Your timing seems to be very slow on resolving. I have two creditors who haven't been notified by you! Credit One calls my phone morning and night. Fifteen to 20 times a day and Security Finance seems to not talked to you either. You should be in contact with these places letting them know that you are working for me ! Neutral--Was never told that I need to deposit 25% of debt for them to make arrangements. My credit score has gone down dramitically. They are securing payment plans which are exactly what the creditors offfer yet they get paid. Calls have not stopped, gotten worse actually. I ask myself why I didn't just do this myself? My biggest creditors with the highest balances are not paid first. They pay the low hanging fruit while my credit gets worse...

So far so good. Within 3 months I have 3 cards settled, but still have many more to work through. I'll wait another 3 months, maybe before there is more progress, I hope! So, customer service is excellent, but knowing where I am with my other credit cards is more opaque.
