I think overall the program is a good program. The thing that is hard for me is the constant messages I receive from creditors telling me my account is past due. Like I don't know. I have gotten to the point I just send them off to NDR and don't even look at them anymore. I am also frustrated that it takes so long to see any action on the part of the program. I was very happy last week that finally they came up with a settlement for me. I was beginning to think it would never happen. I understand NDR needs to have a certain amount of money in my account so they have something to work with but it's still frustrating. I just want this nightmare I find myself in to be over. I do like the fact that they always send me a message when they receive what I send even though it seems like it's a generic response most times. My decision to go with the program was such a hard decision for me. At 78n years old, I've never been in this kind of situation before so I'm really down on myself.

I have had a great deal of relief,I started 2 months ago omg so worth it I never had a hard time paying my bills until I had to get another car!! It took me down!!! Didn't have enough to buy food I'm too old for the stress in and out of the hospital I owe 10,000 and thank God I made the call to these guys ,it took a great amount of relief off of me thank you I appreciate you guys so much!! Debt relief saved me I honestly mean that!!

They make me feel like I'm really being looked after because they let me decide what works for me. The first negotiation was recently made and for a tremendous amount taken off with plenty of my built up savings to help pay off the smaller amount. With their guidance I also learn ways of saving money better and budgeting with alternative offers for monthly payments and banks.

I was recently surprised by what NDR had accomplished on my behalf. I had been making payments for months and was not aware of what NDR was able to accomplish on my behalf, in terms of the amount of my debts they had managed to settle. This is the first time I’ve been able to see the breakdown of payments made on my behalf and to which accounts have been settled or in the process of being settled. I was humbled and pleased with what I was able to see and would like to thanks to this amazing program

I like that you are a great company that helps people like me manage and get out of debt. My early retirement due to myself and husband cause a lost of income. Unable to meet all our debt living on Social Security. What I did not like was an upper management introducing me to a loan company. I did not feel it was to my best interest to move over laterally because you do business with them. I declined the offer.

It has been good for the most part. I still have worries about my actual debt. I really wish someone would have told me that the process could last close to a year instead of being told 4 to 6 months at the beginning. I still worry about the notice about me being potentially sue for not paying a credit card but I was assure that National debt will defend me.

The fact the customer service representative listened to me when I informed her how upset I was made by one of the creditors, the way I was spoken to by that person had me in complete tears and just repeating what I was told to the NDR customer service representative only made me upset all over again and the tears fell again. I was so grateful for the time,patience and empathy the NDR customer service representative showed me. I was scared to death after speaking with that creditor I called their corporate office and informed them of the conversation that I had with the agent at the local branch office and needless to say the person at the corporate office could not believe I was spoken to in such a manner letalone the things that were said to me. I really and truly appreciated the service I was provided from NDR.

I would give Zero if it would work. I regret terribly helping my mom to sign up for Nat'l Debt Relief. They have been unrelentingly slow and set up payment plans years and years into the future. She's paying gigantic monthly payments that come out automatically when now the funds are desperately needed for her memory care. A scam in my opinion that we can't seem to extricate her from. Elder abuse and fraud.

I was not informed that they make ask more funds to accept a offer. I am on a 5 yr program and I accepted a offer, which payments start in June. I have be paying $582 a month since January. I was informed another offer was made by one of my other cards but I either had to deny or and more funds. Which makes the card company think I didn't like the offer, which was not true. I believe this will hurt my next offer from them.
