My original resolve with National Debt Relief was to be paying them $610.00 a month to diminish my debt. I received a call from an agent to let me know that they had spoken to one of my debtors and lessened my debt and on that debt alone it will be $360.00 for 24 months. Hopefully this is part of the $610.00 because I cannot do both or I should have left it paying as I was doing before, I went to them.

I went to NDR through desperation. I had 0% on my credit cards and after going to the same company for another 0% With about a 767 credit score they could not put their debt on their own 0% card. I was facing $900 a month payments at 29%. Although I was told what the servicing\negotiation fee was. I was told don’t pay your cards anymore. If I continued to pay something my fee would have been less. Once I notified the cards of your phone and address no other bills were sent to my home. It’s a catch 22.

I was VERY Skeptical about calling! I didn’t want to get caught in a trap!!! However, Thanks to my Son who has a good friend that used National Debit Relief and said he was glad he did! And, I am extremely glad I did!!!!! Took a huge weight off my shoulders and I don’t even worry about the debit I was in! When I first reached out to them for help they were very good at explaining everything and walking me through the process of it all. When I have called them to accept settlements, when I tell them of some good changes they show genuine excitement for our good situations. And they have been very good at communicating letting me know whenever a settlement is ready for review, both and text and email. And when a response has not been answered right away they will also call too. So they definitely make sure that you get these settlements taken care of as soon as possible so you can get the best deal.

I like that NDR is very understanding with people in my situation. They don’t judge and they try to assist you in many possible ways. The specialty are very respectful, patient and non judgmental. When I first joined NDR; I was very ashamed with admitting all my credit card debt. I was drowning in debt, unable to make all of my payments; living paycheck to paycheck; and still struggling. NDR showed me a budget where I can live comfortably while they assist me with my financial situation. I so far have 2 creditors completed with a settlement and that is a huge weight off my shoulders. Because this debt is all I think about. I recommend National Debt Relief to everyone I meet!

My experience has been overall positive working with NDR. My main point of feedback would be more visibility into when communication has been made between NDR and a creditor. Customer Service has very limited visibility to what the negotiation team is doing and having some piece of mind about when that team has had some initial contact with a credit would help immensely throughout the stressful process of fielding aggressive creditor communication on the client's end. The most detail I can receive when connecting with Customer Service is that "The negotiators have been in contact with your creditor and they will begin settlement when you have 50% of the debt saved."

Nothing short of AMAZING! I cannot express how much I appreciate NDR. They have completely taken the stress of my debt off my shoulders and run point on all negotiations on my behalf. No more aggressive phone calls from debtors and i don't have to do anything, besides make regular set bi-monthly payments (which are automatically withdrawn). Outstanding. This program was my Saving Grace after a series of very unfortunate incidents piled up at once. Health problems, deaths in the family, unexpected household expenses left me in the lurch. When I join national debt relief I was desperate to find any way to resolve my finances while still being able to make it. They delivered on their promise. There were no hidden gimmicks. This is second time using them. 1st was Great all around. Second time the fees are outrageous! The most recent they charged me $3013 in fees but settled for $2427? Not to mention They don't listen n come up with every excuse in the book of why. I've asked numerous times to settle one inexpensive one only because my mother n law is listed as the cosigner and is affecting her credit and they still have yet to settle. Do not recommend anymore.

I was, when I started this program on time with all my payments all though they were high. I stopped making them in order for national debt relief to negotiate them down. They did so but then added a bunch of fees and had an outside loan provider contact me with a worse interest rate than I have ever paid to pay off the debts on an 24% APR and I’m still paying all the fees to them and stuck in a new huge loan and my credit score is now shot. Honestly worst experience
