Overall it's been okay. But this service is not reducing my debt it's more like a debt restructuring. NDR claims to be able to negotiate notable amounts less than owed, but not really. That with the 20% fee has done nothing to actually save any money.

Overall, good. I wish they would have disclosed and not mislead that creditors would still be calling and the whole debt prcess would continue until they get around to calling each debtor. I was told they would begin immediately That was not the case.

I liked the NDR customer service. Reps took all my calls and answered all my questions. NDR kept me informed through emails and from their website, most helpful. Did not receive any calls from credit card company so assumed NDR was working on resolving my credit card debt.
