I like the convenience of having my debt resolved by NDR. They are very kind and helpful, without judgement. It’s so easy to make just 1 payment per month in order to clear up my debt. Also, they don’t charge ridiculous fees in order to do so. I don’t know why everyone who finds themselves in serious debt, doesn’t use their services.

NDR was my next to last resort (last being bankruptcy). I tried to keep up with payments and kept a good credit score, but I was borrowing from "Peter to pay Paul". I just couldn't do it any longer. I liked National Debt Relief's agenda, so I signed up. I don't like watching my score go down into the 400s, nor all of the calls, emails and texts I get, but I'm hoping in the long run that this works for me. They've already settled one debt for me, and it probably would have been sooner if I could have contributed more to my account, so I'm satisfied with my decision to go with NDR.

Neutral--Was never told that I need to deposit 25% of debt for them to make arrangements. My credit score has gone down dramitically. They are securing payment plans which are exactly what the creditors offfer yet they get paid. Calls have not stopped, gotten worse actually. I ask myself why I didn't just do this myself? My biggest creditors with the highest balances are not paid first. They pay the low hanging fruit while my credit gets worse...

So far so good. Within 3 months I have 3 cards settled, but still have many more to work through. I'll wait another 3 months, maybe before there is more progress, I hope! So, customer service is excellent, but knowing where I am with my other credit cards is more opaque.

Its not easy seeing my credit score go down while waiting for a settlement with my creditors but all these were explained to me well that I would not have to worry. I recently had a debt resolved by National Debt Relief. It is the first of three. I was shocked and pleased at how fast it was resolved. I feel a sense of relief and I am excited about my total debt being cleared. This is the best debt relief company ever. They take care of everything. I have not spoken to one creditor.
