They are a great company. Just when I thought I was going to loose everything I was watching tv one night and a commercial of theirs came on tv and to my surprise I called them and had discussed all my debts and the guy on the other end said he would call me back in a half hour to let me know if they could help me out and no later than 35 minutes later he called me back and said they would be willing to help me out. They have done majority of the foot work. I’m stress free today!!!

What I like about National Debt Relief is being able to get all your debts together in one place. The staff at National Debt Relief did exactly what they said they would do and have gotten my total debt amount reduced. And having to just make payments to 1 business rather than several businesses is priceless. After calling National Debt Relief, such a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Customer service is a plus. The representative is very professional and very good about explaining the process to you for understanding. Since becoming a customer, I have had one negative encounter with a representative, but the problem was quickly resolved. I was very impressed on how they handled my accounts at first... I paid off the contract in October of 2020, 7 months after signing a 2 yr contract I was disappointed in how long it took to settle on my last 2 creditors. It took them over 9 months to get them settled even having all the money there to pay them off. It was a dark and dim future I saw with my credit after having lost a job and making ends meet. I resolved that by being diligent and fight to look for another job and keep working....SO The next step was to deal with my credit issues. Having fallen behind, I needed money before I started getting paid. In essence, I was needing to spend money I didn't have yet, so I searched for loans. I was directed to NDR It took two weeks to get them started, on my part. They are ready to save you money if you just read the information as to what they are about, will accomplish and how the benefits will come. I was skeptical, but that was being uninformed as it was my doing. Now, I know what I want from NDR and they are delivering. The creditor WILL tell you they can do the same thing for you but that is when its too late and not as beneficial a settlement as NDR can do for me. NDR will take those debts off your shoulders and relieve the stress the day you get interviewed and even more when you actually let them start working for you.. National Debt Relief has been an amazing company to work with. They have resolved almost all of my creditors and are working on the resolving the rest. Since I’ve been in the program I have felt such relief knowing that they are working with my creditors instead of me having to. They also have made great settlements for less then half of what I owe! They have been very helpful and thorough. I highly recommend working with them if you are wanting to becoming debt free!

They walked us through how the whole program would work. Yes, we pay into a savings account that meets our budget and they work fearlessly to get a good settlement on our behalf. We get to make final decisions on any settlement before payments are made. They give us updates along the way. Very good company to work with to get out of debt instead of fine for bankruptcy

they were easy to talk to and explained how their process works. I have been in it for about five and half months. I have already had two offers to settle: one I could do and one I could not do yet. I hope it goes the way they say. The only result I do not like is my credit score takes a big hit, but they explained that to me and I understand why. Since you don't make any payments to your creditors, but to National Debt so they can negotiate a settlement. I will feel better when this is over and we can get to rest of our life.

First of all I loved how in the beginning how they handled and explained everything to me. They were so professional and made everything clear and understandable. They walked me step-by-step through the instructions and were very patient. The gentleman I had was excellent and every time I call with a question or problem someone is ready to help with a smile I can tell.

Overall the program is good. I had a significant amount of debt from a renovation that went south, wedding, and poor spending habits that totaled about 80k over six credit cards. Of course this happened right before COVID in January 2020. I felt like I was drowning paying about $2500 in interest per month, alone. I spoke to a customer services rep, Marvo, and he answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. I was very hesitant to proceed, but didn’t have many other options, besides bankruptcy. I started depositing the amount requested, which was about $1200 a month and received my first settlement offer after 7 months. The only problem I have with the program is that they charge the full fee with the initial first payment withdrawal to the credit card company. I just think it’s in the customer’s best interest to spread it out over the course of each payment towards the settlement. I ended up settling my discover card outside the the program and my own since they approached me directly and was able to resolve within a few months (thankfully my spouse was able to help me out a lot with that settlement). I have settled all of my accounts and currently in repayment until the October of 2022. I will be done in about 32 months compared to the original 54 months that they noted. I was sued once and in response, NDR was able to negotiate a settlement and the Attorney’s office they contract with took care of it, but required a few signatures. NDR spread out the fee over the course of a 3 months period, which I appreciated. For my last account that had not been negotiated yet, NDR called me and said I was eligible to take out a loan to pay off all remaining payments and negotiate and offer with the last company, then I would only have 1 payment of $1000/month. It was a balance of 30k that would be required for the loan and I inquired about the interest rate from the lending company and it was 22% and equates to 16k in interest (I did not think this was in my best interest, so I declined the offer). I ended up putting an extra $100 per week for several weeks (I ate like a rabbit and made other sacrifices like canceling Subscriptions, etc to do this). They called me after about 7 or 8 weeks of doing this to settle my last account. I put any extra cash that I shaved off for my monthly budget and deposited extra at several points throughout the program. My credit score did tank, but it has slowly been recovering now that they are all in repayment. I will save about $20k (excluding interest that accrued) with the settlement relief program. It takes patience, time, and sometimes extra funds, which makes sense to be able to negotiate in a timely fashion. A lot of the negative reviews I have read have been from people that don’t understand how the program works or refuse to take ownership of their bad spending habits and improve these behaviors. I will say, I read a few that involved the eligibility with the loan and seems like it made things worse for them and extended the time frame they are paying for the debt by several years. I would just use caution and your best judgment with making that decision.

Debt Relief has been a GOD send. They have put my mind to ease, although one creditor representing Comerica is harassing me and trying to serve me. I told them I'm in Henry Ford hospital in Detroit with a heart trans plant and failed Kidneys not to mention my rare infection that's antibiotic resistant. My wife told them that and they don't care. I'm confident. NDR will handle this a as usual expeditiously ! National Debt Relief is a caring and helpfully company that is actually there to help people in their times of distress ! I've been enrolled in their program for just 6 - 7 months now, and I am completely amazed that I already have a settlement for the creditor I owed the most amount of money top. I was hopeful yet apprehensive entering into this program. I have absolutely no regrets and nothing but the highest regard for NDR. They have treated me so well and after less than a year my debts have all been settled. I am so very pleased with the customer service team. They have been helpful and kind every step of the way! 4 Debts of around $100K. 5 months into the program and the first one of $25K settled at $7K already. So far it is everything they promised, I got a few creditor calls initially, but now nothing, and I certainly haven't needed the legal protection insurance yet. They can't illustrate what the credit rating drop will be, mine went down from 700's to 465, but it's climbing up again now and in the low 5's and looks like I'm on track to settle everything well before the 48 months estimated. If your are in a really bad place financially I would highly recommend this before bankruptcy (or worse).

The best thing I ever did! It is amazing how easy this is to get done. No only do I only have one monthly payment instead of 7, my payments went down by almost half! I thought all these debt consolidation places were a scam, but I went ahead and did it out of desperation. Getting divorced and having to deal with all the debt myself was overwhelming. All I have to do now is make a monthly payment and they pay the creditors with the money I send. I urge anyone struggling with debt and keeping their head above to use these guys! Life changing!!
