They took a BIG BURDEN off my shoulders. I have NO REGRETS. Yes my credit score dropped but I can rebuild it back up again and do it better this time.I feel like I'm in a better place now. With a lot less stress. Do it for yourself. Freedom Debit relief works with what you can afford. It was less money than I was paying monthly on my accounts, so it put extra money back in my purse.

This company is top notch!! They are always very helpful and willing to answer any of my questions or resolve any problems that may come up.
Everything was explained to me in full detail at the beginning and they are always in touch with me about my enrolled debt,
They always send you emails about like what to do when you get a settlement on 1 of your creditors and what to do if the collection companies call.
This company has no hidden agenda like most companies, whatever they tell you their going to do and what will happen - is true 100%.

Freedom has-been a big help in getting me out of debt. They answer all my question and helped decide what was mybest option for me to get out of debt . The more u put into it the faster they can get u out of debt and even after they make a little money I'm still better off then I was I think it was about 4000 dollars better off and it would have just keep going up because of all the fee and interest rate

From the start all the customer service and the account reps are very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The process of getting into the program was quick and stress free. The best thing for me at FDR is the customer care. For the first three months I was doubtful but when I saw the amount of the negotiated settlement, my doubts began to go down. Finally a big debt was negotiated and cut in half. That was wonderful news for me.
In the period during which I had my doubts, I called FDR often but each time I did, the agent settled my doubt. And each and every one sounded caring and very respectful of my economic problems.
I am now pleased with the way FDR is resolving my debts and I recommend the company without a doubt.

Freedom has been over the top with their customer service. They work to get you the best settlements. At times it was hard understanding the payment structures but trust me when I say trust it and go with it because it truly will play out in YOUR best interest. Freedom Debt Relief exceeded all my expectations. They gave great guidance from the beginning and have always helped and answered questions as I had them. They told me about NLLG and how that could be a benefit so I opted to do that as well and I am glad I did. I did need them one time, saved me a lot of legal fees. I cannot say enough good about FDR.

I knew I would never be able to get myself out of the hole I had dug for myself financially. I reached out to FDR and the compassion and eagerness to help me was just what I needed. They have settled my last account and I now can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The fact that I will now be debt free is beyond liberating. Freedom Debt makes it easy to help you with your credit card debt. I’ve been working with them since January & have already paid off one credit card & their working on the second one. The only downfall is that I think their fees are a little high but they do have lawyers to help you if you run into legal trouble with a credit card company. Also the credit card company may send you a 1099 for the amount of money you saved & you have to use it as income on your taxes.
But otherwise it’s a safe easy way to clean up your credit card debt.

For the most part this experience was good. A lot of what happened was positive and fell in line in what I was told from the beginning except the amount of payments was extended even though I asked three time this was going to be the total of payments and my total cost I was assured this was accurate “because we are professionals and the credit card companies listen to us so we get reasonable settlements”. “ There are some variables like if you don’t make your payments in full or on time, that would extend the time and total cost”. Well I assure I made all payment in full on time, they all automatically deducted from my bank. Well with two months left the plan changes and I need to make 8 extra payments to meet the goal or “graduate” as they call it. Be careful when you sign up the word estimate is used instead hard numbers disregard everything they told you (it is a sales pitch) and read the contract throughly . Be prepared to pay more in the end. The final is like 20% more than I expected. Total savings around $4000+ on just $30000 in debt. Could I negotiated better on my own maybe, but I really didn’t, know how to do it and get good results. So why did I say overall this was positive experience. First the customer is excellent, the sales people not so much, and the process worked as described, except cost and time estimates.
And my credit score after taking hit the first two years is nearly back to 800. So that is something to be happy about.

They set up my program with a dollar amount that was very adequate for me to handle on my retirement income and still have adequate funds to enjoy my retirement and live life without worry! I couldn't have taken care of the amount that I owed in the four and one half years that I have been a client, on my own! I have not dislikes for their program!

So far it has been great except for one of my creditors. It did go into litigation and I was served with papers (which was scary.) they were able to ease my mind and assure me everything was going to be ok. However, my debt could not be negotiated and I have to pay the full amount plus penalties. If FDR knew that creditor was notoriously difficult, I wish they would have tackle that one first. It was also my largest debt. Otherwise, everything has been great!

Enrolled in FDR to help me pay off credit accounts with balances so high I could not handle the monthly payments anymore. They took me through each step in the process of notifying creditors, and set up a bi-weekly and then a monthly automatic withdrawal amount from my bank account that I could afford. They negotiated with the companies and kept me informed of the process. All of this was done without complicated processes or any kind of judgmental attitude.

Your doing great in the progress, one down, but would like you to contact all my debtor's and work something out, so the calls would stop. I'm 80 years old and they cause me to get my blood pressure up, along with putting me in a depressed mood. I've never been in this situation before and always had money to pay my bills. At first, I was very hesitant about Debt settlement program. Initially like everyone, I was concerned about the calls from banks and the legal stuff that I didn't want to go through. But I was patient and went through it and even assured my banks that Freedom Debt is working on my behalf. Freedom Debt helped me a lot where I could save some cash reserves every month and helped me with an affordable monthly payment that helped me to get back on my feet. Our Lord help me invest the reserves in a right way and I am in a much better state now (not boasting; just sharing my happiness thinking from where I came from, that's all).
Their settlement fees are higher and there have been lot of times I have thought that I could settle with the banks directly for absolutely no charge. But they deserve the fees for their negotiations and the way they manage all these things. Its been 2 years for so far and a lot of my accounts have been settled and negotiated.
For those of you like me, stay positive, be patient and trust Freedom Debt Relief. Please DO NOT BE HASTY and join their consolidation plus program where they promise that banks won't drag you to court and that they would stop calling you. You will literally end up paying double of what Freedom could settle on. For example, if Freedom can negotiate all your debt to ~50K , with consolidation plus, you would pay ~100K. And it wouldn't help your credit scores as well as they'll be marked settled and not paid off. So be patient and stay away from consolidation plus. God bless you!

This is my 2nd time I will be writing a review. I have just gotten a 2nd settlement. I have been watching my credit scores going back up slowly and I am very pleased to see that I am able to slowly get my credit back together. I still have a long way to go, but I am thankful to have a program to rely on rather than filing bankruptcy which is the very last thing you want to do. I look forward to being able to be approved for credit cards again in a few more months and make purchases on items for myself and be able to limit myself.
I am comfortable adding a couple of other debts to the program just so I can clear everything out and work my way to the things I truly been wanting. I wouldnt be able to achieve this without Freedom's help. Thank you!

At first I was reluctant to sign up with Freedom Debt Relief but I decided it was my best chance to do something about my debt.
I had been with FDR a little more than a month and had made only 1 deposit to my account and I was informed that a settlement had already been made. FDR had made a settlement with my biggest creditor for 40% of what I owed.

After making payments of my credit cards for 3 years it seemed like the balance never went down, in fact they went up. I was so tired of worrying about bills. I saw the ad for Freedom Debt Relief and called. The lady I spoke with explained everything to me and how I could be debt free by letting them take care of these bills for me. I was so glad to have found this site. Everyone has been helpful and compassionate. When there was a problem with one of the creditors, I received a personal call to see what changes need to be made to keep the process going. It was discovered that the name on that card was different. That change was noted, the settlement was made and the payments are being sent.
When my accounts were scammed recently, a phone call was all that was needed to keep the process going. The new account numbers were given, the past due payment was completed and everything is going smoothly.

Initially when I inquired I wasn't thrilled. It took some pondering and a few phone calls. When I did decide to go forward I was still very apprehensive. I still had some phone calls to make with questions but once everything started rolling and I saw the progress I was convinced. This was the best decision that I ever made. I had a relieving experience with FDR. My life was stressful before I signed on. After signing, I was able to sleep and relax during the day.
My only concern with FDR is my last two accounts took too long to settle. I had enough funds in my dedicated account to settle both. My dashboard said that no more deposits were required in July of 2020 and my graduation date was 21 July 2020. However, the deposits were still scheduled to continue and should have been stopped.

Freedom Debt Relief actually relieved my anxiety of my debt the night I talked to a representative that called. He reassured me that my debt could be conquered. So I listened and took notes so that I could think about the plan of action. Since that initial correspondence I started living without so much grief over money. A weight was lifted. I'm thankful for my decision to start a new budget especially since I couldn't work for 100 days because of the pandemic.

FDR has helped me so much with my debt! It’s basically loan consolidating but not having to worry about paying all of the full balances and qualifying for the consolidation loan. I had a lot of debt that I willingly gave to FDR, because I was so tired of dealing with it myself. It’s so easy, and they are all so helpful! I have already had 6 settlements, and I’ve been with the program not even six months yet!! It’s so exciting receiving the settlements. I can’t wait to continue to watch more debt be settled and paid.
