I'm glad I went thru National Debt. The payment are manageable taking out twice a month and they already had spoken to one of my debtors and it went from around 9000 down to 4000. With them speaking to the company it went from paying off from 5 yrs to 1 and half yrs with manageable payments every month. I was thrilled to get am email letting me know that an offer i was quite happy with had been reached with one of my creditors although i have only been with the company for 2 months. They have been very informative at all times. I follow protocol and send letters or info on calls I receive and they let me know the info has been received. They send info on how best to respond when approached be a creditor. I feel very safe in knowing that my account is being handled and the relief from anxiety lessons each day. They have been transparent as have I and I have no doubt that the plan and timeliness will be conducted in the manner agreed upon. Thank you NDC for being trustworthy.
Which is greatly appreciated especially as the issue of economic insecurity is mounting. I made the right decision at the right time.

I was desperate to do something about my growing burden of unsecured credit card debt. I stumbled upon national debt relief when I was searching for help on my cell phone. I was nervous at first but I followed through. I was assured by everything I saw on their website and the results they had gotten for others that they were legitimate. Operation. Had three accounts and a total of about $28,000 in debt when we started my account. My first credit card debt has been settled. I owed $1,700 and the settlement amount was approximately $600. I'm eager to move on to the next two accounts and at this pace I think I should be debt free within a year. I cannot thank this program enough.
I will never ever have a credit card again. What happened to me was that the interest rate on these accounts was raised over and over again in the last 3 years and I could not keep up with the payments. One of my accounts was a line of credit at my bank that I opened in 2015 with an interest rate of 7%. I use it successfully for years if I needed say a furnace or a washing machine. In the last 3 years that interest rate went from 7% to 19%.

So far so good. They are fast and always courteous. They have everything all figured out already so it takes all of the guess work out of the equation for the customer. Fees are a little higher than what I would expect plus the bank they use to pay creditors also have high fees (monthly and per transaction fees). It would be better to me if they told the customer the actual fees of that bank to give a more informed decision on what bank to use and maybe help set up a bank account that doesn’t charge as many or as much fees. Of course that could be built into the program for people who want that option. I don’t really know how to do it OR how it works, it’s just a suggestion to save money on the customers end since we are trying to pay off debt…. I do know they give you an option to use another bank. But I said no because I never thought about the fees they would charge.
They also offer budget training and promotions. You can upload new statements to the company via your own portal. Which is so easy to use! It has all of your program info completly laid out. Even the most un-tech savvy person could use and understand.
But all in all I love the program and the company. I would 100% do it all over again! I just wish I would have let go of my pride and done this 10 years sooner!

I Started program in July 2024, I was drowning in 14 credit card payments. I could barley buy food and put gas in my car. So I called NDR. I was worried to just stop paying all my cards! That's crazy right? I stopped! The creditors call all day 7 days a week! They send letters etc! But today November 2024 NDR negotiated 3 credit cards at almost 50 percent of what I owed! NDR deducts $360 a month from my bank account and saves the money for the settlements. I called NDR a few times to STOP deductions and they had no problem deferring payments. My credit went from 650 to 420 but I'm still making progress from 14 cards to 11! If you don't have any options and your struggling NDR is the way to go!! Thank you for helping those struggling in debt!! I'll review in another 6 months!!!

Ever since I began National Debt Relief toward the end of 2024, I have had nothing but amazing customer service and care every single tine I talk to anyone from their customer service team. Each and every time I call, they always are so pleasant, kind, compassionate, I formative and efficient in every call we have together.
Not only do they explain everything to you clearly and in a manner that is easily understandable, but they make sure they are transparent about everything with you before you even begin the program and during it. I truly believe National Debt Relief when they say they are here to help the people because these people truly care about the indiciduals they serve to get them out of debt.
I have had four creditors total I owed money two, and I'm about to pay off completely the second account now while actively paying the third creditor now and inching closer to paying the fourth one off. They do everything in their power to help you through this whole process. Every chance I get, I tell people how much I recommend National Debt Relief and their help.

When I first reached out to them for help they were very good at explaining everything and walking me through the process of it all. When I have called them to accept settlements, when I tell them of some good changes they show genuine excitement for our good situations. And they have been very good at communicating letting me know whenever a settlement is ready for review, both and text and email. And when a response has not been answered right away they will also call too. So they definitely make sure that you get these settlements taken care of as soon as possible so you can get the best deal.

I like that NDR is very understanding with people in my situation. They don’t judge and they try to assist you in many possible ways. The specialty are very respectful, patient and non judgmental. When I first joined NDR; I was very ashamed with admitting all my credit card debt. I was drowning in debt, unable to make all of my payments; living paycheck to paycheck; and still struggling. NDR showed me a budget where I can live comfortably while they assist me with my financial situation. I so far have 2 creditors completed with a settlement and that is a huge weight off my shoulders. NDR has changed my life. I was living paycheck to paycheck, barely able to make my credit card payments, and in a constant state of financial distress. One phone call to NDR and everything changed. I went from paying almost $1000 a month toward my credit card debt to paying $300 a month to my NDR reserve account. I am now able to afford all of my living expenses with money left to save and I am back to enjoying life instead of spending every waking moment worrying about money. I must praise the team at NDR. Everyone I have spoken to at NDR has been amazing. Whenever I have called my phone call has always been answered promptly. They have always been very patient with me as they have listened intently to my concerns and questions. They have always addressed each of my concerns and have always stopped to make sure that I understood everything that they were explaining. They have never made me feel inferior. There concern has always been for my financial and mental health and well being. I researched several debt reduction alternatives and National Debt Relief always was rated the best or within the top 3 in every review. They are very transparent about their approach and their representatives are very capable and helpful. I have spoken with around 5 of their reps and each has been a big help and totally non-judgemental. Credit card companies are complicit in most cases of too much debt and NDR can best negotiate with them. They have helped give me some much needed relief from the ridiculously increasing cost of revolving credit. Banks act like they are community leaders but I find them predatory and I highly recommend NDR to anyone who is in serious debt problems.

NDR helped in a major way to get our debts reduced and put us on a path to financial recovery. Their staff was always supportive; ready to assist in any way and never made us feel ashamed of our circumstances. Then to our surprise we were told of a consolidation loan offer from Reach Financial just the other day and though it will still require a payment schedule of a few years, it made sense to accept the offer so that those banks can be paid off asap. Though not out of the woods yet, it is a major step in the right direction and we are grateful to both NDR and Reach Financial for helping us out.

I contacted National Debt Relief 6 months and I’ve been very happy with the results. It is a little slow going in the beginning but I’ve learned it’s needed so I can build up my savings so they’re able to negotiate and get payments started. Each time I’ve spoken with a representative they have never once made me feel embarrassed of my situation. They are always so encouraging and helpful. To date I’ve had 3 accounts settled for less than half of what I owed and I truly do see a light at the end of what was a very dark tunnel. That first call to them is hard but believe me they are on your side and here to help you and you will see results.

Due to COVID I’ve gotten myself into some debt, I was at work and overheard a coworker talking about how she got out of debt, I didn’t ask her whom she went through so I just decided to do some research on my own. So far I feel I have absolutely made the right choice going with National Debt Relief. It has been such a positive experience so far. They make contact with all your creditors. Their response, with their approval to the negotiated amount, keeps astounding me. I am actually seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Something I honestly never thought I would see again. The only downside are the harassing phone calls from creditors, while the balances are negotiated. I do not answer them and even they appear to be decreasing the closer we get to all having been contacted. I am excited by the entire process.

My wife and I were way in over our heads due to job loss and then Covid-19 hit 2 months later. We depleted what little savings we had to stay afloat but kept falling further and further behind. Couldn’t even pay for necessary meds with no insurance. Then I read about NDR and decided to give them a call. From the start everyone I spoke with was very helpful, knowledgeable and most important extremely reassuring that everything is going to be fine with them negotiating with our creditors. I was very skeptical at first given a lot of the negative reviews that I saw. However, I still took the plunge and boy, was it worth it! They were able to cancel $14k worth of debt within a little over a year! They’re incredible! I would definitely recommend them to anyone struggling with crippling debt. I will be completely debt free before the age of 30, which not a lot of people are able to say. And their customer service is fantastic and so kind and caring. I did not have a single negative interaction with any of their employees. Please please please consider giving them a call just to see your options and decide if you want to go from there. They won’t force you into anything and they’re very understanding and knowledgeable. I know some people complained about the monthly fee that you pay them, but I think that it is so worth it given how much debt they’ll get cancelled for you in the end! Thank you NDR!

Making the call was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. Acknowledging I’ve gotten my life into a poor financial situation was shameful to admit. This is awesome👍 I thought it wouldn't happen this soon, but National Debt Relief did it. I started with them 2/3/20 & it's now 6/28/21. They also go an extra mile having Liberty help speed up the process & finalize my remaining debt. It's sort of like a baseball team bringing out their prize picture at the end of the last inning to clinch the game.
I was indebt for $30,000 & NDR managed my debt down to 13,427.09. They do everything, all you do is accept the deal they make by phone or e-mail. Think about it! Again, I thank National Debt Relief for their excellent & professional help for getting me out of a debt "I created". Of course, it wasn't intentional but it was still me that did it.

I went between five and four stars, but decided on five because of the in person customer service. I have emailed a few times with responses pretty delayed causing me to have to email a few times. However, when I called on two different occassions, I talked with two specialists almost immediately. They were truly kind, gentle and so attentive! Nothing fake, nothing read from a script. I was so embarrassed that I was in this situation, but they treated me so well on the phone and made me feel comfortable. It did take a bit longer to settle the debt than they had originally said, but it feels SO good to start chipping away at this debt and will so be debt free!!

My husband and I have been in a financial struggle after legally defending ourselves. We struggled to pay our attorneys and racked up major credit card debt to protect ourselves and our daughters. Shortly after, the case was dismissed against us but we still had to pay our legal fees.
Just over one year later, I was in a car accident. My husband had to miss work to care for me and our twins, after my six surgeries.
Then, the pandemic hit. I lost both of my jobs because of the pandemic and my husband's hours were cut.

I've had approximately $11,000 of debt written off. The one thing I didn't realize that came as quite a blow, was The amount written off last year was added as income to my taxes so I'm having to pay in a bunch. Faced with a broken back spinal cord injury, although officially retired, I had been managing two beach resorts in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, the pay for which supplemented by Social Security income perfectly, however that life-threatening major, crippling injury precluded ever working again. My credit card balance could no longer be made as my income was slashed greatly. I could not make ends meet or make payments. That;s when National Debt Relief came to my rescue! They found the perfect program for me, all worry and stress were GONE! Finally I could sleep and rest at night with everything National Debt Relief took over and in less than a year, my American Express $8,500 debt was settled, paid and GONE!
