since you'd be paying all the extra anyway if you didn't settle the debt.

I have had a good experience with them so far. I still have a few more creditors to go through. I wish they would let me know through email how everything is going monthly. I went four and a half months without knowing what was going on, which was a little scary. Don't have much time to call in, but a monthly email to check-in would be great.

Overall it's been okay. But this service is not reducing my debt it's more like a debt restructuring. NDR claims to be able to negotiate notable amounts less than owed, but not really. That with the 20% fee has done nothing to actually save any money.

Overall, good. I wish they would have disclosed and not mislead that creditors would still be calling and the whole debt prcess would continue until they get around to calling each debtor. I was told they would begin immediately That was not the case.

I like how National Debt Relief communicates when settlements have been reached and I am excited the journey has started to where negotiations are being locked it. I feel like more knowledge of the time frame of this journey would have been beneficial. I started the program in November and didn’t realize it would take five months to get traction started. Quick resolution with the first one of my creditors, only a few weeks after enrolling. They sent a text and an email outlining the proposed offer for easy payments from my Betrlink account and is set to save me over $600. Gives me a lot of hope for resolution of my other enrolled debts
