I have been using Freedom Debt for a few months now. I have already received my first settlement. I am excited how easy it was to get started and my advisor Carol has been such a blessing to talk to and work with. I am thankful to finally get away from the credit card debt that was killing me and now I can pay my bills and get my credit card debt paid off.

From the very beginning when I first opened the account Steve
was my customer service representative and he was very helpful especially when I am not computer savvy. He had a lot of patience with getting me the forms. In all I have had a pleasant experience. I am so happy I found FDR. It's a relief knowing that they are working hard to settle my debts, for me. I struggled to try and pay off, myself, but that just lead to a lot of stress and frustration. The process and payments are easy. Patience is needed for the length of time to clear your debt, but opportunities were offered to increase the amount I was paying each month. Overall, very good experience with the company. I had six bad debts, and with their help, I've cleared two, an clearing two others, and have just to remaining to be paid off. With the exception of one bank which will remain nameless, fifty percent of my debt was cancelled.

so far so good. im working the program very well and making progress toward paying off my debt. But. I do wish my a payments would be priority over fees. Fees can always be taken at a later date, especially when a final payment is coming up and there is enough to make the final payment without the fees. But when fees are set aside before payments are made is my only frustration. other then that issue everyone has been pleasant and very helpful. When learning to ride a bike it only takes one fall to learn not to fall.

Freedom Debt Relief is working hard getting my debt free and clear. I used to pay over $900.00 per month now I'm paying $426.00 per month and that includes a lawyer hired for me in case I had any legal issues with the creditors, so far it is in my favor.
They have already secured, agreed and committed 3 of my creditors to lower my balance. I'll be debt free in less than 2 years.

Was greeted and oriented to the program with in-depth information by email AND "snail" mail, making sure steps were followed and understood. Communication was on a daily basis and then 2-3 times weekly with each step fully explained and demonstrated. Great support on handling calls from the creditors, my greatest worry was supported. So far, I would not ask anyone else for assistance except FDR!!

The day I called FDR was the day my stress level went way down. I had the privilege to talk to ,an account executive of FDR. There are a whole bunch of people working on my behalf, including lawyers. For all I know they are all could be lawyers . It is evident they know what they’re doing and have been doing this for a long time. I let FDR help me handle my debt on 07/25/2019, and I already have a settlement on 09/12/2019. I can’t say enough about FDR. All good! It’s the best decision I made having FDR helping me get out of the debt I have.

I have had a wonderful experience. Four years ago, I was diagnosed with stage-2 breast cancer. I was undergoing very strong chemo, and as a result, I was unable to work. To say the least I was very surprised when I got a law suite citation. Thought I was not going to have to deal with anything like that. Guess I was being to nieve to say the least to think that all companies would be cooperative. NLL got on this right away so far things are turning out pretty good. The other down part it takes away the money allowed to pay on my accounts making it longer to get things cleared up.

Being skeptical at first, I couldn’t see how the program would work , I am now a believer. Being in debt is tough and you can see no way out but FDR showed me a plan that to me looked even scarier and I took a chance. I am rating the program at 4 because I just enrolled. I have not actually seen how the program works yet. Everyone from the agent that enrolled me to the welcome team was very pleasant and helpful; they explained the program thoroughly. They don't just help to pay off debt , they also have people to help guide and help you make good decisions financially once your program is completed. They explained in clear terms how the program works and what my responsibilities will be. I have access to a website and a guide book that allows me to follow my progress in the program. Everything is there for me, step by step; couldn't be easier. They are always available if I have questions; call, email ,chat or fax. I am so happy I finally decided to give Freedom Debt Relief a call; I was at the end of my rope, drowning in debt and didn't see a way out. I now have hope for a debt free future!

I was buried with credit card debt from medical and start- my- own- business bills. It was to the point I would not answer the phone. Read referrals about FDR . After an interview they agreed to take me as a client. I sent them all the information about the creditors. We agreed to a monthly amount. All creditors now talk with them. I get advice in the mail and watch the progress online . Some debts are already settled. I control the monthly amount remembering it delays or accelerates the settlements.

I first was so stress out about these Debts but now I can breath again. the Customer Service Representative are very personable and they keep you updated on all progress that is going on with your account. also you can keep an eye on your account as well by creating a password and looking at the "Dashboard" its easy to maneuver thru. Great program. As is normal I entered the program with lots of doubts in my mind. This was a huge decision for me. A couple of months after I started the program the settlements started to happen and I was starting to feel the relief of getting my debts under control. I was happy with the decision to join the program. There still work to do, but it was a great decision.

While I am mostly pleased with the service from Freedom, we are at the end of the program and have had to actively inform them of the amount sitting in our fund vs. what is owed. I think it would vastly improve the program if, for people in our situation, they had representatives monitoring these accounts to help them get to "graduation" more quickly and easily. In our case, we have several thousand MORE in our account than what is owed, and the projected graduation date is still a year away. While we are working with them, and they with us, this additional representation would be a great boost - and would have made our rating 5 stars.

My experience with FDR has been amazing! I was tired of paying my monthly bills, but not getting anywhere. I had recently had a baby and had some complications and bills started to pile up. I was never behind on a payment, but it seemed like my balances weren’t going down. I was skeptical at first, but FDR explained the process very well and always communicated with me. The negotiations have been great and I am on a fast track plan to pay off all of my debt. I couldn’t have asked for a better program. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me.

I've been in the program for a little over a year and this month to very large creditors will be paid in full and you have started making payments with another smaller creditor and saved me from going to court for another creditor and set up payments but you will be paid off in one year. Excellent!! This program is not for the weak of heart and you must stay the course if possible and I just hope that we can continue to stay the course.

Over the past 2 years FDR has been amazing for me and my family. I got into trouble with CC's and did not know how to tackle it. Since the beginning, the y have been there for me,settled debt I thought I would be paying on for many years.
