I think overall the program is a good program. The thing that is hard for me is the constant messages I receive from creditors telling me my account is past due. Like I don't know. I have gotten to the point I just send them off to NDR and don't even look at them anymore. I am also frustrated that it takes so long to see any action on the part of the program. I was very happy last week that finally they came up with a settlement for me. I was beginning to think it would never happen. I understand NDR needs to have a certain amount of money in my account so they have something to work with but it's still frustrating. I just want this nightmare I find myself in to be over. I do like the fact that they always send me a message when they receive what I send even though it seems like it's a generic response most times. My decision to go with the program was such a hard decision for me. At 78n years old, I've never been in this kind of situation before so I'm really down on myself.

I have had a great deal of relief,I started 2 months ago omg so worth it I never had a hard time paying my bills until I had to get another car!! It took me down!!! Didn't have enough to buy food I'm too old for the stress in and out of the hospital I owe 10,000 and thank God I made the call to these guys ,it took a great amount of relief off of me thank you I appreciate you guys so much!! They make me feel like I'm really being looked after because they let me decide what works for me. The first negotiation was recently made and for a tremendous amount taken off with plenty of my built up savings to help pay off the smaller amount. With their guidance I also learn ways of saving money better and budgeting with alternative offers for monthly payments and banks.

I was recently surprised by what NDR had accomplished on my behalf. I had been making payments for months and was not aware of what NDR was able to accomplish on my behalf, in terms of the amount of my debts they had managed to settle. This is the first time I’ve been able to see the breakdown of payments made on my behalf and to which accounts have been settled or in the process of being settled. My experience has been overall positive working with NDR. My main point of feedback would be more visibility into when communication has been made between NDR and a creditor. Customer Service has very limited visibility to what the negotiation team is doing and having some piece of mind about when that team has had some initial contact with a credit would help immensely throughout the stressful process of fielding aggressive creditor communication on the client's end. The most detail I can receive when connecting with Customer Service is that "The negotiators have been in contact with your creditor and they will begin settlement when you have 50% of the debt saved."

Nothing short of AMAZING! I cannot express how much I appreciate NDR. They have completely taken the stress of my debt off my shoulders and run point on all negotiations on my behalf. No more aggressive phone calls from debtors and i don't have to do anything, besides make regular set bi-monthly payments (which are automatically withdrawn). If i run into a situation where i need to skip a payment, there is no hassle from NDR. They are very understanding and accommodating. Outstanding. This program was my Saving Grace after a series of very unfortunate incidents piled up at once. Health problems, deaths in the family, unexpected household expenses left me in the lurch. When I join national debt relief I was desperate to find any way to resolve my finances while still being able to make it. They delivered on their promise. There were no hidden gimmicks. I was not informed that they make ask more funds to accept a offer. I am on a 5 yr program and I accepted a offer, which payments start in June. I have be paying $582 a month since January. I was informed another offer was made by one of my other cards but I either had to deny or and more funds. Which makes the card company think I didn't like the offer, which was not true. I believe this will hurt my next offer from them.
