My representative Jorge A. provided excellent customer service. He explained the program and set my mind at ease at a time of great stress. When other people were recommending bankruptcy (not my choice) I saw a Turbodebt PSA by a customer on Instagram early one morning, that prompted me to call to inquire. Best call of the day. I am very pleased at this point, could never have paid this account off making payments in such a short amount of time. I had always made my payments on time, but could never get ahead of it because of the high interest rates. I don’t know how many times I asked for a lower rate do to our present economy and I am on a limited budget (Social Security). The business still got what I had actually put on the card, so I feel pretty good about making my decision to contact National Debt Relief.

It has been good for the most part. I still have worries about my actual debt. I really wish someone would have told me that the process could last close to a year instead of being told 4 to 6 months at the beginning. I still worry about the notice about me being potentially sue for not paying a credit card but I was assure that National debt will defend me.
