I'm glad I went thru National Debt. The payment are manageable taking out twice a month and they already had spoken to one of my debtors and it went from around 9000 down to 4000. With them speaking to the company it went from paying off from 5 yrs to 1 and half yrs with manageable payments every month. I didn’t like the way three of your people treated me they refused to help the last lady I asked to speck to a supervisor his name was Juan I think or Jose I spoke to him he finally explained the account to me they keep telling me I had no money in my accounts when I checked my portal I had money in there he finally explained everything then I understood what he was telling me he apologized to me he understood me about the money in my account thank you for your help I think you need to retrain your employees and be nicer to your clients

The offer for the balance of my debt is very impressive and one that cannot be passed off and so are the three monthly payments. I got myself into some trouble with credit cards, spending too much money on stuff needed for new place, and got loans to try to pay everything off. Take it from me or my mistakes I explained above. Don't go chasing money. Talk to these friendly people to work out a plan. It doesn't hurt to talk but it will make you feel better letting go of the stress you carry around wondering how are you gong to pay for all these mistakes?! Call them I promise you...you will feel the weight lifted off them shoulders.

My original resolve with National Debt Relief was to be paying them $610.00 a month to diminish my debt. I received a call from an agent to let me know that they had spoken to one of my debtors and lessened my debt and on that debt alone it will be $360.00 for 24 months. Hopefully this is part of the $610.00 because I cannot do both or I should have left it paying as I was doing before, I went to them.

I went to NDR through desperation. I had 0% on my credit cards and after going to the same company for another 0% With about a 767 credit score they could not put their debt on their own 0% card. I was facing $900 a month payments at 29%. Although I was told what the servicing\negotiation fee was. I was told don’t pay your cards anymore. If I continued to pay something my fee would have been less. Once I notified the cards of your phone and address no other bills were sent to my home. It’s a catch 22.

I was VERY Skeptical about calling! I didn’t want to get caught in a trap!!! However, Thanks to my Son who has a good friend that used National Debit Relief and said he was glad he did! I am very pleased at this point, could never have paid this account off making payments in such a short amount of time. I had always made my payments on time, but could never get ahead of it because of the high interest rates. I don’t know how many times I asked for a lower rate do to our present economy and I am on a limited budget (Social Security). The business still got what I had actually put on the card, so I feel pretty good about making my decision to contact National Debt Relief.

Its not easy seeing my credit score go down while waiting for a settlement with my creditors but all these were explained to me well that I would not have to worry. I liked the feeling of relief I felt when I turned my debt issues over to NDR. I LOVE the way they send me a text saying they have reached an agreement with one of my debtors and all I have to do is approve it.
