Everybody's really knowledgeable, the one thing that I would say I have a problem with is that when they make a settlement say 6 months to a year later they write you back and say at the time of enrollment you were down this much. But upon negotiations we realize that you are at this much and it's probably due to either spending more money on the card etc etc. But the truth is that those are all late fees and other fees that they don't tell you is going to stop once you enroll in the program. An example is they just settled this $2,800 settlement for 800 bucks and they were telling me how much of a great deal it is. But it was $1,200 when I enrolled in NDR, they kept telling me about how great of a deal it is however they settled for 800 bucks and then I paid 20% of the bill to NDR so that's a total of $1,160 for a savings of $40 in a year's worth of bad credit.

Talk about quick debt resolution!!! NDR advised me I had additional debt other than the ones I reported, unbeknownst to me. They inquired if I wanted to include it in my plan and it would cost an additional $14 per month. I agreed as the debt was over $1300. Within 3 days I had a settlement offer from the company. I agreed to settle! I'm excited about getting my head above water, as well as a forward path to debt management!

It is a very scary process just because there are so many elements, the creditors, the NDR folks. I am terribly OCD and think i have to control everything, part of the problem that got me here. This is the best, way to lower your debts and improve your credit score. It is so easy; you transfer a small amount of money to a special account they have set aside and then National Debt Relief will contact your Debtor's and work out a plan to lower the debt and then a plan to pay off the lower amount. They have helped me with two of Debtor's and I am very happy with the results. Thank you National Debt Relief and I am recommending you to any of my friends who can use your help.

I signed up with NDR the early part of July 2023. Was hesitant but once the actual process began I felt a little at ease. The first offer to settle one of my debts came pretty quick. Then 2 more offers to settle were in the works. I'm pretty pleased with the process as of right now. I'm feeling a little less overwhelmed and feel like NDR is indeed working on my behalf. I realize that getting the banks to agree to a payment plan takes time. I know that NDR is doing everything they can and I appreciate the one deal they were able to make. They are a great company. Just when I thought I was going to loose everything I was watching tv one night and a commercial of theirs came on tv and to my surprise I called them and had discussed all my debts and the guy on the other end said he would call me back in a half hour to let me know if they could help me out and no later than 35 minutes later he called me back and said they would be willing to help me out. They have done majority of the foot work. I’m stress free today!!!

I’m really happy with the settlements they were able to get me. My most recent settlement was about half of what the original loan amount was. They don’t overly reach out to you but sometimes it’s hard to connect with someone for updates. I do recommend them if you’re looking for a solution to a lot of debt other than filing for bankruptcy.

National Debt Relief helped me tremendously in my debt situation. My first credit card was negotiated within a month of joining the program for $5,000 less than was owed. Once I reached the required 25% of the second credit card, it was negotiated within 2 months. The only warning I would have is that the fees are 21% of the balance of the card when you joined the program, not 21% of the negotiated amount. You might end up in a situation like me where the fees of the second card are $2,000 higher than the negotiated payoff amount. With that said, I think this program is worth the price to forgo the hassle of dealing with debt collectors.

In the beginning, very helpful. I've found that there is some improvement to be gained in regards to reaching out to customers to keep them abreast of progress of negotiations with creditors, updates on how credit is being impacted etc. Though I'm sure like everyone right now, this company can be given some leeway for staffing complications due to covid 19. I like the service, I just think there should be more human to human interactions regarding progress throughout the time as a customer. Emails about settlements are confusing, it just shows the offer and asks whether you approve. No one there to tell you if a better deal could be made, or whether denying a current offer will help get a more reasonable one in the future etc. Overall though, if your back is against the wall, it's been a helpful service.

What I like about national debt relief is there able to help me get rid of my debt. What I don't like about national debt relief which is why they're getting a minus one star is that have to have at least 25 to 45% of your money collected in their account system in order to pay your off your debt. Right now I'm having a situation with them. I need them to pay off my University of Phoenix school debt, not student loan. I have been in this problem for a while now with the national Deb relief and they're not listening to me on paying them off first. They able to pay off four things first before them. When I told them I need that paid off first in order for me to get my Master's degree and get my official transcripts. That's the one problem I'm having with them right now and that's it. Other than that they're a good company.

This company is empathetic and professional. If you stick with the plan they present the time just flies by. I do suggest logging on regularly to keep up with your account balances and continuing to ask questions regarding the progression. The team is more than happy to assist and answer any questions. They are a great alternative to bankruptcy. Take a deep breath and jump in.

They have handled my debt for 35 months, I'll be debt free in 11 months if all goes well. Every call made to NDR has been excellent, the person I talked to knew my situation completely and they were very understanding of what was happening at that time. There is a light at the end of all this, they help you walk through the financial challenge, good to know there is someone in your corner helping you get out of debt.

When I joined the program in Feb 2020, I was drowning in unsecured debt. My ex-wife and I had declared bankruptcy in 2011 and as a divorced father of 3 paying child support, I began to accumulate debt again. Then in 2020 I realized I had to take control of the growing debt. I contacted National Debt Relief and now, I am free of that debt!
