NDR has changed my life. I was living paycheck to paycheck, barely able to make my credit card payments, and in a constant state of financial distress. One phone call to NDR and everything changed. I went from paying almost $1000 a month toward my credit card debt to paying $300 a month to my NDR reserve account. I am now able to afford all of my living expenses with money left to save and I am back to enjoying life instead of spending every waking moment worrying about money. Within 6 months, NDR has already negotiated a payment plan with one of my creditors for less than half of what I originally owed. Thank you, NDR!!!

I must praise the team at NDR. Everyone I have spoken to at NDR has been amazing. Whenever I have called my phone call has always been answered promptly. They have always been very patient with me as they have listened intently to my concerns and questions. They have always addressed each of my concerns and have always stopped to make sure that I understood everything that they were explaining. They have never made me feel inferior. There concern has always been for my financial and mental health and well being. They have always inquired if we needed to make any adjustments to my payment plan so that I would have sufficient money to meet all of my financial obligations. Their customer service is without equal! When I speak with one of their representatives I always feel like I'm speaking with a friend. Thank you NDR for the exceptional customer service that each of your representatives provides and for helping me ease the burden of financial debt. I researched several debt reduction alternatives and National Debt Relief always was rated the best or within the top 3 in every review. They are very transparent about their approach and their representatives are very capable and helpful. I have spoken with around 5 of their reps and each has been a big help and totally non-judgemental. Credit card companies are complicit in most cases of too much debt and NDR can best negotiate with them. They have helped give me some much needed relief from the ridiculously increasing cost of revolving credit. Banks act like they are community leaders but I find them predatory and I highly recommend NDR to anyone who is in serious debt problems.

I felt very reassured by every one I worked with throughout my process of signing up. They made sure to go line by line through every contract and make sure I understood, and were never impatient with my questions. I've been paying now for a while and they have so far settled one of my accounts for less than half of what I owed! I feel like I can finally see an end to my debt in the future.
When I started this journey, I learned that lot of reviews of debt relief companies are made right after signing up, so people are still very happy with their "service". National Debt Relief isn't like that. It's nearly February, and I've been speaking with them since September and making payments since November. So they aren't playing games with their review timing.

Debt Relief. They have been so kind and helpful to me. They have taken a load of worry off my
mind. I was trying to pay credit card debts and couldn’t get the debt paid because of such high interest they were charging. I sent a hundred dollar payment to them and the creditor was taking $89.00 dollars out for interest. I could never get them paid off at that rate. It has lifted a heavy burden off my shoulders to have NDR on my side! Their customer service support is amazing, I spoke to a customer service agent a few days ago and her name is Cindy she was so helpful to me, thank you!

NDR helped in a major way to get our debts reduced and put us on a path to financial recovery. Their staff was always supportive; ready to assist in any way and never made us feel ashamed of our circumstances. Then to our surprise we were told of a consolidation loan offer from Reach Financial just the other day and though it will still require a payment schedule of a few years, it made sense to accept the offer so that those banks can be paid off asap. Though not out of the woods yet, it is a major step in the right direction and we are grateful to both NDR and Reach Financial for helping us out.

I contacted National Debt Relief 6 months and I’ve been very happy with the results. It is a little slow going in the beginning but I’ve learned it’s needed so I can build up my savings so they’re able to negotiate and get payments started. Each time I’ve spoken with a representative they have never once made me feel embarrassed of my situation. They are always so encouraging and helpful. To date I’ve had 3 accounts settled for less than half of what I owed and I truly do see a light at the end of what was a very dark tunnel. That first call to them is hard but believe me they are on your side and here to help you and you will see results.

Due to COVID I’ve gotten myself into some debt, I was at work and overheard a coworker talking about how she got out of debt, I didn’t ask her whom she went through so I just decided to do some research on my own. I made a phone call to National Debt Relief they were honestly so helpful very transparent on how the program works and I told the gentleman whom assisted me Allen why didn’t I do this sooner, better late than never his response. Allen made things very easy on helping me become debt free, I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to get back on their feet after a few hard years.

So far I feel I have absolutely made the right choice going with National Debt Relief. It has been such a positive experience so far. They make contact with all your creditors. Their response, with their approval to the negotiated amount, keeps astounding me. I am actually seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Something I honestly never thought I would see again. The only downside are the harassing phone calls from creditors, while the balances are negotiated. I do not answer them and even they appear to be decreasing the closer we get to all having been contacted. I am excited by the entire process.

Oh my God if I would have known this a long time back I would have definitely call them to help resolve my debt issues you know when changing jobs you kind of get behind on things and national debt relief has really helped we done dissolve I think three on my creditors which include doctor bills hospital bills takes up so much stress and worry about not being able to pee even though I was up to date on paying them it's just a kept going on and on and on I am so thankful for national debt relief my advice would be if you're falling behind or not even falling behind but you're stressed out because of death that seems to not be going anywhere give him a call give them a call cuz I honestly I don't know what I would do if it wouldn't be for them and they're so helpful and friendly thank you all guys for the help and the continue to help me get through this time. My wife and I were way in over our heads due to job loss and then Covid-19 hit 2 months later. We depleted what little savings we had to stay afloat but kept falling further and further behind. Couldn’t even pay for necessary meds with no insurance. Then I read about NDR and decided to give them a call. From the start everyone I spoke with was very helpful, knowledgeable and most important extremely reassuring that everything is going to be fine with them negotiating with our creditors. I have been in their program a short while but I am very happy with the progress with our accounts. I definitely recommend NDR’s service to anyone whom is in dire straits as we were.

I was very skeptical at first given a lot of the negative reviews that I saw. However, I still took the plunge and boy, was it worth it! They were able to cancel $14k worth of debt within a little over a year! They’re incredible! I would definitely recommend them to anyone struggling with crippling debt. I will be completely debt free before the age of 30, which not a lot of people are able to say. And their customer service is fantastic and so kind and caring. I did not have a single negative interaction with any of their employees. Please please please consider giving them a call just to see your options and decide if you want to go from there. They won’t force you into anything and they’re very understanding and knowledgeable. I know some people complained about the monthly fee that you pay them, but I think that it is so worth it given how much debt they’ll get cancelled for you in the end! Thank you NDR!

Making the call was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. Acknowledging I’ve gotten my life into a poor financial situation was shameful to admit. From the moment the NDC agent answered there was relief simply because they were kind and helpful all without judgement. The process of them gathering information was very easy. Taking this step has turned out to be a life changing. They approach the agent you work with is professional yet understanding. It’s been a pleasure working with NDC. They have made the steps and quickly got the creditor calls eliminated and working out the payment arrangements has eliminated allot of stress.

This is awesome👍 I thought it wouldn't happen this soon, but National Debt Relief did it. I started with them 2/3/20 & it's now 6/28/21. They also go an extra mile having Liberty help speed up the process & finalize my remaining debt. It's sort of like a baseball team bringing out their prize picture at the end of the last inning to clinch the game.
I was indebt for $30,000 & NDR managed my debt down to 13,427.09. They do everything, all you do is accept the deal they make by phone or e-mail. Think about it! Again, I thank National Debt Relief for their excellent & professional help for getting me out of a debt "I created". Of course, it wasn't intentional but it was still me that did it.

I went between five and four stars, but decided on five because of the in person customer service. I have emailed a few times with responses pretty delayed causing me to have to email a few times. However, when I called on two different occassions, I talked with two specialists almost immediately. They were truly kind, gentle and so attentive! Nothing fake, nothing read from a script. I was so embarrassed that I was in this situation, but they treated me so well on the phone and made me feel comfortable. It did take a bit longer to settle the debt than they had originally said, but it feels SO good to start chipping away at this debt and will so be debt free!!

My husband and I have been in a financial struggle after legally defending ourselves. We struggled to pay our attorneys and racked up major credit card debt to protect ourselves and our daughters. Shortly after, the case was dismissed against us but we still had to pay our legal fees.
Just over one year later, I was in a car accident. My husband had to miss work to care for me and our twins, after my six surgeries.
Then, the pandemic hit. I lost both of my jobs because of the pandemic and my husband's hours were cut.
If it weren't for National Debt Relief, my family and I would be facing severe financial hardships. National Debt Relief has made it easier to pay down our bills while easing the majority of the financial stress.
Daily, we still deal with financial hardships. However, we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

I will still be making payments for a couple of years but it's very small compared to what it was going to be on my own. I've had approximately $11,000 of debt written off. The one thing I didn't realize that came as quite a blow, was The amount written off last year was added as income to my taxes so I'm having to pay in a bunch. Still it is less than what was written off. So there are some things I wasn't aware of but that is my fault for not taking the responsibility to know these things. They were not kept a secret.

Faced with a broken back spinal cord injury, although officially retired, I had been managing two beach resorts in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, the pay for which supplemented by Social Security income perfectly, however that life-threatening major, crippling injury precluded ever working again. My credit card balance could no longer be made as my income was slashed greatly. I could not make ends meet or make payments. That;s when National Debt Relief came to my rescue! They found the perfect program for me, all worry and stress were GONE! Finally I could sleep and rest at night with everything National Debt Relief took over and in less than a year, my American Express $8,500 debt was settled, paid and GONE! The folks I speak with on the phone are always professional and helpful. National Debt Relief was able to resolve my outstanding debts at about or a little less than 50% of what I owed in a little over a year. The process was straightforward and painless, and National Debt Relief was available and communicative throughout. If you, like me, were in an endless cycle of using all your monthly income to pay credit card bills, and then needing to use those same credit cards to then purchase basics like food and fuel, basically treading water and making no progress towards the elimination of your debt -- essentially living and working to pay credit card companies -- then I highly encourage you to give National Debt Relief a call and enroll in their program. My life is so much better, and I'm able to save and plan for the future again. I am relieved to be nearly debt free (I have a few more months of payments as I write this), I sleep better, and I actually have some money of my own to manage now.

I’d like to be fair. I signed up for National Debt Relief (NDR) back in March 2020. So far, it’s only been 9 months since NDR has truly given me relief from the stresses of owing debt. However, we have a long way to go yet. Nevertheless, I feel like I have a business partner, for the first time, on my side, who can really organize and plan for my success. I’m looking forward to the day when I am debt-free. That’s going to be a day I’ll never forget. And what a celebration that will be! Can't wait!
The Covid-19 pandemic seems to have brought the world to a halt, but NDR appears to be still working hard in the midst of it all and satisfying my creditors. Four out of ten creditors have been settled by NDR, with a 35% savings on three and a 45% savings on one. Plus, my program progress has been outstanding! Right now, the percentage of combined debt settled is 29.5%, with 40% of resolved creditors. I’d say that deserves 5 stars out of 5! I can’t wait to see what NDR settles with the remaining six creditors.
And as for NDR and their Customer Service Team itself, I can’t say enough good things about the company and the team players. They’re taking really good care of me. I sometimes have complex questions, but they always accommodate me brilliantly! Best group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel very privileged that they took me on and gave me this opportunity to settle my debt. They go above and beyond, providing me with premium service. Simply an amazing company with great people, great work, and extraordinarily trustworthy. They stand by their word! Companies like this are hard to come by. NDR strongly believes that open communication and integrity matters, and I couldn’t agree more. I would recommend NDR to anyone in need of debt relief.

On April 21st, 2020 I was contacted by National Debit Relief with a proposal statement. I owed $5,320.70 on this debt the offer was for $2,930. To be paid off in 3 months. Giving me a total savings $2,390.70. I will make the last payment on June 23rd 2020 and that debt will be gone. This company has done an amazing job for me. I had paid off one other debt did I post it on Trustpliot. I am very happy with this company they are helping me to get rid of my debts. Now remember that you may have to pay income tax on what you save. If you decide to do business with them, you will receive a package in this package. There is a booklet Resolve your debts. Restart your life. On the very last page 19 frequently asked questions number 12 will explain to you about taxes. So please be sure to put some money back in case you have to pay taxes on what you save.

National Debt Relief has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Every time I get that email "Exciting News -- We have a settlement for your *** Account" I get so happy. I've struggled with credit card debt for so long and I finally am on the road to financial freedom. I started the program in November 2019, they were SO detailed about what the program was like and what I could expect, they were there to answer any questions I had. Then as everyone knows COVID-19 reared it's ugly head in February 2020. The customer service I received during this time was outstanding. I got a few calls from them checking on my financial status, making sure I could still pay and asking if I needed extra time to pay. It was so amazing. I really felt like they cared about me and I wasn't just a number. I was extremely scared to do something like this because I knew it was going to KILL my credit score (which ironically was on the higher end) but I knew I couldn't keep living the way I was living and keeping all that credit card debt. Here we are in June and they've resolved half of the creditors accounts with amazing settlement offers. I could not be more happy with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with credit card debit and wants to take control of their financial freedom.

I had 30k in credit card debt when I called NDR. I was up to my eyeballs in payments and was struggling horribly to keep up. When I called, I spoke with a gentleman named Doug who immediately put me at ease. He talked me through what the program would be like, worked with me on an amount I could afford to pay every 2 weeks, and connected me to someone who put it all in motion. It took me 3 years of payments but it was worth it. They work with your creditors and take all the pressure off you. They call and check in pretty often to see if anything has changed and they’re always super friendly. Hopefully I never have to go through this again myself but I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who’s needing it.

I truly believed this program was too good to be true. I am now so happy and thankful I decided to take this risk. National Debt Relief has been friendly and supportive every time I have spoken with them. They made a payment plan that worked with my financial situation, and they settled all my debts in the amount of time promised and with the settlement amount being very reasonable for each. Their fees are reasonable for the amount of money they saved me. Although this is not something I wish I had ever had to do, National Debt Relief made this process easy, affordable, and RELIEVING for me. The only thing I would suggest is making sure that you keep in touch with them about with tax forms for each settlement when it is that time of year. This is something I wasn’t aware of but now that I know I will be able to make sure to report everything. Thank you again and again to National Debt Relief.

I enrolled in the program in November 2018 and so glad that I did!! I lost my 21 year old daughter unexpectedly in November 2017 and was off work for awhile without my regular salary and while I was off work I was having a lot of medical issues as well. My deductible is very high and until I meet it, I am responsible for all the co-pays. Needless to say, while I was off work trying to grieve healthy and take care of medical issues, bills didn’t stop and so it was a domino effect that caused me to get further in debt. At this point, I was trying to make payment arrangements but I just kept sinking and sinking . I honestly felt that I was being weighed down in an ocean with no end in site. I went into a very deep depression. I am a believer in God and I knew he would guide me in the right direction! I saw a commercial about National Debt Relief and then decided to research about them. I liked what I was reading and so I decided to give them a call. From my first Interaction thus far, I have been treated with dignity and respect, they explained everything to me and made sure that I understood. They have taken full responsibility of doing all my communications with the creditors and an awesome job with getting settlement offers!! They are great with their communications on everything that they do and nothing gets settled until they get my approval! They make it easy for you to provide them with income updates and to be able to email statements to them. They offer many ways for you to be able to communicate your questions/concerns with them. There response time is very quick and you never have to wonder what’s going on with your account. I also appreciate the fact that they have two systems that you can actually log onto to view all activities and it makes it very easy to follow your money!! I am a true believer that you should be responsible for paying your debt however, sometimes life happens and bad things happen to good people. This program has allowed me to still be responsible for my debt and is helping me to be able to grieve my daughters death in a healthy way and take care of my health while they nogociate with my creditors and keep me informed!! They are amazing and the Customer Service has been outstanding since my first phone call!!! They truly have been my saving grace and I love them!!!! I have 6 accounts with NDR, totaling almost $35K. I had gotten to the point of making minimum payments only and was making zero headway on my debt. It probably would have taken me 20 years to pay that off, and I would have paid around double that amount with all the interest. So, I bit the bullet and called in October 2017. Customer Service has been excellent. Creditor calls are brutal, but I am willing to suffer through the 33 month plan with NDR (29 left!) to save myself 15+ years of digging myself out. My first account was just settled for about 50% of the balance. I'm excited to follow through with this effort and become debt-free. NDR can take their fees for that; I'll gladly pay.

I've had a great experience with NDR so far. I began this program in October 2016 and have already have settled 3/4 credit cards I had. Each is for less than the amount that was owed; averaging about 60% less than what was originally owed! Each time I speak to a customer service representative they have been very excited about these settlements and eager to offer additional assistance. I was a good customer to the creditors before, regularly paying on time, but I was finding it difficult to get ahead of the payments. It also helped to close the accounts so I could not have access to available credit and you are also restricted from opening new unsecured lines of credit which helps with the temptation of accumulating more debt. This is a business so, of course,they will need to receive payment for their services. They disclosed the details of the entire process, stating that it may take up to 6-24 months before settlements start coming in. I was encouraged to be patient and to stick with the program from the beginning and now I'm very pleased with the results and will be debt free in the very near future!

I tried for years to stay ahead, get ahead and most of the time stay current. The last time I worked out of town and received my check late by 4 days i had $250.00 in late fees AGAIN. I tried to work with all creditors asking to just pay the balance even though I had paid the balance 5 x over plus interest in the past years. No one would work with me. I turned to National Debt Releif and this was one of the hardest things I ever did. It took me almost one year to keep trying to do it on my own. In four months of being with them my first account is settled. I feel great. The calls have stopped. I have peace. So much stress is gone. I make one monthly payment and can actually do home repairs that were very bad. If you can't hang on anymore due to debt, these are the people to help you.

Dislike when I have a resolution to claim after being redirected to the National Debt website, the info about the claim is blank. I have to go back to the email to read through the resolution.
