Choosing National Debt Relief was one of the best decision we’ve ever made. It took all of the financial pressure off of us starting on day one. All of our debts have settled in only 10 months and NDR save us thousands of dollars. By 2022 we will be completely debt free and we just didn’t think that would ever be possible! Thank so much to all of the representatives that walked us through the process and kept us informed throughout the whole process....

I’ve been with NDR for quite some time! At least since I decided to get control of my financial situation. It’s been a great journey. I keep up my end of the bargain and they really do all of the work! I believe it’s been about 3 years give or take. I couldn’t be happier. No more creditors calling!!! I’m within reach of being out of debt. It’s been a commitment on both ends. They definitely have done what they said they would do! Thanks so much NDR for making it easy to stay with a plan!!!

National Debt Relief saved me from falling apart when money was very tight. I saw the number advertised a lot and decided to give them a try. It was like an instant wave of relief knowing that they could help me get my finances back on track again. I have no regrets and have also referred them to others. My daughter signed up, as well. I couldn't be happier with them.

My experience, as mentioned in a previous review, has been nothing but wonderful. I began the program in 2018 and I will be 100% debt free by 2021. The support and responsiveness of the teams at NDR is fantastic. They've settled all my accounts and are now in the process of making all the payments. I genuinely could not have done this, in this time frame, without their help. Thank you, National Debt Relief, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you!

National Debt Relief has taken a lot of stress off my shoulders. From the very first phone call to the current moment they have been nothing but great. The process is easy you give them all your information at the very beginning and then when they get a settlement they send it to you for your approval and then the payoffs begin. It’s awesome to see my credit score going up, slowly but it’s going in the right direction, and to see delinquent accounts being removed from my report. Highly recommend National Debt Relief, if you are willing to take the risk.

I have had no issues with NDR. They followed the contract like they said they would as far as length in months. According to my online dashboard I have paid off my creditors, but have heard nothing with regards to closure. In fact it looks like a payment is being taken in July. I started my debt payments on a contract with a different company and was very dissatisfied. (Performance Settlement) They knew I had pending problems with the IRS and I informed them at the beginning that I might have to decrease the amount they took each month. The IRS later demanded an installment agreement with me. I notified PS and they decreased the payment for about 2 months and started taking the full amount again. With IRS payments I could not pay my bills and fell behind on my mortgage. Repeated attempts to straighten the problem out with PS failed so I pulled the plug, instructing my bank not to pay them any more. Communication and follow up with NDR is much better.

I'm able to contact them freely and discuss my concerns and get most questions answered to my satisfaction. However, when I try to ascertain which creditors they are currently in contact and or advise them to connect with a creditor that have personally sent me an offer, the responses I get are not always clear. I like to be in the know and I feel they can do a better job of providing some visibility of what's happening behind the scenes.

This company has always been right by my side through thick and thicker. When I became a victim of identity theft and had to put a freeze on my account, National Debt Relief did not fuss, whine or complaint, a freeze was put on my account. When I got back on my feet, National Debt Relief reduced my payments and got one creditor to agree to a settlement. Keep up the fantastic representation, National Debt Relief.

When my husband was off work with a long illness, we fell behind on our debts, and the creditors were calling daily, I thought bankruptcy was the only solution. I saw a commercial for National Debt Relief, and decided to give them a call. The representative walked me through the procedures step by step, and helped me work towards a solution. Immediately the creditor's calls stopped. NDR was already working with them to come up with a plan to end our debts. The whole process has taken two and one half years and we couldn't be more pleased with the results!

So far we have been very impressed with how quickly and efficiently National Debt Relief has been in negotiating accounts on our behalf. We also like the Account site where we can see exactly where are funds are going to. Our previous bout with another debt relief program did not have this same business model and success like National Debt Relief. As we continue to work together, I believe that my family will be out of debt in a shorter amount of time than we expect. Thank you!

All my debts were settled; however, when I looked back over my account almost all the money I saved went to NDR for their fees. I can’t really fault this because I knew their service would cost me and they basically handled all the negotiations for me. In addition, when you graduate you don’t receive anything. No documentation, no program summary, you receive no copies of the agreements in case anything comes back down the road. On the downside, they don’t negotiate terms other than the amount it appears. It would have been nice for them to include credit report assistance such as adding “paid in full terms or pay for delete” with the settlement. After graduating 2 of my creditors who agreed to the settlement decided to put the remaining balance into collections. I contacted NDR and they are helping me with this so this is a huge plus. I had a substantial amount of debt and only 2 out of the 7 creditors are still causing issues with my credit report and attempting to collect the remaining balance after settlement. Their customer service was great despite being told incorrect information by one of the reps in the past but I was able to pay off 5 of my creditors early so I would say overall my experience was great. If you are struggling with paying your debt, live in constant anxiety over it, and see no way out, NDR is the way to go. Be warned, your credit score will take a huge hit and it will take time for it to recover so if you want to purchase a home in the near future, the program may not be the best fit for you.

They helped me set this up when. I needed it the most. No judgment and super simple process. Everytime they settled an account they called and explained what that meant. They have never drafted any more out of my account than what we agreed to and they were able to settle all of my accounts. This is definitely an awesome program if you are struggling and the customer service reps are great and knowledgeable. THANK YOU

I had developed a debt of $48,000. National Debt Relief negotiated a much lower payoff amount for each debt. After 2 1/2 years, I am now debt free. I can hardly believe it. National Debt Relief was super easy to work with. Basically, I just signed up, agreed to a monthly payment, and they did the rest. They even brought it lawyer to settle a particularly stubborn creditor.

This company is the utmost respectful and understanding of financial issues. They tell you everything they are doing and the call when they have made a deal with companies. I'm half way out of debt and that makes me feel good knowing tbis company has my back. The lawyers are quick in responding to court letters etc. When struggling they work to adjust the payments and keep the online portal up to date. I have not one negative thing to say about this company.

I started with NDR in the Spring of 2019. I had a massive debt which was over $20, 000.00. I was looking for a way to consolidate my debt. I was eventually advised that I would be eligible for NDR. I contacted NDR, everyone that I have spoken with have been great. I had a total of 7 creditors and in the Fall of 2019, 6 of those creditors have excepted the offers, 4 have been closed by pay off, 2 are still receiving payments and 1 has continued to hold out. NDR has saved me thousands of dollars, I could not have done this without their knowledge and expertise.

I have been with NDR since 11/2017. So far I am pretty satisfied with the results. The only negatives that keep me from giving 5-star rating are: 1) They do take a lot of fees to settle the debt. 2) They tend to let the bills go into collection and you sometimes end up getting served papers about being taken to court, which has happened to be twice. Talk about nerve wrecking! 3) When you sign up they tell you how much you will need to pay, in my case every other week, and you agree to an amount; however, sometimes to settle a debt they will ask if you can pay extra to help get it settled. This has happened twice, once I was able to come up with a little extra and the other time there was no possible way. All that being said, I am fairly pleased with NDR. My job went downhill and I ended up unemployed and thus my bills, which I had kept paid on time every month, paid the price. So far, NDR has settled and completely paid 3 accounts for me with a fourth one being close to being paid off. I do still have 4 other accounts remaining to be negotiated and it makes me nervous that nothing is being paid on them yet. I wish I had extra money to put in the account to help that along. I have been sent a couple of papers from the creditors stating if I would settle the debt they would settle for nearly a fourth of what is owed to them. I have sent these to NDR hoping that they would reach out and do this on my behalf even if it means getting their fee a little later but this has not been the case. Every time I have called I have been helped and all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I have been reassured when I am in a panic about phone calls, court dates, etc. (I have not had to go to court thank goodness!!) Their staff seems to know what they are talking about and gets my issues resolved. All in all I guess I am pretty satisfied, but I hope I never have to go through this again EVER!!!!

Angela, thank you for sharing your experience in such detail. We admit that our program has its share of challenges. No system is perfect, and we do try to mitigate them. We also try our best to manage the factors that we can control. It sounds as though things are going relatively well for you and we want to do whatever we can to ensure this continues. You expressed a desire for things to go faster and you mentioned some challenges that are preventing you from achieving this. Try not to be so hard on yourself; as long as you remain committed to finishing the program, there's no reason why you can't.

I have to admit, joining the program was pretty scary at first. I would receive numerous calls from the credit card companies and NDR would reassure me and tell me to have them call their company. I was out of debt almost a year earlier than projected. They managed to reduce my credit card debt, in some cases, by 50%. I would recommend them to anyone who's financially struggling because of out of control debt issues.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been mostly positive. So far they've managed to negotiate our debt down by more than 50%, which is amazing. We've completely paid off one of our four credit accounts, and we're on track to paying another off this year. We're still waiting for our other two accounts to be negotiated successfully, and we're hopeful that we'll be able to have similar results. The waiting game is hard, and there's not a lot of communication or updates during the negotiation process, which is frustrating. But that appears to be the nature of the process. Customer service response via email is slow, but they are very responsive on the phone, and very good at walking us through every step of the process.

NDR has really helped negotiate lower payoffs with our creditors and most have settled for 50% less (or more!). We still have debts to pay off, but we are getting there. They definitely are best to use when your credit is already in the crapper. If you have GOOD credit (or decent) it WILL plummet. You have to not pay your creditors for a few months before they will start to negotiate a payoff. For us, our accounts were not past due, we just had too many for too much money. Since we had to stop paying on them, our credit tanked even further due to missed payments. We started with low 500 credit scores, and we dove down to low 400's once the payments stopped. We are back in the low 500's now because some of them are paid off, but it will take some time to climb out of this. We KNEW that, though. We were prepared for it. So if you have decent credit (over 600) you may want to reconsider using this program unless you are willing to watch your score tank for a while. Their communication is good and I get emails from them any time there is account activity (no contact just means nothing is happening) and their website is easy to use. Any time I contact them, they respond quickly and efficiently. I have read other online reviews that they don't communicate well, but I have not experienced that at all. They are always there to answer a question without issue.

Love them, I have been enrolled since 2014 and all of my accounts have been settled except for 2. They answered all of my questions when I enrolled. The customer service is good. I have spoken to several people when I call in, but each of them are always helpful and assists me with any issue. I am happy I enrolled with them. I placed 10 accounts with them and 7 of my accounts were settled quickly and for amounts that were affordable to me. I am always consulted before a settlement is accepted. I have had no problems, and my bank account is drafted twice a month on the correct dates. I have never had any problems with payments being made to creditors on time, not once in 2 years!
