I like the fact you seem to be me moving along, but I also dislike the fact that I get emails about advertisement starting with your company when I'm already a customer or client. It would also help if you would reach out to all the companies and just let them know that you are taking over my situation, they all say we don't reach out to them they have to reach out to us. Staff are very understanding and friendly, making me dealing with my debt as stress free as possible. Anytime i had a question they were quick to answer it in as easy to understand terms as possible. One thing I do dislike is the time it took them to reach a single settlement. Considering my first settlement is merely 400 dollars when my balance was above that amount for nearly 3-4 months now makes me wonder what they were doing all this time with my case if they could get a settlement this low.
