Since I've been using Freedom Debt Relief I can breath so much better. I was so stressed about how to get out of my debt but once I got connected with the a weight was lifted off me. I love the way the counselors treat me the help you and explain everything to you in detail as to what will be going on with your account. I am very pleased with Freedom Debt Relief because I was looking for a way to pay my bills instead of filing bankruptcy. I am no longer working and the small check I receive from Social security wasn't enough to make all payments on time. I like to pay on time and I was getting way behind. I will be thru with my debts next June and without their help I would really be struggling.

I'm not far into this but FDR has already saved me $5,777 from negotiations with a couple of creditors. Still a ways to go, but much shorter than paying these down myself. I'd be dead and buried by that time and my family would have to deal with it while settling what little estate I have. Thank you, FDR, for giving me peace of mind! Oh, and I came to FDR after another debt relief company absconded with my money. FDR does everything they say they are going to do.

Taking the first step of becoming debt free! Well I feel the fees are kind of high but it’s cool cause they are getting my debts paid off. I feel some of the payments plans are too long . This is my first time using a company like this to help with my debts and I don’t know the ends and outs of the process but at least the fees or one time payment and also I didn’t know about the monthly service fee either. Once again the process. It’s like I pay a monthly fee every month even if there is no settlement. I still give this company an A plus

This is my second time using FDR, guess I shouldn't be proud of that, honestly they're the only ones I'd ever recommend or work with. They They just don't throw the numbers at you. Honestly, I've been so at a loss as to what to do about my debt. My income dropped significantly and with prices the way they are with inflation, I literally could not keep up. Thanks to Freedom Debt Relief, I'm feeling... relieved! So far, just 2 months in, they've negotiated a big loan that I could just not afford any longer monthly and was beginning to feel so much loss as to getting over the hump of being able to afford it as the interest rates were wildly high. The process has started off slow, but I'm hoping some settlements will pick up soon. Also, it is NOT fee free! FDR takes at least $9.99/month out of your dedicated account as fees so what you deposit is not exactly what you have in your account! My credit score dropped significantly, which I was expecting, but the constant calls from my creditors continue on a daily basis. They say they are not in negotiations with FDR and have not received anything from them stating I have contracted with them so I think this process could be better on FDR's part. I'm really hoping for a good outcome and my debt is relieved as soon as possible.

I always thought these debt consolidation companies were scamers, and most are scamers. But not Freedom debt relief. Truly amazing. I have been in the program for almost 3 months and Freedom debt relief has settled three credit card accounts for under half of the totals . They have lawyer's ready available, customer service that can be contacted. I was paying almost $800 a month in credit card payments. Now I pay $300 a month, saving $500 every month. Now I'm able to double up my payments and pay off my debts faster.

Everything about this process has been very effortless and well explained. So far so good it looks like everything is going as planed time wise I'm almost 2 years into the program and half of my accounts are either resolved "payed off" of in progress and best of all my monthly installment hasn't went up at all so everything is going well as of now hopefully the rest track the same way and get all my debt resolved 2 years from now.

I had my doubts about Freedom Debt Relief at first and even into my first 4 payments, then after two months after the program they helped me settle one of my largest debts which worried me the most and it was a relief and I became more confident in the program. Now I can trust by making extra deposits knowing that is up to me to get myself out of debt while they guide me all the way. My only doubt is if I will be able to recover my credit which has dropped around 160 points since I started the program 2 months ago but time will tell.

A great way to become debt free with all your debts being wrapped into one installment payment that’s auto paid from your account. . Many of the debts can be reduced saving a great deal of time and money in repaying your debt. One con is to insure the debts are still impacting your credit. Old debts that are past their statute of limitations should be left off depending on state and federal laws. I had an old $12K debt from 2006 and found I was paying on it for over three years…biweekly. I was laid off and nearly homeless at the time.
The bank charged it off. It was a long expensive process since the other more urgent debts were left unpaid until this ancient debt was paid. I’ve been paying for years and wondered why I wasn’t paying anything off. I got the debt dropped but not befor paying half of it off.
The other con is the money saved will be sent to you as a 1099-C for taxable income.
For me, it was for dropped debt from 2006, and I paid taxes for it in 2023!
Costs reduced my refund $100 but it’s done.
I would recommend the service to anyone with a stable income.
Just be sure to review that the debts are not old and that the urgent ones are handled first. Like those that are going end with a lawsuit or impact credit.
Don’t let the counselor pick for you which is usually the largest debt.
The company makes their money through fees from your installment payments.
I graduated and debt free and I have Freedom Debt relief to thank.

Each and every time I have a question I can talk to a Customer Service representative. This has been a big relief to have a professional walk you through your fears. I am 80 years old and have never missed payments on any bills. At this time in my life my debts had grown to the point I would never be able to pay them off. With the increase of prices I was barely able to pay the minimum payment and buy groceries and utilities. It was very scary to not make a payment when a bill came. I had 6 credit cards and 2 have been settled or negotiated with a savings of about $6,000. That is amazing since I have only been an FDR customer for less than 7 months.

I like Freedom Debt Relief so far and so good. They really start on settlements a lot quicker with the creditor than i expected. not only that but it was a pretty good reduced amount. I like the way their fee work also, its paid off with your reduced debt at the same time at the end of the debt term, pretty AWESOME. I am glad I went with their debt program and dropped the other one, NO REGRETS!!!

Freedom Debt Relief helped me to get rid of my debts I retired with more debt than I could afford. With the help of FDR I was able to pay my creditors. It took time but it worked with their help it all worked out. I found for me that I followed the guidelines and stayed on top of my payment it was the best thing for me.
Customer service is the best they are there to help and they do . When ever I had a question or a worry they came me help. They are good listener.
