I started working with NDR less than 2 months ago and have made 2 deposits into my account with them. I have had one settlement offer and approved it. NDR has already saved me thousands and I am very happy I decided to work with them. They have reached out to check in on me and to see if I had any questions or concerns about the program. They have made me feel seen & heard. So far I am very happy with the services I've received and have a feeling of financial relief. The monthly deposits are much more affordable than what I was paying and I am starting to see results. Thank you NDR.

It has been my impression on every call into NDR for service, that I meet staff who
are cordial, cheerful, experienced, well informed and overall professionally capable. They can address my concerns with complete explanations. I never feel that I need to speak to someone else. Consequently I have come to understand the debt-management process better and appreciate the representatives enormously.

The representatives always explain things to me in detail. My questions are answered whenever I ask. They know that I have Alzeihmer's/Dementia so they know exactly how to explain matters so that I do understand because I do forget quite often. Being respectful is a key factor for me. They are never rude. I feel important when talking with them. I recommend the company to anyone.

Before I explain why I gave National Debt Relief (NDR) 4 Stars, I wanted to mention that I've heard some horror stories from friends who have used other debt settlement companies and totally got screwed! I think the worst was this one debt settlement company that my very good friend thought she was working with who essentially just stole her money! They told her they had gotten settlement offers for her and she approved them. But the company never made any of the payments on her behalf. Which now makes sense because she would occasionally still get collections letters for accounts that had supposedly been settled. Anyway, this is how she finally caught on to what was happening and she immediately cancelled her program. But all that money she put into the debt settlement program over 3 years she still hasn't seen. The reason I mention this is because that was a horrible experience for my friend and totally BS! So, my point is that, I can at least say National Debt Relief is legit and did what they said they would. Their fees are a lot in my opinion (which is why they didn't get 5 Stars), but I was aware of that up front and still chose to proceed. I'm now very close to all of my debt being gone (well, my credit card debt; I still have a car loan). But it's still going to be such a relief, and NDR got me there, so they get 4 Stars from me.

NDR has been a tremendous help in getting my credit card lowered & paid off. I used their services once before and had a great experience with them… had my credit completely cleaned up within 2 yrs
Sadly 8 yrs later my husband was diagnosed with cancer and covid hit shortly thereafter…we went from 2 solid incomes, to none which ultimately led to my tacking up credit card debt once again. I’m about 1 yr into the program and already I’ve been able to settle and pay off most of my debt and my credit score has drastically increased. I would’ve been lost without National Debt Relief!

We’re still working with national debt relief. We are just at the beginning of our settlements so we have a ways to go but they have already received one settlement from a company where the original debt was 12,500 and they settled it for 5000, that’s a win in my book! I look forward to seeing what else they have to offer for the rest of our debt

Best Decision I have ever made. I just started the program but I feel more confident about my bills being paid then I had for awhile. Less stress. The downfall is that for now my credit score is way below what it was, and it was not great to begin with, but it is nice to be able to send the letters, emails from collection agencies right to the program and not having to deal with them myself.

I was really hesitant about doing debt consolidation. I talked to a few companies and I have to say, National Debt Relief was the most kind and willing to explain everything to me no matter how many questions I asked. They really work with you and since getting hurt and on disability, I finally feel some relief. I never thought I would have to go through this but our lives can change on a dime and this company cares. I highly recommend them.

At first, I was quite confused of how the whole process began. But now I have a better understanding. I know that the money that I deposit with them is the money that they take and pay the debts I owe by doing them down to a better total that I would owe instead of the whole debt. I’m just starting but so far it’s been pretty good. I’m very pleased with them.

I've always liked talking some of your Customer Service Representatives and Supervisors, like all the ones in which got me enrolled back into the program (especially Brain G), my enrolled. I thank him most of all, he did it with commitment, when I tried enrolling in 2023 or 2024 the individuals I was dealing with were very dissatisfied. I was handling my finances on my own until I had uncovered medical problems. I didn't want to file bankruptcy because I wanted to pay my bills.

I'm glad I went thru National Debt. The payment are manageable taking out twice a month and they already had spoken to one of my debtors and it went from around 9000 down to 4000. With them speaking to the company it went from paying off from 5 yrs to 1 and half yrs with manageable payments every month. I didn’t like the way three of your people treated me they refused to help the last lady I asked to speck to a supervisor his name was Juan I think or Jose I spoke to him he finally explained the account to me they keep telling me I had no money in my accounts when I checked my portal I had money in there he finally explained everything then I understood what he was telling me he apologized to me he understood me about the money in my account thank you for your help I think you need to retrain your employees and be nicer to your clients

The representative provided me great customer service on the settlement offer she explained the terms to me very clearly and professionally. All the questions I had were answered promptly. The offer for the balance of my debt is very impressive and one that cannot be passed off and so are the three monthly payments. I was asked if there were any other unexpected expenses or debts that they could help me with as well. So far it has been a breeze working with National Debit Relief! I was with another company and they did nothing other than let me default on the creditors so they got judgements against me. So far I have been with NDR about 1 1/2 months and they already have one creditors settlement done! Definitely worth the move. I am kicking myself for not going to them first!

I got myself into some trouble with credit cards, spending too much money on stuff needed for new place, and got loans to try to pay everything off. Take it from me or my mistakes I explained above. Don't go chasing money. Talk to these friendly people to work out a plan. It doesn't hurt to talk but it will make you feel better letting go of the stress you carry around wondering how are you gong to pay for all these mistakes?!
Call them I promise you...you will feel the weight lifted off them shoulders.

I was confused as to how I would have gotten my credit score back on track by paying off my many debts, suddenly my best friend reached out and told me about National Debt Relief. At first I was skeptical about the idea, but then I realized that I had no other choice. I then placed the call and have not regretted ever since. This group has changed my life, no worrying about late payments and using credit for survival of food when cash runs out.
They have a fantastic program to get you straighten out with your debt.
My anxiety is gone knowing that they have my back, and will work with you, keep in touch, let you know when a creditor agrees to payments, and they follow through with answering all my questions and payments are very manageable.

My original resolve with National Debt Relief was to be paying them $610.00 a month to diminish my debt. I received a call from an agent to let me know that they had spoken to one of my debtors and lessened my debt and on that debt alone it will be $360.00 for 24 months. Hopefully this is part of the $610.00 because I cannot do both or I should have left it paying as I was doing before, I went to them.

I went to NDR through desperation. I had 0% on my credit cards and after going to the same company for another 0%
With about a 767 credit score they could not put their debt on their own 0% card.
I was facing $900 a month payments at 29%. Although I was told what the servicing\negotiation fee was. I was told don’t pay your cards anymore. If I continued to pay something my fee would have been less. Once I notified the cards of your phone and address no other bills were sent to my home. It’s a catch 22.

I was VERY Skeptical about calling!
I didn’t want to get caught in a trap!!!
However, Thanks to my Son who has a good friend that used National Debit Relief and said he was glad he did!
And, I am extremely glad I did!!!!!
Took a huge weight off my shoulders and I don’t even worry about the debit I was in!
I was doing good until I ran into some issues that I couldn’t avoid and that’s how I got so far in debt…

I have several accounts placed with them some of which they offered to resolve when I was exploring this option. This has taken a huge weight off my shoulders and allowed me to plan for the future better and resolve some debt. I am honestly pleasantly surprised on how the process of beginning my journey to financial relief has begun! My customer service rep was very informative & knowledgeable with detail of how I can eventually save money as I have LOTS of interest I was paying on my debt!! My representative Jorge A. provided excellent customer service. He explained the program and set my mind at ease at a time of great stress. When other people were recommending bankruptcy (not my choice) I saw a Turbodebt PSA by a customer on Instagram early one morning, that prompted me to call to inquire. Best call of the day. I was happy to turn over my accounts to NDR to handle. Doing it myself was too overwhelming and stressful. I highly recommend speaking to NDR to get a fresh start going forward.

I am very pleased at this point, could never have paid this account off making payments in such a short amount of time. I had always made my payments on time, but could never get ahead of it because of the high interest rates. I don’t know how many times I asked for a lower rate do to our present economy and I am on a limited budget (Social Security). The business still got what I had actually put on the card, so I feel pretty good about making my decision to contact National Debt Relief.

They have been amazing helping me get my finances under control. While I can't say it's a pleasure, because being so far in debt is not that at all, NDR has helped me gain my confidence in making it thru to the next paycheck. For that alone it's been helpful. All in all, if you have debt issues, definitely talk to them. They have helped me out and currently still are. There's very little hassle. Having aid from NDR is like having a robust iron umbrella that protects us amidst a storm of debt bills pouring down like bombs. Despite numerous debt collection calls, we can focus on recovering our financial status, hopeful that our debts are being lawfully paid. Its not easy seeing my credit score go down while waiting for a settlement with my creditors but all these were explained to me well that I would not have to worry. At least I dont worry every month for paying my creditors minimum payments that does not help paying off the credit actually. With NDR, just after 6 months I have 1 creditor off my list. Thank you.

I recently had a debt resolved by National Debt Relief. It is the first of three. I was shocked and pleased at how fast it was resolved. I feel a sense of relief and I am excited about my total debt being cleared. This is the best debt relief company ever. They take care of everything. I have not spoken to one creditor. I let National Debt Relief (NDR) handle everything and there is no stress. I know that everything is taken care of despite the scare tactics, which NDR warned me about in advance, that they tried. I liked the feeling of relief I felt when I turned my debt issues over to NDR. I LOVE the way they send me a text saying they have reached an agreement with one of my debtors and all I have to do is approve it. I can wash my hands of that problem and all I have to do is go on with my life and I don't have to worry about anything because NDR is doing that job for me.

Debt Relief has definitely help me in my financial situation. I have never not been able to pay my bills and debts, but life at times takes unforeseen turns. They have put a plan together with me that is affordable and they are doing what they say they would. It’s tough having to admit and go there, but I’m glad I have.
