I was very apprehensive contacting a company to handle matters like this… From the very first moment I talk to my representative I was made feel comfortable wasn’t made feel like why the heck did I let myself get into a situation like this explained everything and re-explained it just to make sure I understood everything that was gonna happen They were absolutely amazing. Don’t file bankruptcy. Don’t go debt consolidation work with these folks. They can truly help you.

I have worked with this company twice to eliminate my debt; I am still enrolled with them the second time, as the first time went so well. This company works with you to eliminate the debt you choose to get rid of. Both times, I had over $10,000 worth of debt. If I remember correctly, you had to have at least that amount of debt to have them work on the accounts you want cleared up. You agree on a set amount they will take from your monthly bank account to apply to your debts.

Absolutely life changing. I felt relief immediately on day one as my monthly debt payments dropped by half. Yes, you have to be prepared to ignore collection calls but that’s just a matter of doing just that. Trust the process. My first account settled in the first couple of months. The customer service is also extremely accessible and very helpful. There are no dumb questions and they do not pass judgement as many of them have gone through the program themselves. If you’re in seemingly endless debt, this truly is your opportunity to turn your financial situation around.

I'm not quite 2 months and only made one payment. So fair I have been very happy with how things have been handled. Nancy has been wonderful with answering questions and putting me at ease. I have been a client for the last 30 months. I was in credit card debt of over $30K. Had no idea how to tackle it. Wasn’t sure if FDR was a scam as I found it from an ig ad. 2.5 years later and I’m debt free and had to pay 60% of what I initially owed you. I couldn’t recommend this program enough.
Their customer support team is incredible on the phone. The only area that could be better is the self service dashboard login.
When I got creditor queries from layers they knew how o handle it. Thank you guys so much.

I was really skeptical at first with joining a debt relief program because I never really had any results in the past. I have been in the program since July 2024. I have one creditor already paid off and another creditor that accepted an offer. I just have two more creditors that are in negotion. I have a feeling that I will be complete my program in another year and will have my financial freedom back. Took me awhile to decide to do debt relief. The rep I worked with was very patient and encouraging. Once I made up my mind to do debt relief with Freedom Debt Relief my rep was very helpful and made me feel I was doing the right thing. Had my first settlement on December 30 2024, actually I had two. I like that they settle on a pay off amount then break that down into monthly payments, others don't do this. I would highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief I am glad I stopped procrastinating, one of the best decisions I ever made.

Hi, This is the first time using FDR and have no complaints at all. Customer service is tip top awesome. FDR will work with you, in every aspect necessary to help reduce your debt. All they require is consistency on our part to maintain a promising payment and time. FDR understands personal affairs do happen which a payment needed to be skipped, but it happens. Their is nothing negative about this program. I would recommend this program to anyone. FDR is by far #1 in my book!

Been 7 months and so far so good. The only negative experience , and this is my fault for not asking Freedom at the beginning of me enrolling, was I needed to find an apartment to rent. In CA you can be denied an apartment for having bad credit. Freedom did provide me a wonderful letter explaining my situation and enrollment in the program. I believe that letter was instrumental in me finally getting into a place to live.

I was scared to death when I first started with FDR because I was reluctant to give control over my payments with an unknown entity but fast forward to now. It was the best decision I ever made. It’s freedom from burden, freedom from stress and freedom from ridiculously high credit card interest rates. They have negotiated two settlements and are working on the third. It gives me peace of mind and that is a rarity this day and age! Their Customer Service is fantastic and always there for you! You won’t regret your decision.

New to program. 1st credit debt has been cancelled at 50% cost of balance. You have to be ready to hurt your credit but it will be worth it. FDR has multiple options depending type of debt including legal resources. Regular communications and simple dashboard. My program is basically taking a lower total monthly payment, putting it in a dedicated account, FDR negotiates terms, and then debt gets paid from the account. Except for the negotiations, you can do this on your own but FDR's help is so much more worth it.

Easy to navigate website. Customer service personnel are very helpful. I haven't been working with them long yet -- 4 months or so. It's hard, as credit companies are calling many times a day for payments. It's hard to ignore, and goes against my instinct to make a payment. I'm following advice and not responding, so that it is easier to reach a settlement with them. I'm looking forward to the future of having these debts paid off.

I entered this program not knowing what to expect. I've been in the program for around 10 months and I've already settled or am settling 6 of my debts. Everyone has been so helpful and encouraging along the way. I quite literally wouldn't have had a direction without this. I'm well on my way to being debt free and rebuilding my credit. During the consultation, the employee explain everything to me and made sure I understood while asking if I had any questions. Then during the past few months I was able to see where everything was going with my debt. In which 2 of my creditors already finalize the negotiations with Freedom Debt Relief making the process quicker to pay off my debt.

Answer all my questions no sugar coating. Responsive confident and knowledgeable. This is very hard thing to do and go through but soo worth it. After fully understanding how credit cards actually work and now up to 30% and higher no shame I'm actually angry at myself and them for well all of it. This is a way I can pay my actual debt and get away from these legal loan sharks. No credit is the best credit and credit scores well who needs em .

I like experiencing how quickly debt relief settlements begin to happen. I have been involved with this process less than three months and already huge benefits are realized.
What I don't like is the fear of not knowing how my bank debts will be handled so as to not effect my banking relationships. I stopped using my credit cards over a year ago and it has been such a struggle to make headway, getting rid of my debt.
Until I decided to get involved with FDR I feared that I would never be able to retire - work until I drop dead and pass all my burden on to my family.

I really like the customer service at Freedom Debt Relief, I am always notified of new settlements on my account by email and text.
